First Pro CC will not open or import .flv files

I just upgraded to windows 7 to 8.1.   Clean install.  Downloaded first Pro CC, AE CC, and a few others.   I can't import or use .flv files in first pro.  It says file type is not supported.  Even if I export flv EI first pro will not open it.  All of my past with flv files projects show that as offline media.   Help, please.   FLV is always worked before.

Support for importing content Flash has been removed in the latest patch. Please visit this page: http://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/premiere-pro-cannot-import-flv.html

I downloaded and installed the application twice.

I go to creative cloud and I can see Premiere Pro CS6 is an application installed, but I can't click on it to run it.

At this stage is spent an hour trying to run an application.

I get no error there simply nothing...

I want to just try it... So far, it is not looking good...

As for the location of the program files? If you do not see here, use the CC cleaning tool to uninstall the application and then reinstall it again. Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

Running OS 10.10.3, Photoshop CS4 do not open or import RAW files. Someone knows how to fix this? I've done the update of JAVA, but no luck.

This camera needs Adobe Camera Raw 5.2 to read these raws, and I'm not sure what has your CS4 installation.

Then go here Adobe - Photoshop: for Macintosh: Camera Raw 5.7 update download and install the update and let me know if it works.

  • 13 elements will not open Nikon d750 raw files

13 elements will not open Nikon d750 camera raw files, will not be updated or the other in the menu help, any ideas what to do.

Hi, ATR, just for you say, my firewall etc is managed by software Norton anti-virus, the reason why I could not update was the firewall, entered the firewall of windows 8 and found a facility to allow applications through firewall he, Adobe was not one of them, so I just added 13 elements Adobe and hey presto it allowed me to do all the necessary updates , I now camera raw 8.7 update on 13 items.

    Thanks again, ATR.

  • First Pro CC will not import the .mov files

Problems with first Pro CC, I can't import. MOV files created with my Canon 6 d.

If I try to import the files, I get a msg of error "File not supported" very generic.

It is a new installation of first CC on a new computer. I was able to import them using first Pro CC on the old computer.

QuickTime will play well these files on my new computer.

Premiere Pro CS6 will import these files to the new computer.

First Pro CC would open them well on my old computer.

I don't know yet where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

    Here are my system details:

    • 10.9.3 OSX
    • new Mac Pro
    • 3 GHz 8-Core Xeon E5
    • 64 GB OF RAM
    • The files are on the G external drive - Tech Thunderbolt.

Well, I uninstalled and reinstalled first CC and all works well. No idea what went wrong, but its working now.

  • First Pro CC will not import ANY audio file, be it a mp3 or a part of a mp4 video (or other formats)

Any audio or video file that I drop at first will appear almost immediately with the window

    Audio compliance error

    Movie compilation error.

    Unknown error.

    Untitled picture.png

When I check the log error/events (little red X in the lower corner) this window says:

' 21/11/14 09:47:28 disc error has occurred while trying to access the following files:

    \\ipsse01\home$\myusername\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Media cache Files\filename.mp3 44100.cfa ".

(The file is on my desk)

This happens at all, even that current audio files windows comes with in the folder 'Sample Music', I tried those too to nothing does not.

I am at a total loss. I'm new to first pro, but these are generic file formats, so I don't think that the problem is with the file. I have not tried to reinstall because I have to go to our one network administrator / computer specialist (who is also the accountant of the company) so that it can enter the username admin/pass in the pop-up box and she's often so busy. I try to avoid listening to it, if I do not need to (which unfortunately I tend to always have to do a lot)

    For reference, I'm under Win7 Professional 64-bit, 8 GB of RAM and a processor i7 - 4610M @ 3 .00GHz.

    Hey Kevin,

I had earlier tried to do, but it still doesn't work. Then the company we use for large it projects, suggested pointing where media cache files are saved to a new location, excluding my sync account (which is always saved on my hard drive) and a folder on the hard disk that has not been synchronized with the network. That seemed to fix finally!

Thanks for all the help and answers, if I really appreciate it!

  • First Pro CC will not appear after startup start

So I got problems with Premiere Pro CS6 wouldn't show after the start screen was finished loading, so I decided that I wanted to move to Premiere Pro CC and try out the course.

I uninstalled Premiere Pro CS6 and run the cleanup tool and downloaded creative cloud and started to install the first Pro CC. Now when I click on it in CC, nothing happens, and if I start from its location it will work only the splash screen, but after that he finished to load "ExporterAVI.prm", it will close the splash starts and disappear. If I open the Task Manager, I can see first Pro CC running, but there is nothing on the taskbar. Since Media encode CC is installed with it I tried to run that too. He instead of 'Finish' the splash will stop responding to 'ExporterAVI.prm '. My main suspect is ExporterAVI.prm, but I've been able to find anything about the codecs. I reinstalled the K-Lite Codec Pack (Mega) and always the same questions. I can't find any "ExporterAVI.prm" on my computer, no and I don't know if its supposed to be there.

I'm out of ideas... I tried Googling everything and no solution so far...

    HOT - FIX, NO SOLUTION:

Okay, so I finished by contact Support Adobe technique and after a few hours trying to move the error and what we have tried to remove the pluging ExporterAVI.PRM Premiere Pro and Media Encoder. Both programs will now run - however I have not tested a .avi file export and I suspect that it cannot be properly. It is a solution for me because I export all the video files in AVI format in any case.

I've had trouble finding exporterAVI.prm by conducting a search on my computer and the records but Anand (partisan) found.

My exporterAVI.rpm file was found in:
    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2015\Plug-ins\Common CC
    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media encode CC 2015\Plug-ins\Common

Thanks for the help and suggestions of everyone and thanks to Anand for his patience and several hours of help through my day.

  • Premiere Pro 2015 will not open

    Hello

I just upgraded to first Pro 2015 and when I open the app on my laptop, I get a window intro with new features, etc, and then nothing, no matter how long wait. I use a Macbook Pro (16 GB of RAM) and had no trouble with Premiere Pro 2014. Other versions of Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) 2015 products work very well.

    Thank you

    Laura

    Hi Laura,

If you close this window of new features, you will be able to see anything else than a black screen. There are a few other tabs (creation, put on the road, Tips & Techniques) on this window, you see them?

You can click on the file menu to open or create projects after closing this window.

    Thank you

  • First Pro CC does not open on the all-new MacBook Pro with NVIDIA GeForce GT 750 M

I used to run the first Pro CC on my old MacBook Pro (mid 2010) very well with no problems. A few weeks ago I bought a brand new MacBook Pro and when I try to open PP, I get an error startup that reads "Adobe Premiere Pro could not find capable video game modules. Please update your video display drivers and start over. »

I'm running on an end 2013 15 "MBP retina with 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 and NVIDIA GeForce GT 750 M. I checked the compatiable for first Pro CC graphics cards, and the GT 750 M is listed as an acceptable. I did a lot of digging and can't find a solution anywhere. Can someone please?

I solved this problem on my system by adding "read & write" permission for all of the Users/myusername/Library/preferences/Adobe folder and all its subfolders.

  • My adobe first pro CS6 will not install

    Hello

I am trying to install adobe trial version first pro cs6, when I say through the implementation, it is Adobe CS6 Encore and Adobe Premier pro CS6 do not meet the requirments, 64-bit operating system os recommended.

I don't really have any idea what that means or if there is a way around this etc y at - it another version of the trial that does not require 64-bit? My computer is running a 32-bit system.

    Thank you

    Bex

    Unfortunately not.

Premiere Pro CS6 and Encore CS6 are 64-bit only. They will not work on your machine.

    http://www.Adobe.com/au/products/premiere/FAQ.html#64bit-support

You could have a peek to Premiere Elements extending on 32-bit and 64-bit.

  • 8.2.6/Win7/64 Pro Adobe will not open this pdf file

The pdf file is a roadmap to State and can be found here:

    http://http :// www.iowadot.gov/maps//msp/pdf/transmap.html

I know that the NVA reader 10 (X) under win/xp it will open, but try to open it under win7/64 using Adobe Pro 8.2.6, I get the following message:

    "Acrobat cannot decrypt this doc.

I also know that the 8.2.6 running win xp DRIVE does not open this pdf file, I get the same message as above.

    Any ideas?

The type of security they applied means that it cannot be opened in any version of Acrobat or Reader before 9. They have made a mistake to do this way, in my opinion.

When I got to the last step in the instructions... reboot with default preferences, this was the result. And it continues to happen whenever I try to launch the program.

In desperation I uninstalled the Prime Minister and the preferences and reinstalled. But lance the first reinstalled gave me the same gel.

Argh. Can someone suggest a remedy?

    Thank you!

    Hi dkmiles,
