  • Flight Simulator 2000 and Combat Simulator flights are loaded on my Windows 7 computer.

My Flight Simulator 2000 and Combat Simulator flights are loaded on my Windows 7 computer.  Everything seems to work except the control stick.  There are vibrations and the throttle response, but the direction of the joystick does not work.  I just put a new hard drive and Windows 7 in my computer.
The joystick works well in Flight Simulator 2.  Everything worked OK on Windows xp.

    Hello

I suggest you to calibrate the joy stick and check if it works.

    2. open the control panel.
    3. double click on the link of game controllers.
    4. search and unique click on your joystick in the list of controllers. If your game controller is not listed, make sure that it is properly fixed and functional.
    5. with your gamepad highlighted, click on the properties button under the list of controllers.
    6. in the new pop-up window, click the button on the settings tab.
    7. follow all the instructions in the wizard that appears and click Finish when done.
    8. you can also test all buttons and axes that your joystick offers tab Test make you all the buttons and sliders are working before relying on them in an application.

  • Visual Studio Plugin: Waiting for Simulator to complete loading... forever.

    Win 2K 3, Visual Studio 2 k 8

I created a Web Site (does change all the files - just left default.aspx).

Then I changed to browse with default for blackberry.

Then I pressed the green button of debugging.

Beginning BlackBerry MDS - CS has been rapid.

Then it opens emulator "BOLD" BlackBerry, and after awhile, I clicked on 'Détails' on the dialog box 'start debugging '. This is what he had:

[Start BlackBerry MDS - CS] From BlackBerry MDS Connection Services...
[Start BlackBerry MDS - CS] FACT!
    [Starting Device Simulator] Launch Fledge: Throwing file - C:\Program Search Plugin VS9 Motion\BlackBerry 1.2\handheld\simulator_4_6_0\fledge.exe, settings - / app = Jvm.dll / Pocket = 9000/app-param = DisableRegistration/app-param = JvmAlxConfigFile:9000.xml/app-param = JvmDebugModeOff/session for partner = 9000/app-param = MdsDebugn/app-param = BrowserDebugPort:5557/app-param BrowserDebug =n/app-param = NoTutorial/Dungeon-lcd-on/pin = 0x2100001A/app - param = BrowserDebugPort:5557, skin - BlackBerry 9000, PIN - 0x2100001A
[Starting Device Simulator] Waiting for Simulator to finish loading...

The device was done loading some time ago and I can even open the web browser in Microsoft device emulator and go to bing and even my http://localhost:xxxx / website1, or whatever.

    Any ideas?

I have only 1 network card.

I tried with my firewall and turn off.

I got further away now though.

I realized that if I hit F5 and then launch and I click 'Cancel' and then go to Task Manager and instead of killing the user interface process that loads the emulator instead of this I close the RIM.NET.XXX or whatever the process.

Then wait for the emulator to access the main screen then press on F5 again to join occurs but the emulator can't hit google or my local host.

A companion of mine office has been able to operate its box with the same approach "kill process".

It is running Win XP with Visual Studio 2 k 8 (without service pack 1 even if the requirements say it needs service pack 1)...

Do you think its because my OS is Win 2 k 3?

And why did kill Rim.Net process also?

Hi I just bought a copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator gold edition. and after installing and playing on the deluxe edition, I decided to add the extension of acceleration. and after installing the extension, the game no longer works it comes up with an error message saying "Flight Simulator could not load some program files and will now stop. • Image on sensitive Simulation does not load

    Hello

I'm having a problem with a published software simulation that when an image (used instead a background) on a slide will not load. In order to get the image to display, I had to re - sizing the browser so that it goes to the next breakpoint and then expand it again. I have a question following the link recording to do demonstrations. What is happening with several files, published from computers with different configurations and in multiple versions of the browsers. I don't know where the troubleshooting/fixing to start with the question. Thank you for any input!

    Problem loading image demo

    Jake K

I was able to do some additional tests with it and tracked down the question (although I think it's a bug).

When you configure the blade while the breakpoint of the Tablet, we add on a copy of the image used on the view of the office, who takes over after 1.7 seconds. We are not this image displayed on the stop point office, so when you work on the display of the Tablet, we choose the image, right click and select "Exclude other points of view". Then move the image out of the display on the view from the office area.

When you play, I tried manually to remove the image of the desktop display area, but noticed his full greatness, I could move only partially (some are still appeared in the opinion, while some was outside). I've then just resized the image while it was small enough to be out of the display area. When I republished and piloted the published copy, that slide is no longer had a problem. I worked through the slide of a simulation at a time (re-release to fix each slide and tests) and as I did, the problem has been solved for the updated slide.

So........ Basically, exclude other views seems to move the image to a position that causes a problem of load as a browser tries to load the slide. To correct the issue will take a few more steps/clicks, but at least it works. I intend to report the bug to Adobe shortly.

  • Simulator of fails silently load App for unknown reason

Hi, I am a new Blackberry development.

I spent some time writing some of my own MVC stuff and recently set up what should be the first alpha version of an application to use it. My big problem is that the Simulator is not load my application and I can't seem to find any information explaining why.

I tried to run my application directly through the JDE plug-in in eclipse (run as and debug as with the Simulator) and I've tried it in several simulators. I put breakpoints in the main method to trap any successful attempt to even start the application and no breaking point are affected.

I also tried to load the .cod file set up by eclipse in several simulators does not. I checked in the Simulator for all logs directory that may have hidden exception notice but so far I can't find anything in any newspaper that has anything other than details of startup modules, loads of Simulator (and other startup tasks.)

When I try to load the app (in one of the above ways) all that happens is that an hourglass appears on the main screen to show his attempt to load the application, and then disappears without any other indication that something had happened.

Anyone know where I should be looking to find the problem here? I'd appreciate any help that anyone can give, thanks to a ton. -Chris

Expand the main screen using the menu key ("berry") ("Insert" of the keyboard for the simulators), scroll to the "Downloads" folder by using the arrows and click on it (NumPad 5 with Num Lock off, left click on the trackball/touchpad, left-click on the icon for the simulators of the touchscreen) and find your application here.

  • Unload to load ".cod" in Simulator

    I created a .cod using:

    (1) the basic example of @ http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/resources/labs/writingyourfirstapplication.jsp

    (2) component Blackberrry JDE 4.6.0

    3) bb - ant - tools.jar

... and am unable to load it into a 9000 Simulator, but cannot load the application in a simulator.

    I tried the method #3 and #4 of the http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe/fetch/2000/348583/800792/801083/How_To _...

I get no error, or that I do not see the launch of the application. Everything that appears on the screen is the icon of the "thinking" for half a second.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I forgot to follow up. A new fixed all the problems I had.

Also, I was able to spread my entire development by copy/paste environment, which was a great moment of the day before.

  • My app in the simulator of loading

Complete n00b question - how to run my code in the Simulator?

I use the JDE and I have the program "hello world" just one of the examples.

I create the project and press F5. The Simulator starts and loads of Blackberry OS.

    Now how my code?

    I tried the following:

-File--> load Java program...--> open my .cod file. No effect.

-Find my program in the list of applications. He isn't here.

-throw a NullPointerException in my main() function. Nothing.

Did I miss something blatantly obvious? Thank you.

Open your JDE application and select from the menu: build together and Run

Find the icon for your application among the other icons on the screen of the Simulator and run your application.

If you have not set the app to your app icon - there is a simple square icon for your application. Take a look at app names appear under the icons. And select your application.

  • MDS Simulator "do not have access to.

I am trying to build a simple Midlet based soap client. I'm using kSOAP2

    I use:

    Blackberry Simulator 9000 - 4.6.0.150

    JDE 4.7.0.41

    4.1.2 MDS Simulator

Web service based on kSOAP2 (best docs and depolyment simpler)

I am able to browse the web inside the Simulator, but when I try to connect to my web service deployed locally (http://127.0.0.1: 8061/MobileSOAP/service), I can't seem to connect. The MDS Simulator complains:

    <2009-09-21 10:38:48.526 EDT>:[264]:::

I'm guessing this has something to do with the site, signatures and other things security, as

    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/Rim/Board/message?board.ID=BlackBerryEnterpriseSolution&message...

but this link guess I have a BlackBerry Enterprise serve, and I hope that I don't have to deploy just to get a soap client working.

How can I get the MDS Simulator to allow localhost requests?

I'll have more problems when I deploy to interact with our web production servers?

    Thank you

    PS

In case you think that my service is down, I have an Oracle installation on my machine that has its own web service (http://127.0.0.1: 8080/apex /), and I use firefox to load the page and perform administrative tasks. But I can't use the BB Simulator even browser load the page. Yet once again, the MDS complains:

    <2009-09-21 11:13:30.510 EDT>:[371]:::

In case you worry, my demand was showing

    org.kxml.io.ParseException: unexpected: ParseEvent type=128 text="Not authorized to access 127.0.0.1:8061' @-1:-1

I spent an hour in the examination of the documents and forming my question only to find out the address IP is false, ONCE I confirmed the issue!

I could have used my public IP not localhost or 127.0.0.1

  • Network in the blackberry playbook Simulator error

    Hello

I installed all the tools of development needed for the Blackberry playbook.

I use Adobe Flash Builder 4 to develop applications.

I installed playbook Simulator version 0.9.3 in Vmware player 3.1.2

The browser in the Simulator can't load pages. Every time I try, I get a message

    Error:

    A network error has occurred

    Please try again later.

I updated the network settings on the card in the reader of the VM NAT.

Should I do all the network settings to browse web pages?

    Looking forward for your help.

You are on a virtual private network? If so make sure you get off it.

Are you on Windows or Mac?

You can try instead of NAT network bridge and see if VMWare gets you an IP as your host computer, which should have access to the internet.

  • Cod files does not not in the Simulator!

First of all, I must say that development of BlackBerry is probably the most frustrating form of development that I met.

I can't get my HelloWorld application to run on the Simulator.

I have successfully built the cod file using eclipse and one build.xml.

I copied all the output files (including cod file) in the Simulator installation directory manually.  It did not work.

So I tried to load the java program directly using the Simulator via file > load Java program...

None of these methods work.  There is no icon in the downloads folder.  My request is not listed in the list of the Application Simulator, BUT he is listed in the list of the Module.

    operating system: Vista

    JDE version: 4.6.0

    IDE: eclipse

It's maybe a stupid question, but still: your application has an enty point?

  • Too much loaded applications

I am developing two applications for 8900.

I have tryied to test Simulator 8900.

    [Step]

    1. start 8900 simulator

2 load a single application and load the other.

    3. the second may not run. When trying to start the second request, a warning is displayed. The warning message is "error at startup XXXXXX: module loading error"XXXXXX"too much loaded applications.

    4. open Applications Option in the main menu.

5 view the application of two properties.

    6. the other has a field of 'Restricted policy', and one did not.

7 restart the Simulator. Both of them is Ok. The political 'Restrict' field of the second request is rejected.

    My questions are:

The problem is caused by Simulator?

    How can I solve it?

    Thank you!!

It is not allowed to have two or more applications with the same name of full qualified class on the same device.

    It's OS limitation device.

And there is no way to overcome directly.

Use the refactoring and ant-tasks to make unique source files before compiling.
