  The country store & the Adobe ID, payment details must be same.

  First Pro CS5.5.2 will not install after replacing mothboard. It was running properly for 4 weeks before changing due to problems connecting AC and wireless connectivity.

• First Pro exports only my audio, not the video

  I'm a beginner to this program, so please bear with me.  I'm in first Pro CC (2015.3) v 10.3, blue Fox on a PC with Windows 7 Pro. The Media Encoder is also Media Encoder CC (2015.3). When I queue to export the Audio/video file, I chose H.264 and AAC Audio.  The video and audio of boxes are ticked for export.  I have the game - high-speed selected Source and preset of Facebook.  Is the screenshot after I encoded the file, but I am able to see the process of Audio and video, while it exports the file.

  Here is the screenshot of my Premier Pro screen. I had created a couple of these slide shows before and everything worked very well.  Now for some reason, there is only Audio now.  I tried it with two series of photographs with the same results.

  Any help is appreciated and I apologize if this is a repeat problem, but I don't see anything that fits my situation specifically.

  When you are working in a new project (or new sequence) and you add the first piece of media in your timeline (sequence), if the media card to match the settings of the sequence, it will ask you "Do you want to change the sequence to match the media" and you have done this, no other way to get an image size of 4608 x 3456, which is not equal to any standard video format. Is also 4:3 and not 16:9 for the video output screen. So unfortunately, if the configuration of the sequence is bad at first, your project is built on a poor Foundation that will cause problems later when you try to export to a standard format.

  If you want to put the video on Facebook, that would be 1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720 for instance (1080 p or 720 p). Your sequence should be created accordingly before adding any media. In Prefs or sequence by sequence, you can use the size value of the frame to have the media scale in sequence (photos/video will scale to fit the image).

  Try changing the size of the image in your sequence up to 1920 x 1080 settings. You may need to click on the pictures and also the value size of the frame.

  EDIT: also change the audio sample rate of 32000 to 48000 which is more standard and superior

  EDIT 2: If you put 4:3 pictures in a 16:9 frame, yes you get black bars on the sides. As the top and bottom of the pictures of the boat may be just the water and the sky in any case, you can change the image until it fits left to right, cropping the top and bottom which you can't miss anyway. Can also set vertically then necessary. Use the Adobe movement controls for these actions, found in the effect controls panel.

• First Pro CS6 trial | Installation is not properly done. Trial has not begun. Any launch button

  I installed the Office of creative cloud App on my laptop Lenovo Windows 7. I then installed the Adobe Pro first, CS6 for trial.

  Installation is complete without reporting any error. But there is no shortcut to start the application.

  When I checked the size of the installation appears only as 35.7 MB. This doesn't seem fair.

  In the window of creative cloud the first Pro CS6 is "up-to-date" shown against it, but no option to launch.

  I tried to read on the forums and the internet for the solution but have not found.

  Please advise on how to fix.

  That is right.

  First pro cs4 is the latest version which can be used with a 32-bit operating system.

• I downloaded first pro. But I can not find CS6, even if I downloaded it.

  I use window 11 (I used Windows 7, but I've updated). I downloaded creative cloud. Then I downloaded first pro cs6. to the adobe homepage, I choose to first cc pro to download. But it was downloading pro cs6. Anyway I can't find first pro even if I downloaded it. Also, I tried to remove and download cloud Barnard and first pro cs6. However, until I find it.

• First Pro CS 5.5 does not NVIDIA Quadro 2000 d

  I build a system with the following specifications:

  Intel Core i7

  PNY NVIDIA Quadro 2000 d

  Windows 7 Professional

  8 GB Ram

  128 SSD

  1 x 1 TB Raid

  I bought a boxed version of Production Premium CS 5.5. As I see in the first configuration of a project, I have only MPE only the software and the optoin is disabled. However, as I see OpenGL in After effects is Quadro 2000 d and it works well. Anyone had similar experice? You are desperately looking for help.

  In the first program on your system drive folder, run the executable labled:

  GPUSniffer.exe

  If this does not make available mecury playback, install the latest NVidia drivers on their site and try again. If this does not work, make sure the name of your video card listed in the file cuda_supported_cards.txt of text in your first program folder. Quadro 2000 d was in mine.

  Also, make sure that your card is recognized by your system as a 'Quadro 2000 D'

  It's my first time here.  I've looked everywhere I can figure out (this site isn't easy for a simple brain like mine) and can not find someone with a similar problem to mine.  Very strange.  Well well, not unless using search perameters that I entered...

  First of all, I must say, PremierPro worked very well (I'm a new user).  No problem, no worries.

  Then, for some reason, today PP decides that he does not want to load.  The "node box/Butterfly/splash screen" appears and you can see that pp takes over stuff.  Then this little box appears just, and that's all she wrote.
  AE opens, PS open, I open, SB opens.  It is JUST of PP.

  
  So I reinstalled PP from the original disks, but that did not help.

  Then I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Still no luck.

  So weird that this problem just popped up.  Maybe a Win7 64 update kabashed me?

  Hello and welcome to the forum.

  Try to launch Pr while holding down the Alt + Shift keys  Keep until the Welcome screen appears.  The Alt key resets preferences and the SHIFT key resets the plugin cache of Pr.  Corruption in one of these areas can prevent Pr to start or cause outages.

• First Pro CC 2015.3 does not open ANY project

  I was editing for a while before returning to the first. Since then, no prproj file cannot be opened, including all ongoing projects.   Thank you! But I made an another clean install of the day after and it now works. Luckily I saved my preferences manually so none of them have been lost, and the projects seem to be ok. Are there problems with only intel H264 preference? Should I disable it in any case to be sure?

• First Pro CC2015.2 starts is not after the upgrade

  I'm on WIndows 7 using a Z820 workstation HP with Xeon processors and not updating applications seem to work as expected. PP would load and appear in the Task Manager, but would not load the user interface. AFX seems to hang without any notification. Photoshop does not load the Welcome screen (which could be a new default) and doesn't connect to the libraries. The same Illustrator and seems to crash on quit.

  Did you save your project when you closed Premiere Pro?

  You can open saved project? (if difficult to locate the saved file in Premiere Pro go to menu file > Recent... and see if it is on the list?)

  If you can open the project and can see the source of the items in the project Panel, you open the correct sequence (by double-clicking it)?
