  I built a quiz personalized in CP7 with only four buttons that indicate a point each (one at the end of each scenario that I built). I put a question slide real (fill in the blank) with a score of zero at the beginning so that I can have a slide in results of the quiz at the end that will signal the end of Acrobat Connect Pro. The module load and reports scores very well at Adobe until the end (and beginning). Here's the strange happening:

  • When I load the module in a course on connect, as soon as I start the course, it reports a status of "complete" and a score of s/o
  • When the module connects to the LMS (connect) and finally the renders in the window, the report seems fine, with a status of "in progress" and a score of 0/4.
  • I have completed the scenarios one at the time and the score reports to connect very well... 1/4 and 2/4. I see even a 4/4...briefly.
  • When I access the confirmation page (the results of the quiz slide) and click on the "continue" button, the connection says "spent" report (which is awesome... just what I want) but the quiz says SCORE 0/4.

  Huh?

  It is not a problem with Acrobat Connect Pro. I tested the Captivate module according to a legend, the value to display for the rest of the project with the $$cpQuizInfoPointsscored$ $ var inside (thanks RobWard for this brilliant advice!). I see that each button which is supposed to increase the score, and I also see that as soon as I click on the "Continue" button on the quiz results slide, the score goes back to zero.

  Any ideas what I am doing wrong? What I'm missing here? I need to score to stay in 4/4 after the learner has completed all four.

  Thanks for the reply. I did a test project as well and I found my mistake. A "bonehead" error if I say so myself...

  I have the project implemented so that the learner must return to the front of the project after taking the quiz (so they can go in the scenarios again or this training or what they want to do). I realize that I didn't say that in my original post, that makes all the difference.

  To return the learner to the top of the project after they clicked the continue button on the quiz results slide, I had a "dummy" backstage after an onEnter event to access the slide albums (well and advanced action that does this, at least). What I found, was that if the user clicks on the 'Continue' button on the quiz results slide, Captivate think that they are made with the quiz. THEN they go back to the beginning of the quiz, where Captivate guess they want again... to give them a score of zero to make it happen.

  I know that some of you readers see already my mistake...

  If I want that they go back to the top of the quiz and be able to EXAMINE the content, maybe I check the little box in the properties of quiz that allows the user "review quiz" and Captivate in this way they can go back to the top without resetting the score. Switch the "continue" button to "review quiz" and everything is resolved. He reports to connect perfectly. As I said... error "bonehead."

  I want to trace the path of my robot of Assembly of a bluetooth mouse, so when the robot moves, the mouse cursor changes and I can trace the path in labview.

  My problem is that, although turning the robot, the mouse is going too but the cursor is still on the way staigth. My question is that how can I turn the graph xy online so I can trace the path of this trick.

  Movement on a 2D plane (I guess that your robot is rolling on the floor) takes three parameters to specify the location and orientation, X, Y, and topic.  Most of the mice are designed to give you X and Y, assuming that you maintain a constant heading.  I just tried to turn my Logitech mouse and noticed x and moved a lot - is because the sensor is eccentric in mice, so rotation got "mapped" in X and Y, but don't not the position.

  You can solve this problem using both mouse and 'do the math' (may take a few tries to get the correct constants) to map the rotation out of mouse.  Note that the choice of the origin of your robot spots (compared to the "origins" of the mouse) is also important.

  Finally, the plot you want to is probably not a 'mobile' slider (since I don't know an easy way to rotate a slider) but a simple representation of your robot to move around on the screen.  Christian Altenbach recently answered a 'math problem' Jeff Bohrer post where he created such a display (maybe a week) - give him credit for the design if you are 'borrowing '.

  Note the alignment of the content. Press "INFO" and notice the change of content. Its width is smaller then assumed. It must always have the same width.

  Now make your browser window small (always on the 'INFO' page) you just do the small width.

• Margins (sovereign) has different zero point on different themes

  For some reason, the sovereign (margins?) on certain topics have the mark of the zero starting at the same place and on other topics, start from scratch somewhere else.
  
  Sometimes I can simply drag the margin to where I want it to be, but sometimes it won't let me.

• Zero points in iCloud drive despite 4.1 GB of used space

  I had to restore my device to factory to a software problem I was facing. All my data was stored in iCloud, and it is always present in my iCloud account (as seen in settings > iCloud > storage)... However, the first problem I encountered was

  (a) files of notability do not appear on the app despite my data storage iCloud showing 2 GB (under settings > iCloud > storage > storage management) data of the notability and

  (b) it's when I activated the option for the player to iCloud for shown application on the home screen. This opening application shows how much space is available, but all the space used by watch no / data elements. Photo attached. Help!

  I am wanting to convert a decimal value to be implemented at the scale of a floating point value.

  For example.

  a decimal value from 0 to 20000 where half is considered to be the zero point. Then share values and on the other of this average value are considered postivie or double negative (0-10000 considered negative, 10001 to 20000 considered as positive). Then, the resolution of each decimal value is compared to a predefined scale.

  Don't know how to do in this regard.

  data point on port series as ASCII form and I need to convert it to sound
  appropriate decimal value.

  I tried the type cast to convert data and managed

  But when these values are floating which is my
  data real i.e. 1.63, 3.41. I receive it as 1.11 (if it is 1.63), i.e.
  get only the first digit.

  But the data are received correctly on the screen of the chain and
  HyperTerminal, which means that communication is perfect, but the error is

• Frequency counter measurement crashes when you're away point zero (NI USB 6343, error-200284)

  Members of the Forum,

  I have problems with a measure of the frequency on a DAQ Mulitfunction of NI USB 6343 X series.  I use the meter 1 (door axis for frequency signal, PIN to DGND 82 77). The couple HBM T10F flange that I use (powered by a power supply of 24V) emits a signal of frequency between 5000 and 15000Hz with 10000Hz being the zero point. Couple flange has a capacity of 5kN.m (15000Hz = 5kN.m; 5000Hz = - 5kN.m).

  I have been using the VI attached for a few months now without any problems.  Now, the VI works fine as long as the couple remains inside a few hundred Hz of the zero point.  However, when the frequency increases further reading couple begins to freeze and finally I get either of these two errors:-200279 or-200284 related samples is not not available.  I noticed that the light on data acquisition close compromise during these periods of frost.

  Here is an example step by step my problem using cal shunt of the flange of the couple:

  1. I have run the VI and couple bed properly around 10000HZ (Active light, indicator light ON)

  2. I have apply the excitation of 5V to the shunt cal and frequency climbs to about 50% of the ability to couple brackets (as it should)

  3. as soon as I remove the excitement 5V playback freezes and the light on the acquisition of data.

  4 if I apply the 5V once again, until the timeput occurs, the led turns on and the acquisition of data reads the signal correctly.

  This type of problem would be more DAQ-related or is it the flange of the couple itself.

  Solved.

  I did some troubleshooting this morning and it turns out that the vibrations of the system had not tightened a screw that was connector to the stator flange torque causing a bad electric signal of the torque flange itself.

  Everything works fine again.
