• Is there a way to make the first Firefox tab a tab permanent, white fixed?

  I would prefer, as the title suggests, to have my first Firefox tab to be a fixed permanent blank tab. In other words, he would never take the address of the first site I type or click on in the field address, but would act as tab "an anchor."

• Firefox tabs have been changed

  After starting my computer this morning, I found all my Firefox tabs had been removed, bing was now my search engine, and several other custom settings have been changed. The only known change performed the last time the computer was installed in "Smilebox". Also, at the start, I was not called to provide my password. I did a reboot and the password is required. Anything to worry about?

  This request is to blame. Click on details of the issue next to your message, and then click System Details more. Note the values of the browser.newtab.url and keywords. URL which contain the smilebox.com. Setup was probably an option you should've unchecked, hidden under a button "Advanced" that you have not clicked.

• My current tabs are on the host Firefox tab, I want that they aline beside the home of Firefox tab, how?

  Settings on the tab of my Firefox browser have been defined previously in the default settings (I guess) as it has been defined as tab colorful Firefox with its drop-down button home were set to the top left corner of the window and then the other tabs were located right next to him on the same aline. Now tab settings ate changed with in the top left is the home of Firefox tab, the other tabs are just down for her.

  If you do not see the Firefox tab, you can simply go to Tools > Options > Sync to implement our sync account. The Firefox button can be activated by going on view > toolbars and activation of the menu bar. You don't have to use the menu of Firefox, it's a personal preference.

  I just installed FF 5.0 & info page says to change the back legs, go to the Firefox tab at the top of page and click on options. There is no such tag on my page.   "Organize bookmarks" has been renamed to "show all bookmarks" in the bookmarks menu.

  To get the orange Firefox button, you need to hide the menu bar, do a right click on a toolbar and click on the entrance to the "Menu bar" to deselect it. You can temporarily show menus if you need by pressing Alt or F10.

  To change the position of the tabs, you can right click on a toolbar and click the entry "Tabs at the top".

• Prevent my bot console opening of more than 20 Firefox tabs

  You can try to increase the following value to see if it's the applicable limitation. Note that it is global and it would apply to the normal site scripts, too.

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press enter/return. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste pop and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) double-click the preference dom.popup_maximum and enter your preferred value. Maybe try 40 first and see if it's enough.

  Previously, I had firefox 38 and was using an older version of the classic theme restaurateur v1.2.9.6 and I have no problem see the tabs colorful.

  Unfortunately, given that the upgrade to firefox 39 and classic theme restaurateur v1.3.5 only colorful tab is the active tab that you currently can within (we) work, the other tab to blend into the background of persona. I know some people probably like how the inactive tabs blend into the background... I'm NOT one of those people.

  It is quite difficult to see the tabs 'because' they mix in the background a little too well. Is there a way to change things so that ALL tabs even inactive tabs that I do not work on/with will be visible and visible by colorful instead of melt in some context of the persona shows at some point I mean?

• Closed Firefox tabs without giving me a warning, even if I have checked "notify me when I close the tabs.

  So far, Firefox always pop - up would be the "danger; you are about to close x number of tabs"window when I tried closing Firefox with several tabs open. Today, however, it just closes directly on my desktop, regardless of the number of tabs are open. "Warn me when I close the tabs" checked in my menu "Tab of Options", but this still does not work. • I just started doing 2 sets of Japanese letters on each side of my Mozilla Firefox tab located at the top left of the screen

  I have my page tabs of Mozilla Firefox at the top of the screen that travelled horizontally. Without worrying how many tabs I can have open, one currently used (or wing) recently started showing Japanese lettering/words on both sides of the active tab itself. They are only on the active tab, none of the others have nothing on them except the heading search that I may have on that. As I close the tabs, the Japanese lettering follows and will remain on both sides whose tab is currently viewing.

Now Firefox don't ask me if I want that it to remember a certain password that I entered for a Web site. In the 'Options' tab, I said Firefox I won't be followed; that I don't want to remember history; and not to accept third-party cookies. What I do in 'Options' to make Firefox remember a new password (I changed a password recently). I'd appreciate a real answer, rather than a link to 'answers already posted.

  This causes always start in a Firefox's private browsing session. According to aid article "names of users and passwords are not saved:

  If you use the Firefox private browsing feature, no password is automatically filled for your window private browsing or permanent private browsing mode, and no new password will be saved.

  So I hope this helps to connect the dots.

  If you prefer to continue using automatic private browsing, you may need to use an add-on to manage your passwords instead of the built-in Firefox password manager.

  Or if you want to adjust to another Firefox settings so that they are in the closest to private browsing, we can suggest how to do that instead.
