  Have you looked at the section of the Base names of users and passwords are not saved ? There are lots of good information in there.

  FireFox itself upgrade 35 around the same time that I updated my Kaspersky Internet Security. Two new applications are not compatible.

As it took months of HP 9 update to a new version of Firefox and then 3 months later, a new version of Firefox was released and it stop working again.
