  I am very new to Flash. I realized just 2 lesson in Classroom In A Book and go to the last page (p. 75) where it ends in a neat Tip: "To use this animation in other projects, you can copy all the keyframes on the main timeline and paste them into a new instance of MovieClip, you can then place where you want to use it."
  
  Neat trick, but I'm such a beginner, I need the method step by step how to do what he says. First of all, there are a lot of keyframes in this lesson. Then I shift-select each one and then edit > copy to the Clipboard and then paste the contents of the Clipboard in the library somehow? This statement flies just above the head that the book covered not copy keyframes or something like that so far.
  
  My only hope now is help for more experienced users.

  When you insert > new symbol

  the program inserts a special mode called "isolation mode of the" you've probably noticed you were looking for the missing timeline. This is because the timeline you are watching is specific to the new video Clip.

  This allows you to do a lot of complex things for the clip without the main scenario for projects.

  At this point, there is probably an empty picture-key unique on your timeline. This key frame is that you select and then right click > paste the animation that you copied from the main timeline.

  What should happen, is that a new copy of your animation should appear on the stage.

  Savings at this point will save the animation for the new movie clip.

  Video clips are stored in the .fla file if you want to import this clip to a new flash project would follow you these steps.

  go to insert > new symbol

  You will need to open the advanced options. Inside it to search for an existing video clip. When you click Browse to search for the animations .fla file the system will then shoot you in this library of .fla files, where you can choose movie clip animation.

  Once you click ok, it should get your clip from movie of animation to the new project and place it in your library. You can then click and drag this clip from movie on your scene for use.

  I'm on my way home so I won't check this again for a while. You can read about "isolation mode" and a little more on the video clips in general, they take a little bit to understand, but play a vital role to make the most of flash.

• Classroom in a book - lesson 2 - Add the animation layer

  I use the Dutch version of the classroom in a book, Flash CS3and the English version of Flash, on a Windows Vista pc updated (NOT ServicePack1 installed).
  The lesson is to make an animation of a glass of sparkling water.
  I created the glass and the first bubble - so far, so good.
  But then I copy the bubble a couple of times, in the times News (layers).
  According to the book, I select interpolated in the first bubble picture and images make it drag (hold the Alt key) to the next layer. According to the book in this new layer the same animation should appear (a rose by a solid line in the beginning end of the pink section section).
  However, in my workspace, I get a pink section all the way until the end of the new layer, with a dotted in her line.
  See this image of the screen.
  In addition, there is a sign next to the button change, saying: motion tween will be not on the layers with dissociated forms or on layers with more than one group or a symbol.
  Not to mention the animation for this second layer does not work.
  I tried the same lesson on my pc backup, using Win XP, with the same results.
  
  Is that what I can do about it? The text is in the bad book, can I use any special parameters in Flash or...

  I myself discovered it by accident: I have not selected the last image (the one with the black dot in it).
  So: do not select only pink executives, but also the frame with the point just after the pink frames...

• Cannot add an audio Transition VIA Drag and Drop... Next in the classroom in a book.

  I work through Premier Pro classroom in a book, and I can add audio transitions in all the different ways they ask for.

  Default shortcut as well as through the sequence menu.

  I can't add a drag and drop any kind crossfade. Not between audio or at the beginning or end of the sequence.

  Y at - it a setting that I turned on to turn it off? It seems that since I'm following the examples of book and there was no mention of any weird behaviour that should not be the case.

  We tried a few things and looked in the forums, but nobody seems to have the same problem.

  Note:

  Running a Mac with El Capitan.

  Video transitions are drag and able to receive.

  OK I found it.

  Looks like I got accidentally audio transition default to 0.01 seconds time in the preferences panel.

  It is in fact a framework - but not a no-brainer.

  What are the parts of the book are now outdated?

  I want to have the tutorial on the function of fluidity which became somehow.

  Maar wat ik ook try, hulplijn is geselecteerd niet en het lukt me niet om die ook na die handeling alsnog you bewerken in deelvenster het Beheer.  Daar is geen various van die hulplijn.

  Het is misschien een klein, maar op een specific time clean kan het nauwkeurig Hotel instellen van een liniaal zijn cruciaal.

  Wie kent said clean ook en wie has een antwoord.

  I am relatively new to the use of CC and I decided to buy some of the classroom in a book books in series to the 3 main products I use. I will pre-order the book of Photoshop 2015 2015 and would have liked to have ordered the Muse 2015 and 2015 Illustrator books too, but they are not on Amazon yet.

  Each version of Adobe products is based on the previous ones.  Some things like filters and advanced features may change or become obsolete over time, but the basic tools remained much the same for decades.  As long as you know there are subtle differences between the versions, I think that you will always get a large part of the value of C to a and B for CS6.

  There are problems with the samples offered in class in a series of books for Premiere Elements known.

  Your problem is extended to some or all of the lesson files.

  Please contact the editor of the book of lessons files issues correction... There was a lot.

  You should see the editor of coordinates in the book somewhere.

  How you try to open a file in first 12 items, add Media/then what?

  And what is the name of a specific file in these lessons you are trying to open in the first 12 items?

  No doubt, most important and to the point, can you import your own photos or videos without problems in

  First 12 items?

  Update the 12 to 12.1 update if you don't have it already. See Help Menu/implementation to date of an open project.

• Illustrator CS5 classroom in a book lesson 0 - using the appearance Panel and effects.

  I just begin as part of the Adobe Illustrator CS5 classroom in a book that tries to teach me how to use the program.  I'm still in the lesson 0 and got to the section "Use of the appearance Panel and effects." When I click on icon appearance the current selection panel, listed as 'No. Selection' and not 'Path' as stated in the book.  I wonder if I missed a step while working through the book.    I would like to attach the file, but do not see a link for me to attatch a file.
