• Scratch the disc problems - too much hard disk space?

My photoshop (7) used to work (on my old computer), now I have re-installed and it says there are windows paging at the same location and I can not open it because "zero disks are full."   Change the location, do nothing or will reset preferences (sorry Manish Sharma). You really need to physically reduce the partition to be below or around the ceiling of 500 GB. It is inevitable that this is inherent in the old file API of e/s who use these programs. Changing the location of scratch disk would do nothing until the partition of the program is stil great lthat and get the program in a loop. Open your drivemanagemnt using the my computer right click-->--> Manage--> disk management and split the partition or whatever.

  I ordered on eBay a second hand replacement (1133 Mhz) CPU SL5CK. (same number of pins, the same processor family: RH80530)
  When I go in, the laptop starts, but there is nothing on the screen and no HARD disk activity.

  So I asked the seller if he had tested the CPU, it sent, he said no and sent me 2 CPUs of replacement, another SL5CG and a SL64Z (which does not appear on the Intel site for some strange reason, but which is of the same characteristics as the SL5CG..)

  It is not easy to say what the reason for this. I had a similar problem with my Satellite. The HARD drive was very often active and very slow. In my case, the reason was the antivirus software. The scanning of the HARD drive has been the almost permanent process and something to work on the machine was almost impossible.

  After removing the antivirus software HDD is fast. Now, I found a new and there is no problem more.

  If you're not, there is probably an another 3rd party application which is the cause, probably badly tested safety related application.

  Connect your laptop (with battery) to the power supply and leave an hour, try to restart your laptop. If portable starting again let it run until the battery will be fully recharged.

  I hope that it will work properly again. I had a similar problem with my Satellite A300-1LI, and I do this. Laptop now works perfectly with or without adapter.

  Boot from the Toshiba recovery disc. The recovery disc formats the HARD drive and partitions and redefines the laptop to factory settings.

  You can also start Win 7 disc (or other Microsoft) and can format the HDD too.

I tried to download all the drivers on a separate computer, but I have no idea of the order of installation, or what I really do I install if I'm honest.

  I read online that it is possible to pay a relatively modest fee and get a new boot disk sent me that would answer all my questions, is this possible and which is the best way to fix my problem?
