  Simple... you SpeedGrade 2015.1 (9.2) and PrPro 2015.0.1 (9.0.1). They don't 'work' together.

  You must get your PrPro up to 9.1, 2015.1 release. If your desktop application Adobe CC is not show your 'eligible' for the upgrade PrPro, sign out of it, then back in... that often useful. If this isn't the case, you may need to use the soft Cleaner CC Adobe to remove the application from Office CC & then reinstall it and reconnect.

  After you have reinstalled Pr CS6, I thought that there is an option on the Welcome screen to always open the last project - I'm unable to locate...

  There is a list of recent projects on the Welcome screen, but not an option to always open the newest one. The latest project will be at the top of this list, so it's a simple click from there.

  If you do not see the list of recent projects at all, it's probably because you re-installed. I think that the file > element menu to open the recent item that kept it after re - install (assuming that you remove your recent projects or point to a different directory on install), but I can't say for sure because I can not re - install locally now.

• Problems to open a project on a Windows 10 computer for the first time

  I use RoboHelp 11.0.4.291 and you have a project open on a computer Windows 10. It is the first time I opened the project on Windows 10 and now I'm not able to work on the project for 2 reasons.

  (1) double click on the will of the subjects does not open the design/HTML editor.  Right click and selecting change theme also do nothing.  However, if I click on the overview section I can view it.  This I cannot edit the subjects at all well.

  (1) the style and formatting of pod is grayed out, outside, in the view > > Pods menu so I can't open it.  The project is not read only, so I don't know what the problem is.

  Was it a machine that previously had installed on that RH11 & has been upgraded to Win10? You may need to either run RH11 as long as administrator to see if it has an effect OR disable, uninstall & reinstall as a user admin for all rights.

  It seems that your version is not the latest.

  Check help / about... what version it reads.

  It should be 2015. (9.2.0 build 41)

  Otherwise, please update your version via app updates... or cloud in respect of aid.

  If you do not completely close the Version of the modern UI of IE it always open exactly where you left it, because it suspends the Application.

  To completely close an Application modern UI drag to the bottom of the screen and hold it pressed until he turns and now it is closed. Next time you open IE the modern user interface it will open to your homepage.

If I go in managing cloud settings in the lower left corner of the first CC, first remains open. But only until I close the settings window, and then it closes. I get almost no error code. CS6 gives me an error Workspace.cpp - 209 sometimes. I am on Windows 7, 8 GB ram, Intel Core i3-2100 CPU @3.10 GHz 3.10 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce 210 display adapter.   OK, so I finally called Adobe help line 800-833-6687 and talked to a guy there. He told me to rename the SLCache folder that is located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe to oldSLCache. He also told me to rename the OOBE in C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Adobe file in oldOOBE. I was unable to do so because of an error "the file is opened. Then he told me to rename the file SLStore in C:\ProgramData\Adobe in oldSLStore. After this he said to test Adobe first CC and I did. It actually WORKED! Thanks for trying to help, and as you can see I tried a solution anywhere in the internet, the Earth and the Moon without result; and this is the solution for me for all of you who have this problem. The guys at adobe said it was due to a sort of recording corrupt files.

• First Elements 11. Cannot open the project (file PREL) in point 8.1 of Windows.

  I created the project (file PREL) in the first 11 elements in the Windows 7 Professional environment. I was able to open it without problem.

  Now I have Windows 8.1. When I try to open this project, I have a saying "this file type is not supported, or the required codec is not installed."

  When you import media source in a first Elements (any version), you are not importing real media. What you have in the media of the project are copies of the originals which are stored in the designated place hard drive. But the project needs to trace these originals to the save location as they were when they were imported in the project. If you move the source media, delete rename them or even that they are in the folder, you will encounter some bad media reconnect issues. At this point, the message "Where is the file...?" that you get when you try to reopen the saved closed project will be a major asset by her reconnects. Alternatively, you can use the function replace images for her reconnects.
