Tutorials wants me to use the Snipping Tool to move an image and no matter what I do nothings moving. I selected the tool and see that it is selected and that the needle moves on the image but it is not striking, no selection.

  I also did with the letter to select the capture tool. Once again, this works, but will not take anything.
