    Firefox remembers the story, but doesn't remember the closed tabs, sessions.
    It happened after the Fox update to v. 19.0.2 on a single computer.

    In Options of Firefox is set to use Custom Settings For History, everything is checked except always use Private Browsing Mode. So I'm not in private browsing.

    When I press to Undo Closed button nothing happens, & in the Manager session Save Session button is grayed. I tried to install other add-ons that remembers the tabs. tried to reinstall/disable these 2 modules. Did ' t help. On my 2nd computer I have same modules, same settings and they work normally. the 3rd closed computer undo works tabs also. How to solve this problem? I decided to ask before Firefox Reset...

    Sync is a separate issue. It works, but quite often it connects me sync account. Then I can connect only using the recovery key password and long (option choice I have no device with me because he does not accept the key to pairing device).

    In case you use "clear history of Firefox closing:

    • do not erase browsing history

    Note that compensation "Preferences of Site" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, windows pop up, installation of software and passwords.

    If these messages back, see AVG support on how to increase the threshold trigger the trigger for this message. With 6 GB of RAM, there is no reason for Firefox using less than 10% of your RAM to be a problem and cause this message appears. IMO, the alarm should not trigger up to about 50%.

    Its ok on the Profile Manager. I used to use Mozbackup back in the day lol. So, I just started back up this folder that works well also. I used the script to delete the prefetch files and so far everything is good and Ive done everything I usually do. Usually more crashing on facebook games well. It always crashed in the video also, but it's very good now. Weird that do one thing as it fixes a big problem like that. But I appreciated all the answers and all the advice.     If I restart my browser everthing works very well for at least 5 minutes. When I watch several videos to youtube, the LAG comes back and the video begins to freeze aboud every second for just a fraction of a second. The sound is stil played properly it only affects the graphics...
    After about 10 minutes watching videos, the whole browser gets lag. Sometimes when I type fonts appear only about a second later. Scrolling is also affected. A few minutes later everything is back to normal, but it' not always t like that?

    I don't know what to do, I already rebooted with disabled modules, but I did not notice any difference. My ati graphics card drivers are up to date and I have the problem with firefox, chrome works perfectly.

    The offset is now gone. Removal and reinstallation of the plugins and the deactivation of my modules to speed dial (which is sad cause I like them) fixed. I think that's their function to auto-update the previews leading the video shift.

    It was a really strange phenomenon. I just upgraded to Firefox 4 an hour ago. The problem started as soon as the upgrade is complete. First of all, I get a black screen, then the page is displayed. However, when I move the mouse or scroll or anything like that, I get constant stuttering and flicker.     safe mode is a bit drastic, for disable me hardware acceleration did the trick.
    Click on the orange menu button goto options-> options and then click Advanced at the top right there is an option somewhere in the middle of the hardware turn it off by unchecking the checkbox and press OK.
    Don't forget to try to re - activate after each update because hardware acceleration unfortunately improves the performance of the browser

    Rather than wait for a update for firefox, you can also try to update the driver for your grapicscard and see if this allows you to make hardware acceleration without problems.

    ~ edit: I'm color-blind firefox menu button is of course not yellow and orange, said protip for the graphics card drivers.

    You can increase the chain pref layout.css.devPixelsPerPx from 1.0 to 2.0 in 0.1 steps to discover what works best.

    It is an indication that the touch mode is active. Should be a button of toolbar that you can click to turn it off. There is also a preference of the user that allows you to turn off.

    You can try the following steps in case of problems with web pages:

    You can reload webpages and ignore the cache to refresh potentially stale or corrupt.

    • Hold down the SHIFT key and click the Reload button
    • Press 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Ctrl + Shift + R' (Windows, Linux)
    • Press 'Command + shift + R' (Mac)

    Clear the cache and delete cookies only from Web sites that cause problems.

    "Clear the Cache":

    • Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    • Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

    Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

    • Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance
