  I have not used the Flash CS6 (on Win 7 x 64 Pro) for a few months, and now, when you open or create projects, Flash crashes at about 10% CPU and will not continue loading.

  Please can anyone help diagnose it, so I can get it working again? I have plans on hold (don't we all).

  Thank you. None of these circumstances applied to me, but I found the problem by using a few process and Thread analysis tools. There was a problem with my Wacom drivers and for some reason, and to delete and reinstall these has solved the problem.

  I use the trial version of InDesign CS6 on a mac OSX 10.7.4 that I need to export my document as an interactive PDF. I found that the export works very well as long as none of the objects in my document were a shadow. However, if I add a shadow to any object (text, images or video) InDesign will crash when I try to export. I'm adding the shadow by selecting the object and choosing object > Effects > drop shadow. Is there another method I should use to add shade if I want to export to an interactive PDF?

I use Flash Professional CS6 on a Mac and have not had any problems to export before .mov until I tried to use the 3D animation tool. A copy of the first image in the upper left corner of the scene - but it shows not in the timeline panel, or when you test the movie. It appears in the preview by choosing export options and stays there during export. I did about 5 different tests and they all have the same problem - it will only go away if I do not use the 3d rotation tool. Problem is that I really want to use this tool to get the effect I want!

  I could easily create the same problem, even in the current version of Animate. The only solution I could understand was to put a keyframe of Tween non - 3D before where the 3D Tween starts.   The file that I export has streaming audio narration is 22 kHz Mono 16 bit, that sounds good in the swf file. When I export to .mov the sound quality is bad. I tried all the settings in the dialog box publish which relates to the sound quality and no sound as good as it did in the swf file. If I put it in MP3 format, 64 kbps, mono, sound is metallic, if I chose Raw 22 kHz, mono, the sound is better, but it is not a noise of rattling in the original; Speech 22 kHz, mono has a quality of echo-y in it.

  Video help page export (Export video with Animate) looks like it has not been updated to animate, because the instructions will tell you to go here: Select the file > export > film Export not exporting to swf in Animate. He also says that there is a QuickTime settings option than opens settings dialog box advanced QuickTime. Is there such a thing to animate?   Set the flow and the audio 44.1 KHz, 16 bit stereo RAW event. Also, no animation in an AS3 FLA, no canvas and use of imported instead of MP3 lossless WAVs. No amount of quality settings will save the sound if you have imported low quality MP3.
