First of all, it depends whether you burn audio disks or data - if they are audio discs, you can check and rearrange the order of songs in the burn list - if necessary - before you start burning. If you drag multiple files to the burn list quite often the last track you clicked on will go upward, so I wonder if it is what can happen.   Firefox keeps opeing where I left instead to start with my home page. I use the latest firefox with windows8. Dosen't happen with windows7. This has happened with the last update.

  Replacing the pref.js didn't fix the problem, I just do a default reset firefox and that solved the problem.

  I was struggling with the last update of OS X on my Mac Mini and my MacBook Air for the last two days.

  The App Store has informed me that there is an update available for download and installation, requiring a reboot. (1.44 GB)

  When I clicked ok to go ahead and download, the download starts ok and then crashes every 40-50 MB. Once glued, it does not recover by itself, but needs a manual foot start cycling through the update cycle.   I hope it helps someone as it has been a persistent problem for some time at least six months. I did the research almost as long and also a solution for this, but I'm done here as a last resort. My question to had is that I believe that this occurs at the start of most of the time with the system, but can occur later also is originally the system will block also up and we have four other systems here that this was never a problem at all. I'm still looking and I hope to find an answer somewhere with out having to do a complete clean reinstall 7. I looked here for answers and met several all through the web, including here none have solved the problem.  I would be grateful at least someone leading me in the right direction on this issue if you can.
