In C:/Windows, I copied explorer.exe and renamed explorer2.exe copy, then I went to regedit and edited the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrewntVersion/Winlogon and change the shell to explorer2.exe and it solved the problem.   Go to the file/project settings/general and change the rendering on "Mercury Playback Engine software only" engine.

  Press OK, you will get a dialog box in which select "remove previews."

  Try these steps and it should work.
