  Regarding the download, the correct trial version going, you should be able to manage on the link below.  If you have made a purchase and bought a Windows license so it is not valid for a Mac installation.  You will need to contact the Support from Adobe when they go bacvk vacation to see about getting the correct license.

  You can download the demo version of the software through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

    If the serial number you purchased is for PC, you will need to return the product and exchange it for the Mac version.

    Hi, I just bought Photoshop elements 13, but I got the version of windows, instead of the MAC version. I need the MAC version. What can I do to reverse the acquisition and order the right version?

    I did the same thing, but have been unable to find a way to get them exchanged.  Almost all links on the site that may be useful gives me a screen "header 403 is too great" or something of that nature.  I managed to send them a message via the site, but they sent me by saying that they cannot ship to a P.O. box.  I bought the electronic download version, I have no need of whatever it is shipped.  The portal that the email sends me to see my case file, and if all goes well to answer gives me 403 header is too big screen.  I have never been so frustrated in my life from a company.  I want to be able to use the product without having to pay for it.
