  I shot a few vide0 in 4 k and my computer is having a hard time trying to run. I read somewhere that 4 k can be sized down to 1080 and then reduced to 4 k when done editing. I have it going in sequence settings after that video 4 k is in my time line. When I change the settings of the sequence up to 1920 x 1080 it zooms the way film in. Does nothing to play smoother back.

  I wasn't expecting the zoom in, am I doing this right?

  I want to change 4 k video in 1080 and then resize back to 4 k. Is it possible to do?

• First Pro CC 2014.2 - Crash when you drag videofile in timeline

  Hey guys,.

  When I try to drag an image or videofile (doesn't really matter what file format, codec or length) in a sequence first Pro CC 2014.2 will crash immediately, without warning. Just the usual "Adobe Premiere has stopped working" in Windows 7.

  I use Windows 7 64-bit with 4 GB of RAM, Intel Core i3-4130 NECK @ 3.40 GHz and an Intel HD Graphics 4400. Premiere Pro worked no problem a few days before, with no changes to the system. The error occurred in first Pro CC 20141 too. Maybe that's a problem with the preview of the video? Music files are no problem.

  My graphics not supported the "Mercury Playback Engine (Open CL) GPU acceleration. You can replace "Mercury Playback Engine software only" in your project settings.

• Adobe first Pro CC 2014.2 has stopped working error

  Recently, I built a new computer with the following specifications:

  CPU: 4790 k (stock speed)

  RAM: Team Extreem 16 GB (2 x 8) (2400 mhz)

  Motherboard: Asus Ranger 7

  GPU: 780ti Zotac Amp Edition

  Storage: 250SSD Samsung evo + Barracuda 1 TB

  PSU: 850 G2 EVGA

  Operating system: Windows 7 Professional

  All the drivers are up to date.

  So I installed the creative cloud and then to install the applications in the following order: Media Encoder, Photoshop, and first Pro CC. The media and photoshop have no problem but first CC pro crashes when you click on.

  I would click on the first button CC pro and the loading screen pro first will pop up but then her 'has stopped working error' will occur immediately.

  I need to get this problem is resolved in the next few days because I need it for a very important video project. If this problem cannot be fixed in the next 2 days, unfortunately, I have to pay my subscription with adobe (still within 28 days) and use Cyberlink or Vegas.

     • Use the maximum Render quality

  I'm a beginner to this program, so please bear with me.  I'm in first Pro CC (2015.3) v 10.3, blue Fox on a PC with Windows 7 Pro. The Media Encoder is also Media Encoder CC (2015.3). When I queue to export the Audio/video file, I chose H.264 and AAC Audio.  The video and audio of boxes are ticked for export.  I have the game - high-speed selected Source and preset of Facebook.  Is the screenshot after I encoded the file, but I am able to see the process of Audio and video, while it exports the file.

  Here is the screenshot of my Premier Pro screen. I had created a couple of these slide shows before and everything worked very well.  Now for some reason, there is only Audio now.  I tried it with two series of photographs with the same results.

  Any help is appreciated and I apologize if this is a repeat problem, but I don't see anything that fits my situation specifically.

  When you are working in a new project (or new sequence) and you add the first piece of media in your timeline (sequence), if the media card to match the settings of the sequence, it will ask you "Do you want to change the sequence to match the media" and you have done this, no other way to get an image size of 4608 x 3456, which is not equal to any standard video format. In Prefs or sequence by sequence, you can use the size value of the frame to have the media scale in sequence (photos/video will scale to fit the image).

  Try changing the size of the image in your sequence up to 1920 x 1080 settings. You may need to click on the pictures and also the value size of the frame.

  EDIT: also change the audio sample rate of 32000 to 48000 which is more standard and superior

  EDIT 2: If you put 4:3 pictures in a 16:9 frame, yes you get black bars on the sides. As the top and bottom of the pictures of the boat may be just the water and the sky in any case, you can change the image until it fits left to right, cropping the top and bottom which you can't miss anyway.   I have recently upgraded to adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 and some time CC, it was working fine, then all of a sudden a random crash appears saying 'Adobe Premiere Pro CC has stopped working' and no solution is then found by force, she leaves.   I read through all of this, as I had the same problem. Robert has actually almost got the answer, but I did change my RAM and update the driver for my GTX780ti as he suggested.

  This is what worked for me. Automatic backup is the culprit. TURN IT OFF. I save anyway, and I suspect most of you save constantly as I do, most of the time unconsciously. It is not necessary for the automatic backup if you condition yourself to save all the time. When you go to restore, automobile except wants to crash this party during the party.   I will be rebuilding my hackintosh with two 750 GB Samsung SSD RAID0 SATAIII EVO as boot drive and I think the same thing will happen with auto backup. Just turn it off and learn how to save on a regular basis. I have no idea why, I even use auto backup since I save almost all the time. (I'm brooding?) I was a bit paranoid, opting to save right after a record until I figured this out. I was going to clear the preview files and make them again, and then I realized, AutoSave is not necessary.

  If the first plant again regularly, I guess I'll be wrong but since I turned off auto save. no crashes.

  Also, FYI. Windows sucks and you better stop the updates and I finish a little annoying program which will choke first, AE and anything CPU and memory intensive. It is called "Trusted Installer". Windows will appear eventually your settings to download and install updates you don't want to, since they do it and you will have to cut them again.   Adobe, this is the second program send me problems to the point that it costs me power time and serious brain. I had the brain power to spare, but I would rather put my job playing in games like this. For now, I work around your bugs.   the result was not great - lost titles, (which I need to reference when I change style of home for comprehensive piece), transitions other than cross fade, and it seems to me that I've lost one video quality also.

  Does anyone have experience / advice?
