  Having the same problems. I also cleaned up the HOSTS file and that did not help.

  I downloaded the first elements 11 trial version on my windows machine 7.  It downloads only 54 minutes and stops.  No error, no icon, no final installation. What should I try?

  It seems to me that you are connected to a slow speed internet network else the download shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

  Try to connect to a network connection faster and download the files to a flash drive. Connect the flash drive to your computer and start the installation.

  I'm about to buy Adobe Premiere elements 12 on my windows computer.

  Can I transfer the licens for this and other Adobe products, to a new mac computer? Or are the licenses valid on all platforms?

  What should I do to prepare before? I read/hear about Inactivation of license on windows installed applications, before you install on the new computer - is that all?

  When you buy items programs they are valid for each platform if you can not install the version of PC on a Mac and vice versa.  But you get access to two versions of the same license. Most of the applications sold by Adobe are not provided for both platforms with the same license however.

  You are allowed to have enabled facilities on both machines.  You can install on as many times as you like, but you can not activate more than two facilities.  You can disable if you need to activate another place.

  We are on the same line. I just saw your post in this thread on the other and that he would suggest that you post on this subject so that we can continue to resolve your problem of YouTube.

  When I saw your post, I immediately went to my first items 10 Windows 7 64 bit to try out for the part Online YouTube, thinking that it is possible that the fix may not become fixed.

  Good and bad news. I had no problem with the first Elements 10 download on YouTube from first items 10

  (16:53 Monday, March 24, 2014, East zone USA).

  1. with your YouTube problem, you still get the error message of Online Services? Or the error message that changed something else?

  2. you could

  a. go in Edit Menu/Preferences/Web sharing and do a Refresh of the service online if you have not already.

  b. If you are using a router for your computer, turn it off for 30 seconds and turn it back on.

  c. what browser do you use? If FIrefox, clear on the content of the Web Cache... Options, content, network, Cache Web Content.

  All foregoing has an impact on your YouTube problem?

  I have already installed both items above to a laptop via disc and this laptop doesn't work anymore. I try to install both on my new laptop that does not have the ability to insert a disc. I tried to download via the website, but when I do, it ends the download but does not appear on my computer and also don't ask me for my serial numbers. I have the serial numbers to enter if necessary. Any help in getting these downloaded without a drive to my new computer laptop would be appreciated!
