I suggest an I7 5960 X, 32 GB of DDR4 2666, 980GTX video card and Asus X 99 board with storage depends on the media. • First/After Effects into conflict with the driver Sony SxS

  I recently installed the driver Sony SxS on a MacPro with OS of Yosemite. After installing, first would not open (boot image is up but then freezes) and I had to force quit. After that the effects gave me error messages following when I tried to open it:

  When I uninstall the SxS driver, Premiere and After Effects open without problem. • Dynamic links - first After Effects - spoil the composition

  Hi guys,.

  We send a simple sequence to After Effects first. Some of the images a rate extends over it. When we open it in AE, the sequence is almost unrecognizable. Some of the clips are in the right place, but some are not, including additional excerpts that are long 0 frames. We believe that the stretch of rate it confuses somehow, but we have not had a problem like this in the past. Any help would be appreciated.

  Oh, to play with on images H.264 liaison and dynamics to AE.  There is a recipe for evil.

  The reason: the H.264 codec contains imageTER, as MPEG compression.  There are key images from time to time with information to frame complete, but middle managers contain only partial information framework.   Playing with time with these first images is confusing AE - he wants to see comprehensive framework of information for each image, but it becomes incomplete AND distorted information framework a lot.

  Without knowing the details of the project, I encourage you to transcode the H.264 videos for something repeatedly or without loss. I love Qt Photo JPEG for this or ProRes 422, if you.  Both are inTRAframework codecs, with information of full frame for each image.

• dynamic links - first after effects pro

  Please create a new administrator account on the computer & control if the Adobe Dynamic Link works in the new account. To use the Adobe Dynamic Link, you should have the same version of the programs installed on the computer. Also, run the creative application Cloud & check if it shows first Pro CC. If that doesn't work not even in the new user account, you may have to reinstall all the CC Apps.

• First - after effects dinamic link problem

  I have a timeline with clips. To stabilize a clip I replaced it with an After Effects composition (called stabilize1). Everything was good and I had a steady clip. But I did it with another element (called stabilize2) in the same timeline, and when I got back to first, replaced both clips point to the second After Effects composition. The file name AE and composition are different in the two files.

  I've done a workaround, I created two compositions AE with clips stabilized and added to the project of PR. Then, I deleted clips and inserted the compositions of AE.

  There is a bug, perhaps?

  Not a bug.  AE is programmed to think that a model with the same name, but a higher number is the most recent version and the only one to be used.

  Don't, don't.  Use a different name for each model.  And put the two in the same AE project.  Other issues may arise if you do not.

• After effects CC 2014 problem: Image of the picture since the last link of the first CC-After effects burned permanently into new compositions of project.

  A picture of one of the clips that I sent to first After Effects by 'replace with After Effects composition' was definitely burned in After Effects and it appears now in each new composition of each new project, I have create as the background for such a composition.

  For example, I sent first, for a clip of a building to After Effects for the correction of the colours with Finesse and stabilization of the string, and then after that rendered finish and close all applications, now everytime I open After Effects for any other project, they are already created or brand new, each existing or newly created composition (in a command Mac N) you see the image of the building as the background of the composition.  If you create a new publication, although it remains empty of all layers, you see the image of the building.  If you have a composition already created with layers, when you turn off all the eyes of the layers, you expect to see black (Nothing) in the composition window (if it is the color you assigned to be like the back of the comp), but instead, you see the building.  If you change the background color of the model in the Composition settings, you still see the building as background.  If you make such empty composition (not layers) return you the image of the building, not black.  I tried to click around and through the preferences and even uninstall the application and reinstall, but it seems to be permanently burned in in the background of each model.

  Please, any ideas of what is happening and how get rid of?

• After effects CC doesn't always start on the Mavericks

  This seems to be a common problem but mine is a little different

  Probably because of my lack of experience of mac or Adobe products!

  OK, my problem started from a window pops up saying "Install CUDA 5.0 or later and restart the computer" or something like that when I opened first after effects CC.

  So I googled and found the NVIDIA site and downloaded the 5.0 CUDA, Yes, I've changed my preference of security on mac to allow applications to download from unidentified developers and then completed the installation, easy! ... I thought.

  After the computer restarts I have re-opened AE, it loads a bit with this fancy purple intro 3D picture, but this time he opened with nothing but the "*" noise (noise of the error?).

  Everything I see is gray frames with the tab 'Render tail'... no welcome no screen, no tools, no screen «Install CUDA»... "either.

  The buttons on the top (file, editing, Composition, layer etc.) are clickable, but the content of each button is grey apart from the 'help '.

  First: You seem to have started the rendering engine After Effects, not the main After Effects application. Try to start the application After main Effects, not the application of rendering engine.

  Second: You seem to have misunderstood the message on CUDA. This message just means that one feature (which is obsolete) depends on specific software and hardware - a specific type of GPU Nvidia and CUDA.

  What GPU do you have? If you have installed CUDA on a non - Nvidia GPU, it can cause serious problems.

  1 intent: Im using Photoshop CS5 (PS5) & After Effects CS5 (AE5) to create a DVD for still CS5 (5) menu. I used the 'Film & Video' preset in PS5 do a standard HD x 1080px 1440 image format; who looks the same in AE5. My problem is in the PS5 size "Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction" is the size I want the universal size to be. Its a more elongated version that looks better to me, but works well with HD monitors (as this DVD will play on a computer 17 "laptop).

  Question 1: Is it possible to have AE5 recognize the "aspect ratio pixel correction '' of PS5 and set the parameters of that size in AE5 composition?

  I love my monitors that are be 1920 x 1080. For editing, etc., it does not matter. Size to see all the controls, etc. is nice. The important part is keeping the proportions. Again, first, After Effects do default. When you preview material outside these programs, especially HD, some players (things of sense as Windows Media Player, Quicktime, VLC media player, etc), won't get the proportions provided, particularly when you assign to the 'full screen '. They are likely to play your movie to the size of the screen, and it will depend on what is perhaps the "native resolution" of the screen. Look for the settings of these programs which retains the proportions.
