Firefox is running with cyanogen mod on a samsung galaxy ace s5830?

My samsung galaxy ace s5830 was a 10.2 cyanogen mod version (compareable to 4.2.2 android). but it was not compatible with the real version ff for android. then I upgraded to version 11.1 cyanogen mod (compareable for android 4.4.4 kitkat). but the real version ff for android isn't always compatible wirh this hardware/software-configuration. download game google store is always denied.

my questions are: is usually run on versions mod cyanogen (custom rom) with my samsung galaxy s ace 5830 ff?
If no, which is the lowest (oldest) "samsung galaxy" - series, where I can download ff for android, and what version of android it takes me at least?

Thanks a lot for your help!

with sincere friendships.

That old phone of 2011 is ARMv6 cpu that is no longer supported.

from Firefox 31.0 support for ARMv6 was ignored, because only ARMv7 and Intel x 86 is supported.

It is more a question that you should study from the other end (Samsung/Android) to this end (Windows).  Hardware and software support for any device always has (probably always will be) from the manufacturer of the product.  They did, they decide what software/drivers that they provide and how they provide.

For most of the devices like this - just use it as a USB hard drive works well.  ;-)

  • Firefox only runs in compatibility mode

I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit,

I've been running Firefox with no problems, however, today when using crashing all of a sudden and I was unable to start.

It will display a menu with choice to run in safe mode and a few other options, but I wouldn't be able to start in safe mode, because, while displaying the options, the message "windows is trying to solve the problem" appears freezing firefox and the only way out is to leave the program.

However, if I decide to start firefox in compatibility mode with XP sp3, I can use it without any visible problem.

The only changes that I did is updated Java yesterday, but there were no questions just after the update.

    How would I fix this?

Need the latest Java to run some applications (especially chess) that requires the latest version of / i /.

I have nothing in the crash from today newspaper

  • Firefox crashes on my Samsung Galaxy S with Cyanogen. Is there something to do about it?

Firefox has been crashing for always on my Samsung Galaxy S. I always thought it was because Firefox for Android was not mature, but it's been a while and other people don't seem to have the same problem.

I have the last stable Cyanogen mod. Firefox will almost always crash after a few minutes of navigation, even using a single tab. In addition, it is very slow. Is there something to do about it?

    I found the problem!

The culprit was Add-ons. If I remove all add-ons, firefox works fine. If I install adblock, it crashes. I have not tried with other modules at length, but I don't think that adblock doesn't do anything in particular.

Firefox does not warn users when an add-on will cause problems of this kind?

  • How do I Start Up Firefox 14.01 in safe mode, with all the Add ons disabled, if do not have to restart?

Using Dell PC/Windows XP. I love how Firefox is running in SafeMode so inflated as usual. I would like to be able to start Firefox in safe mode, without having to always restart Firefox to get in safe mode. Anyway to do it? Thank you very much!!!

Ok. Thank you guys created and a new profile and restarted and all kind of memory freed, but of course Firefox is practically naked, so is expected.
Checked the plugins and extensions, no major problems that are not there, I could see. I have a Gig of RAM installed around a little more, do not think I can add as many more on my old Dell PC of 2005. So I'll just switch to Firefox Safe mode when memory begins to be tight. Thanks again guys for all the good info!

rKiosk is not designed for mobile Firefox. You will need to do your own hacking to get what you want.

My office does not make what it opens with everything in place. I don't know what I did different when I downloaded it on the desktop.

Make sure that you don't have the SHIFT key when you click the shortcut on the desktop to launch Firefox.

Also check the properties using the context menu which - safe-mode switch is not added to the target (command) line.

  • Is there a way to know if the current modules are compatible with the latest upgrade of Firefox before running the update?

I want to know if my Add-ons and current themes are compatible with the latest update of Firefox before running the update.

    Hello azdec.

You can check the add page - we in addons.mozilla.org so it's just one or two. In my view, there is an extensions in the Gallery of modules that allows you to see if your modules are compatible with the newer versions of Firefox. But you'll have to look for them, because I don't know how it's called.

I remind you that if you want an add-on to be compatible with a newer version of Firefox, you must contact its author.

In addition, the version of Firefox you are using right now has been suspended and is no longer supported. In addition, it has known bugs and security problems. I invite you to upgrade to the latest version of Firefox, for maximum stability, performance, security and ease of use. You can get it for free, as always, to getfirefox.com.

Perhaps, you just need to wait for a while for Firefox download.

Perhaps, it is an extension/plugin slowing your Firefox.

When I close Firefox in the evening, it closes slowly and uses 50% of CPU. It unloads after several (30? 60?) seconds.

    Hello

'Rainbow' on your screen lines is a sign of a corrupted graphics driver or graphics hardware fault

If gettting the latest graphics drivers from the manufacturer does not resolve the problem contact the manufacturer of the computer, if under warranty

If it is under warranty, contact a local reputable computer repair store

  • Firefox is running in the Task Manager, but only opens a window.

I can't get Firefox to open a window. I tried firefox-p (Profile Manager) and firefox-safe (safe mode), but nothing works to open a window. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but that solves nothing. I haven't changed anything recently, so perhaps there is a update (?) Here's what happens:

I try to start Firefox, and the Task Manager indicates that Firefox is running. It employs about 32 k of memory, but the window never opens.

I click Firefox again. Manager tasks indicates 2 Firefox process now. The second is to use about 4 k of memory. Running Firefox repeatedly adds additional tasks to Firefox, each using about 4 k of memory.

After about a minute, the additional tasks of Firefox (the 4 k ones) start closing 1 by 1. I am now down to only 2 Firefox process, using 32 k and 4 k of memory, respectively. As far as I know, these processes will last forever, until I have shut them down manually. If I run Firefox again without closing the current process, it creates another 4 k process, which finally closes itself. If I close all the processes manually, I can start over from scratch. Meanwhile, Firefox never opens a window, or give a clue showing that it is running, with the exception of the processes listed in the Manager tasks.

I deleted the one in my USER folder without change. There are a couple more in various C:\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles files, so I deleted those too, without change.

It's a custom location. Normally, the profiles are under AppData\Roaming, I think you already know. There is a shortcut:

    %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\

This folder must contain a profiles.ini file (.ini file extension may be hidden), which shows the names and paths to your profile folder (s). If you check in a text editor such as Notepad, this file contains sound data?

If this started right after an update, it could be a problem with security software, put an end to the commissioning (rules of program control) or program files has been corrupted.

You can check your firewall and other security software for program restrictions.

To meet possible corrupt files, I suggest:

    Clean reinstall it

We use this name, but it isn't about deleting your settings, this is to ensure that the program, files are clean (no incompatible or exotic code files). As described below, this process does not disrupt your existing settings. Don't uninstall NOT Firefox, that does not need.

    (A) download a fresh Installer for Firefox 43.0 https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ in an ideal location. (Scroll down your preferred language).

    (B) the release of Firefox (if any).

    (C) to rename the folder of the program as follows:

    (Windows 64-bit folder names)

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox

    TO

    C:\Program Files (x86)\OldFirefox

    (Windows 32-bit folder names)

    C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

    TO

    C:\Program Files\OldFirefox

    (D) to run the installation program that you downloaded in step (A). It should automatically connect to your existing settings.

A cleanly reinstalled Firefox starts up normally?

Note: Some plugins can only exist in this OldFirefox file. If it is missing something essential, present in these files:

    • \OldFirefox\Plugins
    • \OldFirefox\browser\plugins
