FM quality deteriorates

Two months ago, I bought a 8 GB clip which I use it in Germany in European mode (in increments of 0.05 MHz in FM transmitter location).

The clip found some shippers of FM. When I listen to one of them, after some time (5-10 minutes) is deteriorating the quality of the sender and the sound becomes blurred. If I move forward and manually reset the sender, sound becomes clear. This happens during your stay at home and even during your stay in the same place (my office).

The phenomenon does not occur with the other two clips I've owned (froze after a few months of use and could not be reset, fortunately still during the warranty period).

You know the problem or what we can do about it?

Sorry to say, it is defective. We have heard similar reports from others on this issue.

  • OfficeJet j145 all-in-One black print quality deteriorates

When printing of plain black text (ie. text in a Word document) deteriorates print quality.  Black text seems to be more than a dark shade of grey/purple.  If the printer does not receive heavy use I have never had to change the printheads.  I ran a few tests provided in the User Guide and have never got the message "Change print heads" appear on the printer as indicated in the User Guide if I needed a replacement.

Is this sounds like I'm needing a new printhead black anyway?

    Thank you-

Thanks for the post of Bob.  I ran the test report and the ink levels seems to be ok; expired ink cartridges are June 2010 so we are ok.  The printhead of the report information section displays status = OK for the printhead (cyan, magenta, yellow and black), however the rectangular box above the black status area washed out looks like at best.  The print heads have been installed 30/04/2003.  I'll replace the print head back and see if things improve.

Thank you once more for the information; I really appreciate it.

  • LR4.2, Win764() - Image quality deteriorates in the Loupe after some views - whats going on?

I'm a system/software resonable convenience store but this one beat me!

I've implemented on 2 monitors of LR. The main one and view screen locked on the 2nd monitor (really recommend this to anyone who has not "disturbed" yet). After about twelve views of different images in my library more or less, any image read by Magnifier or on the second monitor is deteriorating - fortunately just the image of the screen not the reality. It just happened in the last few days. Perhaps as a result of 4.2 upgrade possibly updated from Windows.

    How to fix?

    1. Make rotate the image and rotate it fix it.
    2. Go to develop the module and feel that no matter what cursor fix however slightly.
    3. Close LR completely and reopen it, it corrects.

I tried everything, except removal of catalogs and reconstruction ()) - yes I restarted the computer.

I think that I am interested in a nail thumb very pixelated and that his watch is not the complete picture, why?

  • The weird sound quality with backlight Fuze and mp3 VBR

    Hello world

I got my Sansa Fuze (firmware 01.01.11F) 2 weeks and I have noticed a weird problem:

When I'm playing some VBR mp3 files, the duration is not displayed correctly. Files of start playing very well, but when the backlight of the screen gets off (settings I tried different time, show all the same problem), the sound quality deteriorates strongly. These are mp3 files that I ripped directly from audio CD, samples are available on request.

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Kind regards

    Soenke

The question is under development.  Lower rate VBR can trigger the processor at a slower pace, the origin of the problem.  If the backlight is on, there is more work for her, and the rate increases.  The noise disappears.

The decline in the rate increases the battery time.  This problem will be resolved in a future firmware version.

  • Setting progressive wrecks output quality

I have a first sequence that contains only progressive images, all rendered from After Effects comps.  The project is PAL widescreen, which, by default, sets first to the lower field.

The customer wants what MPEG2, so I add the sequence to Media Encoder.  It records the source of the lower field, as it would, but I need the output to be progressive, so I put it in the basic video settings dialog box.

I can see in the preview that the quality deteriorates seriously, with edges pixellating and textures fizzing and cracking of shooting like camera movements.  Villain.

If I set the output to the lower field, the quality is very good.

I do not understand why progressive setting, deinterlacing, do as much damage to the output - it is absolutely unacceptable for me and the customer, but I'm a little stuck and need help please.

The customer is to put this film on the kiosks and actors in the media they use, depending on the provider, need of 5.5 Mbps CBR and progressive.  Can I ask why not lower field, but that apart, it is this problem of adjustment do so much damage.

    Thanks for any help.

    Julian.

I think I knew how to solve this problem.

    I found this thread:

    http://forums.Adobe.com/message/3780954#3780954

Which is a not dissimilar issue, at least on the hit in quality.  So I created a new sequence, but this time change the default lower field first in progressive, in the middle of the sequence.  Now I get decent MPEG2 expected output - progressive images, progressive sequence, out progressive.

I went through a large number of formats this morning, creation and Media Encoder, but in all cases, out of the sequence of the first (the lower field value) as progressive, resulted in severely degraded video.

I guess what threw me was that I made a leap of Premiere Pro 6.5 CS5.5 and 6.5 Pro, I remember you would define a sequence PAL screen wide which has been more weak field first, load both progressive and interlaced footage, edit it, and then generate a Progressive file without problems.

I wonder now that CS5.5 actually did to cause this problem, and indeed what I'd do if I need to mix the progressive and lower field... on this experience, use a Progressive sequence, I guess.  I guess I better run tests and become familiar with how and what.

  • Encoding with HV20 in PPCS3: poor quality at the rate of 1 MB

    Hello

When I encode my video of my hv20 (1920 x 1080-30 p) with PPCS3 using H.264 with debit 2 MB I get very good results. However, when I choose 1 MB video quality is very pixelated and distorted.

When I use my Panasonic HMC-150 I can encode the same settings, including the setting of flow of 1 MB and with excellent results.

Is the difference in quality with the camera or the h.264 coding?

Any ideas why the quality deteriorates 2 MB 1 MB so badly. I would like to play these videos on the internet, so I prefer 1 MB because of the playable speed.

    Thank you

    Simon

I haven't used these dimensions that you tried, so I can't tell from experience, but try both a standard resolution like 640 x 360 and yours and then decide which is best.

  • HP Color Laserjet 2605dn: Print is washed out/completely wilted on printer 2605dn

We have a Laserjet 2605dn HP color printer has intermittent printing problems. Most of the time, the quality of the printed output is very well, but from time to time, the print quality deteriorates completely. After a while, printing then returned back its normal quality.

The printer is on a network and serves as WIndows XP/7/8/10 and Linux machines as it has throughout his life. He has never had a genuine HP toner cartridges installed. It is not heavily used, we print usually less than 100 pages per week, often less.

The problem is that out of all the colors and black, gets so bad as to be unreadable. The printed output is so washed out it's (almost) impossible to read anything through the entire page. This can happen for all the pages of an entire document, but often it will print the first part of a multipage fine print job and then the quality deteriorates gradually to illegibility. Subsequent print jobs will also sometimes unreadable, but are also likely to print correctly. There seems to be trigger (that we can determine) this behavior or when it will happen well.

While the printer was used for a few years, he printed out a little more than 20 000 pages in total. This leads me to think that age should not be a problem. We replaced all the cartridges, tried recalibration, print cleaning pages, all without success. I found a solution for a problem of fading Magenta also requires cleaning the mirrors, but our problem is not that same as - everything fades to nothing in our printer, it is not a case of a single color fade a little, is much more radical than that.

Suggestions as to how we could solve this problem? Is there additional information that might help diagnose the cause and suggest a fix?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

It looks like I won't get my hands dirty inside this printer after all. The boss decided it would probably be too annoying overall for me (US) to try to fix it. So he decided to buy a new color printer and remove it.

Thanks for the answers to my questions.

Now I just need to find how to mark it as "resolved", or otherwise close it, as appropriate in this forum.

  • new cartridge printer already more ink

I received an error black printer cartridge on my printer, so I bought a new cartridge 901 and installed.  Seemed to fix the problem and is working fine.  Good print quality.  But now, after only 3 weeks of very irregular use (perhaps 25 copies of the text for the most part) my cartridge is empty.  There seems to be some splashes of ink inside the cartridge area and the pavement below seems to have ink as well.  What is the problem?

The cartridge life will undergo a number of factors.  I suggest the following:

    • Always keep the printer powered by a live outlet.  Power turned off with an external switch causes more ink to be used to serve the print heads.
    • Use draft printing modes or econofast when possible.  It uses about half the ink of the modes normal or best impression and is generally very good for common text printing.
    • Do not use excessive cleaning cycles. (You are OK here already).
    • Review XL cartridges.  They cost about 2 X the price but can deliver 3 X pages.
    • Do not change the cartridge until the print quality deteriorates.  The low ink indicator is a warning that your ink becomes low to give you time to buy a replacement.  You don't need to change the cartridge until it actually runs.
  • Problem reading with MP3s vbr backlight is off

    Hello

I have the same problem as the person who started this thread:

    http://forums.SanDisk.com/Sansa/board/message?board.ID=sansafuse&thread.ID=2444

"When I'm playing some VBR mp3 files, the duration is not correctly displayed. Files of start playing very well, but when the backlight of the screen gets off (settings I tried different time, show all the same problem), the sound quality deteriorates strongly. »

Still, it happened on some specific files once the backlight is turned off. The problem is still present after installation of the latest firmware (01.01.15F) if I feel that a lot of files that have been affected by the problem before upgrading are not more while other files are now concerned.

Almost all of my mp3 files were encoded using LAME with various parameters of quality VBR,-V5 (about 130 Kbps) to-V2 (around 200 Kbps). bit rate is between 32 and 320 Kbps.

-Online all my files is standard vbr of mp3 files that play perfectly in foobar, media player, itunes, iPod, Pocket Tunes (palm software), etc.

It looks more like an energy saving issue with the "rocket" rather than a problem with corrupted files (reading is normal with backlight on).

I've been waiting for months for the next firmware be released, and I am very disappointed to see that nothing has been done in that issue.

(I read on another thread that this problem was known and would be fixed).

When the issue will be addressed?

    Samples are available on request.

    Hello

    Thanks for your reply.

    Something strange has happened today.

After a full battery charge, I played again the killer samples that I heard yesterday (after the firmware update and before creating this thread) and they all played fine with backlight off.

I found no no new sample killer to date. It seems that the problem has disappeared.

    EDIT:

I bought new earplugs and therefore activated the same day custom equalizer. Change the EQ seems to stutter away.

It could also mean using an EQ updated the drains the battery faster since the "rocket" seems to work at a higher frequency...

  • Problem with equalizers in Vista

There is a problem with the equalizers in WMP and other media players (iTunes, WinAmp, JetAudio and GOM) on Vista 32 and 64. By raising the bar, especially the first three of WMP and the last, the volume goes down instead of to the top and its quality deteriorates. In addition, if these bars are kept in relief, the volume begins to jump up and down on its own. This seems to be a Vista problem, since the same programs tested on XP excellent work. I have the drivers updated and tested this feature on several Vista systems, all with the same results. For a music lover, this is a serious enough problem to stay away from Vista.

    Does anyone have a solution?

    Thanx.

    Hello Savmd6,

Thank you for posting.  Please read my post above again as it tells you the best way more to come this problem.  Use your sound card driver configuration tools.  Almost every sound card has them and they do not contain an EQ and various sound options that are not availible in Windows. Zack

  • HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP: print warning of low ink, cartridge black, but is still perfect

    Hello people,

On the screen of the printer itself and on the computer, I received a warning of low ink in the black cartridge for many months. I have a black cartridge, but I am still able to print with no noticeable decline in quality.

Should she continue to print with the warning of low ink level can damage the printer or should I just wear until the print quality deteriorates?

    Thank you in advance.

    --

    Tim

Here, the document says: "warnings level of Toner and indicators to provide estimates for planning only.» When an indicator shows low toner levels, consider having a cartridge replacement available to avoid possible printing delays. Print quality deteriorates as the print to run out of ink cartridges. »

You can continue printing until the print quality shows signs of deterioration before you need to change the cartrdige.  Do not damage the printer.

  • ?  Print a PDF file to Adobe PDF messes up everything

Here are three questions that can be related to each other.  I wanted to ask them for a long time but kept in the hope that they would somehow be solved.  Any advice would be appreciated.

1 when I print a PDF file in Adobe PDF format as an image, the color black (even fonts) becomes grey and blurry.  The choice to print as image made in the press (in PDF) - Advanced Configuration of printing - Custom Settings / print as Image (600 dpi resolution, which is the highest available choice).  Regardless of what settings I choose in the press - properties (Standard, high quality printing, etc.).

    2. run OCR on occasion done something similar.  Letters become fuzzy and gray.  Everything is more difficult to read after OCR. It's as if Adobe chose to substitute the font or color to something blur.  It's strange.

    3. sometimes OCR makes it worse.  The quality deteriorates.  In this case, I wonder if the quality should really improve rather than stay as it is.  If a letter is recognized despite the fact that his image isn't perfect, shouldn't it be supplanted in the document by a perfectly solid letter without defects by using one of the common Adobe fonts?  A real police should be used instead of an image of the letter which has been recognized in the OCR?

Are my settings wrong, or I'm doing something wrong?  I use Adobe Acrobat X Pro.

    Thanks in advance.

Then, you have not used ClearScan and searchable Image. Indexable image makes the OCR text behind the image so that the two are related in a way. When you print, what is shown is usually what you would get (just a picture). It is unclear why you want to reprint the PDF document in this case--essentially a noone scenario never envisaged.

  • Crop a picture object selected by the user

    Hello

maybe is a simple question , but I can not understand how resolve the situation...

I need (with a Javascript script) crop an image selected by the user.

I try to use geometricBounds, without success.

Thanks for the help and best regards!

Just remembered that I do this kind of things in some of my scripts as well... Really sorry for missleading you.

Select a rectangle with an image inside and play with a script like the one below, and I'm sure that you will be able to adapt it to your needs:

    // Test file path
    jpgFileName = 'c:/temp/test.jpg';

// Export the visible area of a selected image container (errors will occur unless valid object)
    var newFile = app.selection[0].exportFile(format=ExportFormat.JPG , to=jpgFileName);

// Relink the selected image to the exported, new image
    app.selection[0].images[0].itemLink.relink(new File(jpgFileName));

// Fit the newly linked image proportionally inside the selected object.
    app.selection[0].fit(FitOptions.FILL_PROPORTIONALLY);

You can use the settings like these as well:

    app.jpegExportPreferences.jpegQuality = JPEGOptionsQuality.high;
    app.jpegExportPreferences.exportResolution = 72;

    Best regards

    Andreas

PS. "InDesign is not capable of this" was me quote me, and there was an effect blocked on this entire sentence, which did not display... GSM

PPS. The image quality deteriorates of course if you export in jpg format. GSM

  • The highest quality DVD export project

I couldn't find anything about whether the search through the messages of the forum... so I apologize if this question has already been addressed.

I'm relatively new to FCPX, although I learned a LOT of things in the last 6 months. However, I'm not sure how to export to DVD using the best possible resolution/format. I'm looking to get the recommendations of the community who have a lot of experience with the software. I recorded content in 1080 p, but the DVD seems to be enough 'grainy' to me (export to 720 x 480 / 29.97 FPS). My content may last for 1 to 2 hours long, and I understand that this may require me to use 2 DVD's... which is good.

No matter which recommended export configurations?

Also, should I do all apple software additional to use in conjunction with FCPX?

    Thank you!

CPF automatically selects the baud rate that will allow the video to fit on the disc. You can get better results if you use a disc double layer. But remember that if you're working with HD or higher, the quality will certainly deteriorate when compressed in MPEG2 SD. You can also consider Blu Ray of much better quality.

    Good luck.
