  I'm not sure that you can change the location of an existing profile, but you can create a new profile and set the location.   I installed FMS2 on 32-bit linux gentoo, it worked fine with the platformwarn flag.
  
  I can run the server in Internet Explorer, connect to the admin, a load request.
  But when I try to connect with my application (locally or not), I always failed to connect.
  
  Is - this Adobe (or well) anyone answer this question?

  Your photos are not 'in' Windows Photo Gallery... it's simply a viewer.

  Photos are probably stored in your pictures folder. If you
  Right-click on a photo in the photo library and choose... "Open file location".
  You can find the folder that the file is saved in.

  personal files on removable media. CD, DVD, memory card.

  I'm new to the top of my XPS Gen 10 years 3, running Windows XP Pro.  My new Dell is a XPS of 8500 running Windows 8.

  Navigation recently caused a flood of what 'I' considered boring "apps".  Please forgive my stupidity as age and MS have made things difficult for me to stay out of trouble with the new terminology.

  This morning has been a disaster.  I'm used to things on my Windows desktop.  All these "apps" that has collected over the months with my new Dell were rarely visited on the other side of the "windows" key  Then small hours of the morning I plugged it into a USB jump drive to transfer files.

  The new '' informed me that there was something wrong with this device.  He could not repair the fault and repeated in the other USB ports attempts have had the same results.  Now the serious problems blew:

  1. Then, I decided to continue to look at the "Terminator Salvation" disk that had already played in the Blu - ray player.  To my surprise: the 'disc' was no longer available for use, the PowerDVD software or on the Device Manager list.  "A registry error" was the reported cause.

  I was fooled by the innocent-sounding term "Refresh".  "It would be to get rid of all these last echoes,"apps"like browser toolbars and their ilk!  After all: I just created several new Restore Points to back me up.  What could go wrong? »

  The length of time that takes the process of "refresh" caused a bit of concern.  But the final result... main software purchased for download, including Office 2010 Pro, Cyberlink PowerDVD 13, Iolo System Mechanic 11 Pro, Avast Pro, had devastated with what I had considered those annoying little "apps" that swarmed in each web page, I have visited.  The other stuff: games, etc., gone - were a minor annoyance in comparison.

  'Refresh' bluff given as my Outlook email and Word documents.  To my horror added: missing were also all previous restore points.  I can have confused terminology like "apps" to "programs", but the fine print did not mention that.  Office 2010 downloaded files "seem to" be there, but the configuration file was disabled too.

  Can do nothing to remove one "anything?  To compound my problem: all my online purchase records were carefully organized with Word 2010 - in the files "docx" who can not read my old copies of Word.

  Any suggestions are welcome.

  

  Everything that happens during a refresh is specified on the screen when you perform the update... that "Apps [Applications = programs] that you have installed the drives or Web sites is removed", which should not have been much of a surprise.  (- As in th Metro 'tile' apps - Apps can be obtained from the Store, so when he talks about apps installed from other sources (disk or Internet sites), it can only talk of anything else on the computer.)

  In regards to your personal files, they have remained all intact UNLESS, of course, you choose Reset instead of refresh.  Reset deletes all data and applications.

  If you perform a reset, then the best course of action is to restore your backup files (hoping you execute this important function).  If this isn't the case, then you try to use an 'undelete' program to try to recover these files.  Send the drive to a recovery expert would be preferable (although expensive) to extract the files.

  Most of the apps buy you Web sites will give you access to your account to get the software and keys.  Office, Avast, and System Mechanic is not problems at all.

  I see much more objective profiles in ACR I do in LR.

  A folder in/library/appsupport/adobe/cameraraw/lensprofiles/nikon shows 65 entries.

  A record of user/library/appsupport/adobe/cameraraw/lensprofiles/nikon indicates that 35 entries.

  Can someone suggest how I can see all profiles in LR?   From now I see half of the profiles I see in ACR.

  Lightroom and Camera Raw share the same directory. The profiles listed in/library/appsupport/are available to all users and will have been installed with Lr or Camera Raw. The profiles listed under/Users / ~ / Library/appsupport/are available only for the user name and will have been installed by the profile downloader application or manually.

• Apache sees no .htm or .html files not being not part of original FMS Linux installation

  After an apparently successful installation of FMS 3.5 on a remote server in Red Hat (a browser pointed at webroot poster the index.html file provided with the RTMP and HTTP work), I tried to move videoplayer.html in the same directory webroot to test. It is not seen (404 error) of my browsers (IE or Firefox) but shows well with all permissions in my console Putty and Filezilla SFTP. I then tried copy and rename the other existing .htm or .html to this directory (and then other directories) files from the console (using cp) and with SFTP, but they are too invisible to my browser. All the .htm and .html files that were part of the original installation, however, are still visible in my browser.  I tried to restart the FMS server and confirmed that Apache was also revived but still no luck. This is my first post. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  This may seem a stupid question, so I apologize in advance, but I made mistakes even more stupid than that, so I have to ask:

  Are you sure that the index.html and the file now used are the same as those it serves? (Normally, the web root is/opt/adobe/fms/webroot on linux, if I remember correctly. You can have another directory with the same or similar files elsewhere and you add new files only elsewhere). Edit one of the files in a certain way and see if the change will appear in your browser.

  This may seem like an even dumber question, but are you sure you use FMS apache rather than the stock of Red Hat one?

  Web server logs (and configs and all but root doc) are under the apache2 directory. 2 (/opt/adobe/fms/Apache2.2/logs, by default).

• Where is my places.sqlite passed after OS crash?

  Windows 8 crashed on me. Then, I installed Windows 8 on a new hard drive, installed Mozilla, then attempted to my favorites and passwords from my old hard drive. I found the old XXXXX.default folder (I did a not format the drive). Unfortunately, there is no inside places.sqlite. There is also no signons3.txt. Where these gone? I use this profile for months.

  Make sure you look in the correct location (i.e. not in AppData\Local but in AppData\Roaming).

  • C:\Users\ < user > < profile > \AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\.

  I use firefox with 2 different profiles and choose which profile to open firefox. A profile is local, one profile is away on my NAS. When I use my NAS profile, if I save a bookmark, it is not saved. When I use my local profile, bookmarks are stored correctly.

  I found the problem. When I created my profile firefox under LINUX, I used the NAS folder created by my workstation windows, with all bookmarks. Somehow Firefox LINUX did not have this issue. I created a new NAS for years imported my favorites from NAS LINUX the profile created on windows, and now it works.

  It is unlikely that your bookmarks are deleted from the server of Xmarks as she keeps several backups available that you can restore. Favorites of Xmarks is accessible by logging on their Web site

• Installation in silent mode of the FMS?

  Is it possible to do a silent install of the FMS on a Linux platform? Don't generally install us Xwindows libraries unless absolutely necessary. I don't see any information in theinstallation and Setup Guide for 5.6.10 i indicating there is a way to do it.
