First Pro CC 2015.3 error Stop Driver NVIDIA

Hello, after the upgrade to Premiere Pro 2015.3 of CC, any project that is with CUDA enabled video player.

I open the project and load all the content, the NVIDIA driver for the works and the 'Program' my workspace screen is all black with only audio. If I change my project to work with the software invez CUDA, he returns to work, put in CUDA I very quickly in my tasks.

How can I solve this problem?

I tried everything, reinstall the driver, I did tests with 3DMark to see if it was not the video card. All right.

In Adobe Media Encoder, CUDA works perfectly, just in the first of this error.

Recognizing;

Amauri

FOR INFO.  I always use the older drivers, v331.82 on dual Quadro K2000, Ultra key/Fx to 2015.3 works without problem.

  • First Pro CC 2015.3 stops as soon as I open the software

When I start the first Pro CC 2015.3, the program gives me an error "not responding" on Windows startup screen.  Specifically, I use 10 64-bit Windows.  I don't know what other information I would need to provide and which would be relevant.  I tried the update to 2015.4, and I get the same question.  Any help the question would be appreciated.

So here's how I solved the problem:

I remembered that the previous facility has had a problem with the ExporterAVI.prm file does not properly, so I did what I did before. Move the file out of the Plug-ins folder and put the software in compatibility mode for Windows 8 and it worked fine.

  • First Pro CC 2015.2 zig - zag error - Crash

I had no problems like this until last night and it persists today... I am currently on hold with Adobe technical support and have been for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yay! Service.

In any case, I "upgraded" my version of 2015 to 2015.2 four days ago. Last night, I knew from countless accidents that occur after opening a project and started working, deletion of images or sequences, all duplication really work. I tried crashing to other workstations with the same results.

It's the series of error messages that I get:

    [/ZigZag/releases/2015.08/shared/adobe/MediaCore/Backend/Src/Sequence/PersistentGroupConta iner.cpp - 279]

Has been a breach of contract of entry

A serious error has occurred. First Adobe must close now

Does anyone else have this produce and/or know a solution or a cure?

    Thank you very much

I had the same problem today when I tried to close the first pro cc 2015. I called support and said it was a permissions issue where my project folder. All I had to do was change the location of my project file or to change the name of the folder my project folder was in and the error messages went.

    I hope this helps!

  • First Pro CC gives an error "Could not create image buffer" and crashing after installing a videocard GeForce GTX 1070.

    Hi all

I recently installed a GeForce GTX 1070 video card and drivers current in my bench mounted, very happy for the potential break in the rendering and playback (I was using previously a very old ASUS Radeon HD 7850). I had nothing else problems since.

When I first tried a project of creation of opening, audio refused to play (speakers, headphones, everything...) I looked at the volume mixer while playing through the timeline and no audio only showed upward). Everything seemed fine. I closed, cleared the cache, opened the first, this time hold Alt while doing so to reset the preferences. Open very well, audio read back fine, that only now first was blocked indefinitely the generation of PEK files for a short audio clip in the project.

After a long bit of troubleshooting in the speakers, I went ahead and did a complete uninstall of Premiere Pro and After Effects, then reinstalled both programs to their current versions (2015.4 and 2015.3, respectively). No more problems of generation PEK, but something much worse. Now, whenever I try to change the CUDA acceleration enabled, I can maybe five minutes absolute performance first until I get an error "Could not create image buffer", warning of notifications of Windows that your computer is low on memory, and finally, a complete crash where the screen goes black, flickers a couple times, then stays black for good with only the mouse cursor appears on the screen.

The images that I'm editing is all images Go Pro, no effects applied. I am doing this for a client and need ready in a week, but the constant crashing makes them difficult to work around. I can more or less run by changing the acceleration of software only, display options but it is much slower and the memory is still eaten up like crazy (if I place the open Task Manager and start to scrub through the timeline I can watch the memory usage get up to 95% in 20 seconds approximately). Reading suffers as a result once the RAM is full until almost full.

    Technical specifications

First Pro CC 2015.4 (latest version)

OS: Windows 10 Pro (Version 1511)

    CPU: Intel Core i7 - 5820 K CPU @ 3.30 GHz

    RAM: 16 GB

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 (latest drivers)

SSD (OS and Adobe Suite installed): SanDisk SSD internal 240 GB 2.5 inch SDSSDA - 240 G - G25

Hard drive (where I put my multimedia files): WD Black 2 TB Performance Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 inch, SATA 6 Gb/s, 7200 RPM, 64MB Cache

    Motherboard: ASRock X 99 Extreme4 LGA 2011-3 ATX Intel

Film source - source footage is an hour of video of Go Pro, all arranged on the timeline, no effect applied (I'm just trying change the original film in a short video).

    Type: MPEG Movie (.mp4)

    Image size: 3840 x 2160

    Frame rate: 29.97

    Format of the pixels: 1.0

It is worth noting that, with my old dusty Radeon GPU, I was able to edit these clips with ease. No reading, no problem of image buffer. I do not see my RAM never go above 60% usage, when I got this card is installed.

Also worth noting, that the first, I have noticed absolutely no problems, and the video card itself seems to work very well. I can play MGSV at max settings with perfect reading, as well as other graphics intensive games.

    Any help?

It's been almost a week and I had zero problems. First Pro CC 2015.2 works like a dream! I'll go ahead and mark this thread closed.

For those just tuning, I was able to find a solution by uninstalling the Premiere Pro and After Effects, and then reinstall them back to last known stable on my bench (Premiere Pro 2015.2 and after 2015.2 effects). So far, running these versions has been very good, even with active CUDA acceleration.

The only downside is that all the projects I've done in Premiere Pro version 2015.4 should be re-edited from scratch. But I've had absolutely zero problems using the program, which is a relief. Hope Adobe fixes this problem whenever 2015.5 is out!

  • First Pro CC 2015 questions

    Hi guys,.

Hmmmm, sad I missed the advice on the forum about to keep the old version of first Pro CC 2014 before moving on to Premiere Pro CC 2015.

I'm having problems with first Pro CC 2015 it cost me days of work, and I'm not about to have solved some problems. The problems are such that I am now having to re - use Premiere Pro CS6 and lose the benefits of the features of CC 2014 and 2015 CC.

Let me say at the outset that I don't really have any time be bad-shoooting and problems and reinstall several times to try and get a video editing system that could work, but probably used.

I just want to give a few comments that I don't think that first Pro CC 2015 has been properly tested before release.

    (a) import files .avi and .mov cause Premiere Pro CC 2015 stop immediately without any error messages, but these files work perfectly in CS6 and CC 2014 and other applics.

    (b) import .mpeg, loses the waveform audio and audio.

    (c) the opening screen take forever to load. What is doing to take so long to load options? It downloads something at the same time? Certainly, it is a mjaor irritating. I need to see how to turn this option off.

    (d) what happened to be able to apply an old, but much loved, work space? Why Adobe changes the workspace each major version? Surely, you do the ergonomic analysis and that it is outside a lot new features?

Sorry if this post sounds like a whinge. I guess I know Adobe for a long time now and am aware of how he's using us as beta testers for newly developed products. I am grateful that they continue to innovate, but I would really like they would do a lot more thorough tests beforehand. You know, in order to save others from problems like these, I would like to sign up to be a beta tester. At least, I know that I commit time rather than be surprised that I can not use the newly relesed asks, once again (sigh!). I should really have learned now.

Of my message here, I see that I am getting tired Adobe.

    Greetings to all

It is recommended to use one of your two activations to test the new versions on a machine separate before upgrading your production machine.

On media-related issues, try to remove all the media Cache and Cache media files, then rename the folder that contains the media.

On the question of the workspace, you can configure things if you wish.  Just take note that the Reset workspace behaves differently in 2015.  He reset more value by default, rather, he'll recover the last saved.  So, if you change a worksapce and want to save it, make sure you give it a new name.

Loading in question of the screen, I can not help.  It always loaded in only a few seconds for me.

  • Audio plays but video does not first Pro CC 2015.4

This occurred shortly before, but recently it happens all the time, to the point where I don't know what to do. It seems that the more I use first, problems pop up more and more difficult to use. It feels like he's slowly killing my computer or something. But here's the latest:

When I play back the video, sometimes just having a cup/change, sometimes playing, the video appears to freeze, stops the playhead moving, and the video freezes on wherever it was before reading, however the audio will continue to play. I can click around, recurs in the audio, but no video - it stays on the frame was for the first, he froze or will just go black.

When this happened the first time that she would usually just take place when my computer seemed to be overloaded: I was at the end of a project with a lot of changes/titles/etc, did not close the program for a while, etc. Usually I could simply close first, sometimes restart my computer, and once I opened everything, once again, would be nice. Now, I'm at the beginning of a project and he does CONSTANTLY.

If you need more information about me or have a workaround solution and can explain things to me as if I had no idea what anyone, it would be great because I'm not for most.

    First Pro CC 2015.4

My drivers are up to date.

I have a LaCie thunderbolt device plugged in with the USB 3.0 cable.

I have Adobe first Pro CC 2015.4

I have a Lenovo laptop using Windows 10 (* insert barfing noise *)

Processor: Intel Core i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40 GHz 2.40 GHz
    Memory (RAM) installed: 8.00 GB

System type: 64-bit, x 54 base processor operating system

At this point, might as well try an 'off' Nvidia too.

And if this doesn't work, I'd certainly a uninstall/reinstall process, using the Adobe... found CC cleaning tool here:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/Creative-Suite/KB/CS5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Using this, completely remove the Premiere Pro and then download/install a copy of application of Office CC PrPro fesh.

See if that helps. Now the cleaning process full of destroy all preferences & saved custom workspaces... well you copy those before closing. And my mind just froze... Normally, I know exactly where to look for those within a PC, they are in the users / (you) / AppData/Roaming/Adobe... I think so? No idea where Mac stores, but you should be able to search for it.

  • Pipette does not work in Ultra key on first Pro CC 2015, V. 10.3.0 (202) Blue Fox

Thanks in advance for any help that others can provide:

I've just upgraded to Adobe first Pro CC 2015, V. 10.3.0 (202) Blue Fox

and now, pipette does not work in Premiere Pro CC Ultra key 2015, (V. 10.3.0 (202) Blue Fox)

    I am running:

    iMac (retina 5K, 27 inches, end of 2015), 4 GHz Intel Core i7, 32 GB 1867 MHz DDR3,

The graphics card is a Radeon R9 M390 AMD 2048 MB.

    I am running: OS X 10.11.6 15 G (31), kernel version: Darwin 15.6.0

    OS X 10.11.6 (15G 31)

Everything was fine until this last update of first CC last week!

I just started this green screen project. I cannot choose a color using the pipette for "ultra-cle". If I use the eyedropper tool to try to choose the Green tint in the background color box flickers and then returns a black value when you click it.

If I try to select the eyedropper tool in the color picker, he will not choose the color.

If I "eyeball color", then Ultra key works, but this process is very error and time consuming!

Problem is solved. Called the 800 number for Support Adobe. At Rahul S. on the phone in 5 minutes or less. He took over my computer.

In the order of events, Rahul has tried:

Throw the .plist files, restart - fail

A new test sequence - has failed.

Media cleaned in the database cache - cache fail

Created the new library > App Support > common file - fail

Latest version RELOADED first Pro CC - 9.0 - fail

Created new user after trying to open my iMac as a user root - worked.

Create a new user, reloaded Premiere Pro CC 2015 10.3 - all what God.

This is the solution - the solution very provided by other users on this Forum a few months ago!

  • First Pro CC 2015.3

I am having major problems with first Pro CC 2015.3.After problems last week I made a completely new reinstall of Windows 7 (64-bit) and all software. Then downloaded creative cloud and Premiere Pro. Everything seemed OK. When I went to import clips from a variety of sources - A7 of Sony, Sony AX 100 and Panasonic MTS - I kept receiving an 'invalid file or corrupt files' opinion for all files. He played quite easily in Windows Media Player. I was able to import exactly the same formats of previous projects. Mysteriously, after about an hour, I was allowed to import all the files bar the MTS files. Then saved the project and went to bed.

Tried opening Premiere Pro this morning and he just hung on "initializing app". To go to the control panel and to stop and close a from there. When I tried to open the cloud creative office he does not open and just the circle opening go in circles. When I tried to shut down the computer it doesn't would be unlocked, just display "shutting down". To make a hard stop.  When I restarted, I could not yet open creative cloud Office or Premiere Pro so of use the cleaning Adobe tool to uninstall all.

Exactly the same is is spent the last week I have attributed to a computer problem that was installing a new Windows and all software.  After using the CS6 to past years with very few problems, not not turn on a very impressive 'upgrade', having cost me days trying to resolve things service interruptions.

Turn off the "Enable accelerated h.264 decoding (reboot required) Intel" solved the problem. Thank you Bill Gehrke

Is it possible to fix this? Help, please!

    Hi Bryantheguy,

After reading the log above, it seems that this problem is related to a particular font or permissions in the folder temp of Adobe.

Try to fix the permissions on the folder Temp of Adobe, Veuileez see steps here: Re: Adobe Illustrator not updated. Error CODE: 146 .

After that, please try to remove the police mentioned in the newspaper or who move to another location and try the install again.

Let us know if that helps.

  • Adobe first Pro CC 2015 crashes when importing

    Background and problem:

I have Adobe Premier, a week or two there, and after it opens and 'sneaking around to' less than five minutes, I not did something with it. (especially to me being sick or out of town). But now today I tried to use it, and it crashes before I can get anything done. I should also mention that a month or two before I was upgraded to Windows 10 8... Against my will.

In any case, here is what happens in Adobe PPCC, step by step:

    1. I opened the program, and it starts in 30 seconds at 01:30.

    2. I go to the window at the bottom left. Right-click. Select Import. Then choose the folder of videos that I need for my first project.

    3. the PRO 'importer status window' for 2-3 seconds (empty bar). This message "Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015.2 has stopped working".

    4. the strength of the application closes.

(I have nothing else on except Skype, a tab in chrome which is idling to Facebook in case I get a message and my files).

    What I've tried so far:

    1. download version 10 of Windows of my NVIDIA drivers.

-Do not be a tech guy, I don't know exactly what pilots do. But I'm sure they have something to do with GPU and these three letters of its important.

    2. go in the "Project settings" settings and change "Renderer" to "Mercury Playback Engine acceleration (CUDA) GPU' on"Mercury Playback Engine software only"."

-Even once, do not know what all of that means... But an online guide says what to do... I tried.

    3 restart my computer.

    4 pray.

So far, no luck on anything whatsoever.

Comp Specs: (I apologize in advance for what either unserviceable or missing)

    Edition: Windows 10 home

    Processor: Intel Core i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.60 GHz

    Operating system Type 64-bit, x 64 processor

GPU: NVIDIA Windows 10 (I think...)

Memory: 779 GB free of Go 910

(No matter what else you need to know, just ask.)

    Try this:

-Disable your NVIDIA card in Device Manager. (Right click on the map to disable)

    -Restart your computer

    -Check if the problem persists
