  I see only a Program files. This allows me to believe that your machine is 32-bit.

  First will not appear on a 32-bit computer. It must be a 64-bit computer.

  I am having some problems with the first.

  I was working on a project which has been very well for awhile, but now when I try to open it, first gives the error:

  "This project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No preview of the sequence is preset file or codec might be associated with this type of sequence. »

  In addition, in any project when I create a new sequence, there no useful presets. I found the sequence presets folder and they are all there, but they don't show up in the first.

  Also, when I import AVCHD. The MTS files, I get video but no audio, while they play fine in VLC

  I've tried but alternatives that solve nothing:

  1 disconnect, restart first, sign

  2 re-create the Adobe Premiere Pro preferences and the plugin cache. (using the shift/option drop-down list)

  3 uninstall first, reboot, run cleaner script, restart, reinstall the first

  A few pages I met suggested that executing the script cleaner several times, but you can really run only one time, since after the first cleaning, when you run it again once nothing appears on the list to be cleaned.  There are still remnants of things Adobe has left on my machine not cleaned by the cleaner script that I need to manually remove?

  If someone has had this problem but had no one of the proposed solutions adobe work for them and subsequently corrected this?

  It is Adobe first CC 2014.  I'm under it on a Mac Book Pro, which is less than a year, OSX 10.9.5 w / 16 GB memory running.

  It's UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRANT.  I spent almost all day this problem and all I want to do is change my video. A quick search of the internet shows that I am far from alone in having this problem. In addition, relocation is not trivial because the speed of download where I am is slow.

  Well, it took a long time, but I finally got it working properly.  All codecs and presets are, I can import AVCHD files correctly with audio and the project that I could not open before now opens very well, so it turns out not to make a corrupt project. It seems that the problem was that the script cleaner does not clean actually all it should be, and I had to do it all manually.

  I uninstalled all the software Adobe Creative Cloud, rebooted, run the CC cleanup script and restarted again.

  So I uninstalled Flash and all other Adobe software, I got on my machine.

  Then I used the app to find any file to find all the references on my Mac for any file with "adobe" in the name - including system files - and deleted and empty the trash.

  The only things of Adobe, I have left on my machine were the Adobe RGB color profile and all Adobe fonts, I had.

  Empty the trash again, reset again.

  Then, I used the CC Setup program to install the first and only first (I was not yet installed Adobe Media Encoder) because I didn't want to spend all this time download only to fail again on me.

  And finally it worked. Then I went back and installed Media Encoder, which does not break something, then I went back and installed the other CC apps I wanted on my machine and things are finally working.

  The "cleaner" script lets a files related to LOT of creative cloud on your machine, which, in my opinion, means that this isn't a very effective "cleaner".  He seems to want to leave a lot of preferences and files other files which I don't know the purpose (but I deleted them anyway).  It should at least be a checkbox somewhere on the vacuum cleaner that says "wipe absolutely everything about Adobe off my machine.

• Adobe first 9 does not open

  All of a sudden, I have problems with Adobe first 9. The Welcome screen opens, then when I click on "open a project"or"new project" it does not open. I used it a minute ago and it crashed and closed, then when I tried to open it again it didn't work anymore. I restarted my computer, but it will not always be open. I get no message of dysfunction, nothing, it does not open. The only place where I can go is in the Organizer.

  Can someone help me with this problem?

  What operating system runs your Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1? For now, I will assume to Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64bits.

  Have you looked at the problem with and without the antivirus and firewall disabled?

  If you really want to delete the settings file, then follow these steps

  Local disk C

  and in the folder 9.0 is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs (file) file that you delete. If it does not, you delete the whole 9.0 folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Don't forget to work with folder Option show hidden files, folders and disks active so that you can see the full quoted path.

  You confirm that you are running the program as the 9.0.1 update. If not, please download and install the 9.0.1 update from the following link Adobe rather than a project helps day Menu/set.

  and in the folder 9.0 is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. A new BadDrivers.txt file will be generated when you reopen Premiere Elements, but now the problem will be gone. Same comment on folder in the Adobe Premiere elements prefs file Option.

  Other applications having a problem where I am unable to open the first cc pro, open very well. There are similar situations on the forum but no quiet pretended. If I try and open the first Pro CC through the CC app nothing happens, no error message, no splash screen is just nothing. Try to open a project directly instantly returns an error "the application could not start correctly (0xc0000142). Click ok to close the application.

  Any help would be appreciated

  I just upgraded to windows 7 to 8.1.   Clean install.  Downloaded first Pro CC, AE CC, and a few others.   I can't import or use .flv files in first pro.  It says file type is not supported.  Even if I export flv EI first pro will not open it.  All of my past with flv files projects show that as offline media.   Help, please.   FLV is always worked before.

• iTunes does not open when the option key is held

  I used to switch between my library of DJ and my sample library, hold down the Option key. Since a few days now iTunes does not display the window that allows me to choose to open or create a new library. Nothing happens. I see in the iTunes menu bar, and that's all.

  I created a new user, and it works very well with it. I deleted completely using AppCleaner, reinstalled iTunes. Firstly, it has not open at all, even without down option. I fixed this problem with the recovery of files in the iTunes library folder. But still, there's no way to see the window to choose or create a library.

  If I remember correctly, the problem appeared on my previous MBP. I've restored the TimeMachine backup on my new MBP.

  In general, click the icon that launches the app and immediately press and hold down the key change, alt/option on Mac, distribution on Windows. Hold the button down until you get choose it or create the dialogue of the library. If you don't get it, close iTunes (and not only the window), wait until there is a chance to close and save the library, it had just opened, and then try again.

  Yesterday I upgrade my Adobe 11.0.10 Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 15.010.20056 player. The tabs interface was pleasant enough, but there are still some limitations with this features, such as,.

  I want to disable the new interface to tabs via Preferences > General > open documents in the new tab in the same window (not checked), but after you turn off the new tabbed interface, all new documents open after the first document are not open in a maximized window, they always opened in a restored window.

  No matter what I do, it keeps - on the opening of the second new pdf in this one, restored windows are the things that I tried to overcome this.
