FlashPaper 3 on Adobe Labs?

Now that Flex 2 is out, and the API is not easily accessible for FlashPaper 2 SWF, FlashPaper 3 would be extremely convenient.

Any plans to publish an overview of FlashPaper 3 on Labs from Adobe?

Thank you

Hello

I'm sorry to be the voice of business, but Adobe cannot comment on future products. This limitation is one of the main reasons why we have developed the resource Labs - to allow a communication early and previews emerging technologies. Unfortunately, if a product is not yet on the Labs, or otherwise announced, we cannot share any information outside the company. I suggest that you see the FlashPaper support forum and post any new feature ideas/suggestions you may have.

  • The Adobe Labs Cirrus Server does support Shared Objects?

    Anyone know if the labs of adobe cirrus free service provides support for remote shared objects?

    Im trying to use a remote shared object to communicate between instances of my NearID flash application.

    Synchronization event does not fire after setting a property on the shared object, no errors are triggered either.

    function initialize (): void {}

    try {}

    SO = SharedObject.getRemote (false "distinctive sign", NetConnection.uri),

    }

    catch (error: Error) {}

    status_textbox. Text = Error.ToString;

    }

    SO.addEventListener (SyncEvent.SYNC, syncUpdateHandler);

    SO.addEventListener (NetStatusEvent.NET_STATUS, netConnectionHandler);

    SO.connect (NC);

    SO.setProperty ("nearid", NC.nearID);

    }

    function syncUpdateHandler(event:SyncEvent):void {}

    status_textbox. Text = "Sybc Trigerred ';

    }

    The help is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

    the name of Cirrus service code does not support shared objects. Cirrus isn't FMS.

    the * only * things done Cirrus are: accepts client connections P2P Research/introduction by peerID, bootstrap group RTMFP (via "server channel" if active group) and a short message relay function.

    things Cirrus does not: save data, stream video on demand, relay of client-to-Server stream between connected clients, shared objects, scripting on the server or any other function FMS side performs.

  • Site works in Adobe Lab IE browser, but not in IE 8

    I'm ready to bag this project together. My site works perfectly in FF and Safari. When I test with IE 7 and 8 in Adobe browser Lab, it seems.

    But when a friend who has windows open in IE 8, the formatting is shot.

    Without access to a PC and IE, it is futile to try to make the site restore successfully in all browsers?

    Thanks a lot for your help so far.

    As suggested in my previous post for the menu bar in IE7 add the following to your stylesheet css:

    UL li {} #menuNav
    float: left;

    IE 9 seems to be ok?

  • How do you stay connected in the Adobe Labs forums?

    Hello when I first enter the Labs forums I put a checkbox next to "Keep me connected." But every time I leave the inactive site with entries about me for about 15 minutes and I want to post a new topic or respond to that I have to reconnect! Whenever the checkbox ' keep me connected "is checked! How can I solve this? I can't stand having to log in every 15 minutes - the site is too slow for that. And generally, I leave the site at least as long to perform another task and give others a chance to answer so that I can answer and so on and so forth...

    If you have cookies enabled for Adobe.com, you should never have to log in again on the forums as long as you click on "Remember me" when you log and never physically disconnect from the site. I hope this helps!

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - 100% crash when you try to 'save' or ' Save as '. No work of online solutions.

    I followed each guide out there on the web to solve the problem of Adobe Acrobat DC break during an attempt to 'save' or ' save under ' and nothing has worked. I tried to use the clean uninstall tool and have completely re-installed fees, I've unmarked, the checkboxes for "online storage see saving files", tinkered with potential conflicts antivirus, off 'enable enhanced security '. Right now, it's literally impossible to work on a PDF file and make no progress on this issue. Any help would be extremely beneficial.

    To validate the solution that I found:

    First of all, I would like to express that I have do not tolerate illegal use / misuse of proprietary information, but I indeed did in the past, and while this will discuss specific ways in which this is done for Acrobat, it is strictly intended as a solution for those of you who want to legally use / buy Acrobat who have been down this road as all of the solutions presented revolve around the basic presumption that you have legally purchased Acrobat or downloaded the trial version.

    Second, if you try to contact Adobe regarding this problem, there is no working solution. My case was high until the next layer of support, but the technical support specialist walked through all the "known" methods and he has already proposed, that you can find in the forums / online. I assume that the support specialist understands how the hosts file works and has probably knowledge in order for the program to function properly, the hosts file should not be tampered with - however, I do not support "script" walks in the scenario in which a customer has already changed this file. So respect my specialist who spent time with me.

    Most installation through non-traditional means methods require a basic knowledge to edit the 'hosts' file in your systems32 folder. Most of the earlier versions of Acrobat would require a form any of editing this file patch, either through increased privileges Books edition of the hosts file.

    Indeed, you would block Adobe to be able to contact some outgoing IPS, essentially fooling the program during its use. Come Adobe DC and creative cloud - where Adobe legitimately does not use the programs without creating and connecting to the user ID while using their programs.

    NET effect, not quite sure, but apparently a certain connection to Adobe is necessary in order to use certain features of their applications - especially in Adobe Acrobat DC, be able to 'save' or ' Save as ' a PDF.

    In order to solve the problem:

    1. manually change your hosts file and remove all entries associated with Adobe or download the AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool (access error limited creative for desktop application cloud ) that will automatically fix your hosts file.

    2. use the Adobe Acro cleaning tool (Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs ) to perform a clean uninstall of Adobe Acrobat.

    3. restart your PC.

    4. either download the trial or paid Version of Adobe Acrobat directly from Adobe's Web site, which will also download Creative Cloud Adobe software.

    5 from them, install Acrobat / creative cloud and try save a pdf file. The problem should be solved.

    I can reproduce the problem by downloading (non-traditional ways) the latest version of Acrobat: 2015.017.20050 and by doing one of the multiple methods of blocking Adobe. Thus, it seems logical to assume that there is a function related to the saving function which requires interaction with Adobe servers, otherwise the program inevitably crashes over the economy.

    I checked only this method works if you have (1) changed your hosts with respect to any IP Adobe file, or (2) If you have installed Acrobat (non-traditional ways) and "patched" to aid AMT emulator of the painter and specifically only to 'save' or ' save under ' problem. This method does NOT / has not been tested for any other mode to "patch" Acrobat including, but not limited to: (1) using the the 'Universal patching Adobe"or (2) with any"Keygen"nor has she been tested for any other function that inherently requires some kind of access to Adobe.

    Again, I want to express the fact that I'm not condoning the illegal use / misuse of confidential information. I want to make this post to help a large population of users who probably have faced or will face this problem and who are legitimately tent / paying to use Adobe products and Adobe to understand when addressing solutions to the problems, other factors of root to play that affect your programs such as an uninstall / reinstall will not correct.

    Good luck. I hope it's useful.

  • Unable to open Adobe Reader - tried to remove and reload

    I used Adobe several years without problem. I use Windows 7 and Internet Explorer with Adobe enabled compatibility. I finished a CC Cleaner.

    Recently, the icon disappeared from my programs causing an inability to open. Attempted to remove it using revo uninstaller and suggested vacuuming Adobe found in the forum. While it does not appear in Revo, he continues to show the 23.0.0.162 version when I "check if Flash Player is installed".

    Nevertheless, it seems to stay in my system, I tried to re download. However, he didn't ask the typical questions "you want to... run, run security... and you want to allow... and the message 'If you have encountered problems"...» I tried again without a bit of luck.

    Please help as I rely on this product. Thank you very much

    Hi philh41642635,

    You could have checked the version of Flash Player installed on your computer with a link because 23.0.0.162 is a version of Flash Player.

    Check if Adobe Reader is installed under programs and features, hold down the Windows key and press R on your keyboard, type appwiz.cpl in the Run dialog box and locate Adobe Reader. If it's there, right-click on it and select uninstall, run the cleanup tool again once you've downloaded or you can download it here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning - Adobe Labs tool , restart the computer and download CD here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution (locate your operating system, the language and version accordingly).

    Let me know if you face difficulties to install the reader on your computer.

  • Security permissions for Adobe Reader 11

    Hello

    What are the security permissions required to make Adobe Reader 11 Protected Mode work?

    The current permissions, I discovered is C:\Program Files\Adobe

    Must read permissions for the users group. Other security permissions are required? For example. Registry, records etc... or political security?

    Hi cloudkumo,

    The reason you see this error because environmental contexts on your computer conflicts or anti-virus as shown here: Adobe Reader could not open Protected Mode due to a problem with the configuration of your system and change the registry settings is not a good idea.

    Step 2 - If 1 doesn't work, remove the drive using found here cleaning tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning - Adobe Labs tool then download and install Adobe Reader here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution, restart the computer and launch Reader.

  • Adobe Acrobat XI keeps asking for serial number

    Dell Inspiron 7348

    Windows 10

    I bought less than a year and a month, I got a notice from Adobe that I need to reinstall my software Adobe Adobe Acrobat XI there.  I ignored for a while and finally with success removed (using the control panel configuration-programs and features) and the Adobe's Plans and products reinstalled my software.  My copy is saved in the Plans and products. I immediately got pop-ups periodically whenever I use the software to register my product.  I chose to ignore and do not show this message to dozens of times without relief.  I finally agreed to register (re-record) software and the pop - up then asked my serial number, I entered and was accepted.  That didn't satisfy the demons pop up as the same request for my serial number opens everytime I open and periodically when I'm in the middle of the use of the software. It is most annoying. As I do not pay enough to be granted a privilege phone or chat, I appeal to the forum to provide Adobe support should be provided to customers who pay for the right to use their software.
