  Version control is characteristic of the SharePoint document library, if it is enabled in so you can have the version control for any type of word or pdf file. MS office documents can be easily editable in the browser and can create a new version while you can't edit PDFs, but in 2013 of SharePoint, you can view a PDF file in browsers.

  Whenever you download a pdf with the same file, document library will create a new version for it.

• URM11g integration with Sharepoint

  I use the following specifications to integrate URM11g with Sharepoint.
  
  -> URM11g
  -> URM_SharePointAdapter_64bit
  -> Sharepoint 2007 SP2
  -> database: OracleXE11g
  
  I installed the card in the sharepoint server computer and now trying to run the database script to create the tables, but could not able to run the script successfully set up the ODBC data source and it communicates with the database server as well. Executing database script, I get "* ERROR [HY000] [Oracle] [ODBC] [Ora] ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object *" for table AGENT_DATA, so I dropped the table and reatrted the database installation utility, but this time get a different as Message * "arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow" *, for the AGENT_DATA table. Can you please tell me how I can proceed with this installation?

  When I joined AutoVue 20 Sharepoint 2007 is deployed on windows server 2008, the Autovue was not working and whenever it appears a popup of connection and even after the seizure of the credentials, he appears again to ask the same thing...

  In sharepoint server 2010, several sharepoint sites are run under port 443 with different domain names.

  I configured 1 LIVE ID certificate for one of our sharepoint sites would like to know can I use the same certificate for other sites too or I need to install other certificates LIVE ID to access other sites.

  How can I get prod LIVE ID certificates are available for free as nexus offers two certificates INT and PROD (x 509 certificate) or do I need to buy.

  We recently bought vfoglight and our engineer of ICT raves about this development. So it must be good. I noticed it came with cabins to deploy a dashboard to the share point.   I had previously built a flex application swf file in the Web part of Sharepoint 2010 component 3 and it works fine. But if I try to put in a SWF to a flex application 4 it does not work. the application has a label with text and it gives me Error #2032 even before loading the application.

  is there something that I am missing? do I need to change anything for flex applications 4 working?

  Flex 4 applications are configured to use default RSL.  Flex 3 applications were

  configured to be contained in a single SWF file.  The RSL may be the problem.

  Choose 'merged with code' in the build options.

  Once Office Starter is removed there is no way to reinstall. Even make a system back to factory settings recovery will not reinstall it.

• vWorkspace and Foglight integration not working

  When I click on the diagnosis and the monitoring tab for any element (datacenter, virtual computer users) in vWorkspace I get the following error.

  See not found: system:vdidiagnostics_vmware_consoleintegration.viewCIVMWQuickView

  The Diagnostics tab and real monitoring itself works fine and opens my Foglight homepage without problem (I have installed on a separate virtual computer foglight)

  vWorkspace version is 8.0.306 and Foglight Foglight virtualization 7.1 trail verison.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Foglight for. Virtual desktop (v5.6), which is now supplied with and integrated with vWorkspace and Foglight for v7.x virtualization (VMware) are similar but different products.

  If functionality (and URLs) supported in a single product do not work in the other. vWorkspace is hardcoded to work with Foglight for virtual desktops.

  If you have ITS current for vWorkspace, you are entitled to a copy free from Foglight for the virtual desktop, which takes in charge the two Hyper-V and VMware hypervisor infrastructure + followed by the components of farm vWorkspace.
