  check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.

  (restart the cc app will probably also work.)

  Now I see the date taken in the import screen until I click "ingest". When in the trash, this option is there, but no metadata in there. It is therefore impossible to import images from two cameras and have these sorted.

  I have problems with first Pro CC

  Create a new project, first Pro CC starts with a black window. The window said events 'space of unknown work.'

  When you choose "all the signs" in the window menu, everything is in place.

  BUT when I add a new first sequence always blocks and

  a dialogue window says:

  GPU - and CUDA-drivers are up-to-date.

  I uninstalled the first, then reinstalled, I erased the media covers. Nothing helps.

  I need a quick fix, need a stable system in two days, would be very grateful for the help on this!

• SpeedGrade CC cannot open first Pro CC projects?

  My Speedgrade CC cannot open first Pro CC projects because it is said that Premiere Pro is a newer version, but both are up to date.

  If that's what you get, the CC app is lying to you. It happens... happens to me also. Check your numbers... lower left of the "Help-> about" screen in PrPro, lower left corner of the top tab of the Panel preferences-wrench, 'About', in SpeedGrade. You may need to scroll down in the Panel of Sg.

  Here's what the current builds are:

  PrPro: 8.2.0 (65)

  SpeedGrade: 8.2x51

  Legacy: 13.2.0.49

  Hearing: 7.2.0.52

  You're probably showing a lower number of SpeedGrade. If so, you need to try a few things...

  (1) open the app Abobe creative cloud on your desktop, log out, & sign... that could fix things it will appear you have an available update. If it isn't...

  (2) download the Adobe CC Cleaner App...

  It lets uninstall THEM and clean all the preferences/cache for the creative cloud app AND SpeedGrade. Then download a new copy of the creative Cloud application, log in and download the new copy of SpeedGrade & install.

  I am to change a doc that is based on 7 teams in 7 countries for a draft reform of the media edition.   I am in charge of collecting their segments (adding of more texts/music/voice) to make a solidarity program.  I work in FCPX, but despite me begging everyone to do the same, some work in Adobe first Pro CC.  But, they are producers in difficult situations, with limited access to resources, so I can't insist that they buy / learning systems

  They will send edited project, with "rushes" clips used, on a hard drive with their edited sequences and deadlines.

  I tried to export some test images by PremPro export XML, via FCP7toX.

  the result was not great - lost titles, (which I need to reference when I change style of home for comprehensive piece), transitions other than cross fade, and it seems to me that I've lost one video quality also.

  Does anyone have experience / advice?

  (1) lose the title - maybe it's the sender using font characters that you do not have, or animation/effects on securities. XML is a language extremely laconic transfer - it was originally designed to transfer data between systems edit/telecine EDL and was never able to support from all but the simplest effects/title information, because she would never.

  And if this doesn't work, I'd certainly a uninstall/reinstall process, using the Adobe... found CC cleaning tool here:

  Using this, completely remove the Premiere Pro and then download/install a copy of application of Office CC PrPro fesh.

  See if that helps. Now the cleaning process full of destroy all preferences & saved custom workspaces... well you copy those before closing. And my mind just froze... Normally, I know exactly where to look for those within a PC, they are in the users / (you) / AppData/Roaming/Adobe... I think so? No idea where Mac stores, but you should be able to search for it.

  Although these files. Look comes from speedgrade, it is supposed to be a way that it can be applied to the clip in Premiere Pro.  Everybody there knows how to do this with. Look at files residing on your hard drive?

  As said in the help files and shown in the tutorials on this by Adobe... for skin files, go to the Design tab, click the drop-down arrow, and navigate to the folder where you keep your files Look. Select one, and it will be applied.
