First CC Trial-no way to burn a DVD?

That's what I'm reading the help files collection and forum here.  There is no way to download first CS6 (an earlier version) then I am in the trial period.  How should I do if I want to continue to use the film made a software if I can't do something as simple as burning a DVD without committing?  Or is there something that I am missing?

When (again) dvd authoring software is not available in trial mode.

Never and not never will be.

    Hello
I've never had a laptop before. Also new to windows 7. Try to find the easiest way to burn a DVD from another DVD on this new laptop computer. I know I put the info from the DVD on the laptop. And then burn it to a blank DVD. I can put the DVD in the drive. It's a great start! I'm looking for the easiest way to "rip" and burn. Even if you need to download burning software (I hope it's free).

On my desktop CD burner, it was quite easy to burn to a CD to another CD. 2 trays and software to burn. I know that it is more complex. I'm a little computer in question, btw. Thanks :)

    Hi lili60,

Most of the DVDs and CDs you can buy is copy protected so I doubt you will be able to copy them. Usually, you can copy only the records of friends private photos, music, etc. but regular discs are protected against copying.

To burn discs, you can use the freeware CD Burner XP tool. This s really nice tool that provide all the functions necessary to burn discs. You can download the tool here:

On the same page you can also find assistance online, how the program works.

  • First elements hangs when burning a DVD

I'm trying to burn a slideshow I created.  It's a mix of photoshop elements slideshow and video editing, long about 30 minutes.

But every time I try and burn it to DVD, first accidents of elements.  It usually happens about 30% through the scene media encoding.

Has anyone encountered this problem?  I thought it might be related to virtual memory, but I increased this, and it had no effect.  I run it on a laptop with 4 GB of RAM, so RAM shouldn't be if all goes well a problem.

When you try to burn, I also tried to reduce the quality, so instead of using "Adapt the content to the space available", I reduced the speed of transmission up to 5Mbps, so the required space is slightly more than 1.2 GB (it was originally about 2 GB).

The best way to do it is with Photoshop (PS). I am sure that PSElements can do well also, but do not know what could be different. This is for Photoshop.

Place copies of your files in a folder. I use copies because I don't want anything to get to my originals and play it extra safe. Add a subfolder. I name mine something like "(Final_PSD's,) etc." PS, I have a series of Actions, to re - size to my common video formats. They carry things like, NTSC_Wide, NTSC_4-3, etc. The Action is set to open files, then change the size to the size appropriate to assign correct for this project IRON, such as my NTSC_4-3 gets equal to 0.9. The Action then makes a Save_As. I keep. PSD as. PSD from Photoshop, but JPEG well would work too.

In PS, I go to file > Automate > batch process. This brings up a dialog screen, where I chose the Action I want to run, NTSC-4-3 in this case. I run the program in the Source file and the appropriate Destination folder, my "Final_PSD" in this case. If I have the target folder to the Destination folder, I leave the same file naming conventions. I check order Bypass opened, because I did not need to see the work done. Check on everything. Press OK and in a few minutes, I can re-size of hundreds of files. Time will depend on its system and also on the size of the files target.

I think that there will be differences in the PSE, but someone else has to fill in this info. It was also stressed that the freeware image processor and cataloguing program Irfanview cand do batch resizing well enough. This could be an option. I do not use it for others, so I can't comment.

    Good luck

    Hi rmhdata2,

Please refrain from posting personal information about the public forum.

If Premiere Pro is not listed in the Manager of the CC App to download your system might be incompatible.

The App Manager lists only the software supported by your system configuration.

64-bit support is required for Premiere Pro.

Please check the technical specifications at: http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/tech-specs.html

    Hello

Are you sure that this player supports double layer DVD?
As far as I know this device was shipped with a super multi drive (single layer) and
    It supports CD-ROM, CD - R, CD - RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-R, DVD - RW, DVD + R, DVD + RW, DVD-RAM.

In this case, I propose to consult the user manual. You will find the CD/DVD media supported

I am trying to burn a dvd folder in again, on a dvd, on another mac equipped with a dvd burner...

Picture quality and sound well when reading. but the picture is not complete SD widescreen. It has back up and down.

    Can someone advise?

What is the best way to burn? data? film?

    Thanks Rod

    Hi Rod,

First things first - was your first widescreen sequence? How did you create assets for the DVD? Recommended method is to export from first as 'MPEG-2 DVD' and choose a suitable preset, such as "NTSC DV Widescreen". When that is imported into, there must be big screen automatically. Looks like maybe the DVD that you created is 4:3.

Regarding the engraving, it is better to export an IMAGE of a reminder, that create a standard .iso (disk image) file that can be burned with any number of third-party programs. I don't know what's available for Mac, there are free applications for PC such as Burn Aware.

If you use the method of the "record" for some reason, do NOT burn as the 'data' - which will not be a good DVD that will play in set-top DVD players. Result will work on computers. Burning software should have an option to 'DVD Video' and who will properly format it to burn a DVD with appropriate specifications. The .iso method is preferred, because it doesn't work, no games.

Where do you watch the DVD it shows black bars, what reading device?

    Thank you
