Folder of Spam Yahoo Classic blackBerry on BB10

I bought recently a BB classic, updated since have used BB 9900.

I have a Yahoo email account and unfortunately on the classic spam happens on the Hub, while on my "BOLD", the spam was not sent to the Inbox.  On Yahoo (on the computer), there is a separate spam folder and e-mails intended to, but on the classic, these spam e-mails are happening on the Hub.

I went to sync settings of the classic E-mail folder located in the hub and I see all Yahoo records, including "trash", "drafts", and "Inbox", I see all my personal files.  However there is no folder for the display of 'spam' in this area, even if there is a spam folder that is visible on Yahoo to a computer.  Somehow, since the 'spam' folder does not appear, it is automatically synchronized to the hub and there is no way to turn it off.

Can it be reported as a bug and fixed?

Thank you

Gary

I have two junk mail and large files by e-mail and they are on the passport for Yahoo. No spam folder marked as spam.

If you have unwanted mail folders and in bulk, make sure that neither one is on synchronize. You need to reset the hub to clear the synchronization had emails in these folders from the Hub after turning off sync.

If really, you do not have a folder in Yahoo that somehow does not appear on the BlackBerry, then troubleshooting in the order steps are restarting, warm reboot, delete the account and add it again. Try a single step, test and try next step and if necessary test.

  • Classic BlackBerry is unable to get a new version of the app

    Hello!

The current version of Navitel Navigator app (https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/33343371/?lang=en&countrycode=RU) in AppWorld is 9.6.486 and Blackberry Classic is marked as device supported. But when I'm looking for this app on my classic BlackBerry (in AppWorld application), I see that 9.2.0.4 only version is available. I send email to the developer of this application and I got the answer, that there is problem of BlackBerry App World. So... How can I get the latest version on my device?

    Hi @sneer

I suspect that the developer has another version of the device application according to BB10 you use, for example on my jump I shows me 9.5.30.0

That being the case, when you contact the developer I would ask them to check what version of their app, they have 'activated' for each device BB10 and mention the different versions being shown in this thread based on device type.

My suspicion is a device with the version 9.6, but other devices were not activated with the version 9.6.

    I hope this helps

  • Classic BlackBerry takes as much time to open an application. Is this normal?

Recently, I received my new classic Blackberry (Verizon Wireless). I love my keyboard and how e-mail works. But this phone has these long delays while trying to do something.

I set up my account of the Bureau de change.

When I open the reminders and select the folder my tasks it takes 20 seconds to load. If I answer a phone call and return to reminders, I must wait for another 20 seconds. Is this normal? Or something is wrong? I have to reset the phone?

I appreciate any help or input I can get.

    Do this for me.

Open settings > App Manager > Device Monitor
-At the top, set the drop-down list for last 24 or 48 hours
-See what are the top 3 - 4 applications/processes that are using your battery more.
-Down press the CPU and what are the top 3-4 applications or processes that use CPU?

    No, leave open and running.

Come on do not forget open or tasks or whatever take so long to open. Leave it open.

Return to the screen of the device in a few minutes and check the use of your CPU (game of the fall from top to the bottom for "since last load) and see what app or apps spike in CPU during recent times while trying to open applications.

  • BlackBerry App investigating the classic BlackBerry, T-Mobile and the WiFi calling app

I am looking for on this forum after being (possibly) achieved through BlackBerry World (located here, so you can make reference to what I'm going to talk: https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/35524900 ) this app is marked as 'BlackBerry Lmtd' being the developer, that's why it is implicit that BlackBerry updates to this app and is responsible for its support. I am at this point, after trying (for weeks) to find how this whole process of WiFi calling went down, I was told by T-Mobile at the level executive response that BlackBerry was next to insider support. In its current form the above application currently supports only prior 2 BB10 peripheral T-Mobile, the Q10 and Z10. Despite the classic hit the shelves of T-Mobile, despite the fact that T-Mobile as well as the TWO classic BlackBerry supports WiFi called, it seems to come down to this app gets an update. I write here wondering if there is information about the status of this application as well as the support with regard to devices. Will be it be updated to include the classic? Is this a known issue? Is this really T-Mobile app? Just anything, any kind of transparency or tiny tidbit of information be always so would appreciate! If anyone has information or can better direct me on where to take my survey, I am more than happy to wait for your answers! Thank you for your time.

That's the beauty of this site... we do not work for carriers, nor for the BB. So, we can be truly independent and share more that they would be allowed to share. But, keep in mind that everything we know is therefore not official (unless it is a public site, such as the database of BB KB). We are sure that we are right on these points, but being not "in it", we can't know with 100% certainty.

You're most welcome and good luck!

  • Classic BlackBerry save a classic Blackberry email

    Could someone help me please!

With all my other BlackBerry, I was able to delete an e-mail from the front screen, but while retaining it in a backup folder

With the classic, once I erase the fron screen (HUB) it automatically deletes registered screen?

    Really appreciate anybodys help here

    concerning

    Patrick

The Blackberry Hub is just a view that combines all messages from all folders. So if you delete a message in a folder, it will be also left the hub. If you delete a message in the hub, he's also gone file.

To solve your problem, I would go to

Hub > Menu button > settings > display and Actions

    and together

See the class reading Emails = No.

You will now see your Inbox in the hub, but as soon as you move a file in a folder, it will not be shown in the hub. You can still see the mail when you go into the specific folder.

  • Security SIM screen classic blackBerry and autonomy

I love my classic Blackberry. But there is a problem. In my pocket the phone sometimes ends with the screen asking me to enter the SIM Pin code. The phone is usually leather Holster. The problem is, whenever I wear around the phone in my pocket, without recognizing that it is in this State "SIM-security screen", the phone consumes a lot of battery. In this State, the battery lasts just four hours.

Out of the case I was not able to reproduce the problem. I tried to do by pressing the keys at random.

Is there any configuration, I can do to avoid this?

    Best regards

    Ludvík

Interesting... maybe this KB is about:

The instructions may or may not correctly apply BB10, but maybe you can find the same result on your device.

    Good luck!

  • Yahoo Classic mail buttons do not work

Firefox version 3.6.18 and Yahoo Classic mail. All the buttons in the browser to check the mail/inbox do nothing (BRA shows blue at the top of the window but status bar loading done indicates). Most is if I right click and select open in a new window.

Windows 7 starter with java and flash to date. Works with IE8.

I removed and updated to the latest version 6.0 and still had the same problem. I hate the new interface ad leads with the last mail of Yahoo and is classic as long as I can.

I know that they are gradually classic Yahoo mail, but in the meantime it is this problem of Yahoo?

Well, I found my solution today: rule an AdBlock Plus. It was NOT a problem of AdBlock Plus, however! Instead, it was the rule one overzealous who > > I < < added. Something about Firefox v7 and AdBlock do play very well on Yahoo Mail classic.

I started by disable AdBlock Plus and reload the classic Yahoo Mail page, which then worked. Then I tried "reporting a problem" via AdBlock Plus and it took me through this incredibly cool series, but simple, steps to debug the problem. Quickly, he proved to be an awkward rule that caused the problem, I added. As soon as I disabled my AdBlock Plus rule, BAM! All the buttons started working again, while restoring the AdBlock Plus other, good for Yahoo Mail classic rules.

I have a classic Blackberry. I was wondering if it is possible to obtain a browser Firefox on a classic Blackberry app to use rather than the stock browser?

    TThanks

The BackBerry operating system is like 10 BlackBerry and the BlackBerry Tablet OS older for PlayBook is based on QNX. Once long ago, you could build Firefox for QNX, but support for QNX has long been removed from the Mozilla source tree.

There has been no development of Mozilla mobile browser for any material or BlackBerry OS.

Mozilla Firefox has for mobile desktop Windows, Mac OSX, Linux and Firefox for Android 2.3 +. There is also the "BONE of Firefox" used on say that some budget phones and some new Tv's Panasonic. They have also recently started with a shell for iOS 8.2 Firefox browser +.

I had classic Blackberry less then 30 days. Got battery low so I plugged it into the wall, left Jack for about 3 hours. Returned, and he was placed in a kind of loop of constant restarts? All I get is logo blackberry, then black screen and blackberry logo. I was out of town, so when I came home, I connected it to the computer and the computer tried to install a device to drive but then said it was an unrecognized device, although this computer was used to go to this device so clearly the drivers were all there. • Classic BlackBerry BB classic: can not load completely while the power is on

    Madam/Sir,

I just bought a classic BlackBerry Q20. My problems are:

    1. I can't fully charge the unit while it is on. If it is enabled, the battery power stops at 60%, no other.

    2. If I load normal when the unit is off, Yes, it will charge up to 100% with green led. However, when I turn on the device, it will start exactly in factory setting. All data, applications and updates are missing.

My question: what should I do? I downloaded the link BlackBerry and BlackBerry mixture, in their latest version. I also supported the unit entirely. But when this happens, and when I tried to restore the device with the last backup, the message is that my device is having a different setting with which stores the link of BlackBerry.

    Kindly help.

  • Classic BlackBerry, I have a 10 classic Blackberry

10 classic Blackberry has an anti-theft feature on this... the phone was wiped out to sell and the service has not been turned OFF... passwords are not found... and the phone is locked... This means that the phone is useless?  If so, this will be the last Blackberry buy... not impressed by the feature and warnings should be given until the phone is deleted that the feature should be turned off first...

    Any ideas?

If a deletion of precarious security has been run, or enter the wrong password 10 times and it is expected that the lock remains activated.

If the safety of the user deleted the device by going to settings > Security and privacy > Security wipe, he would have been invited to enter their password BlackBerry ID which will trigger the security wipe and turn off the anti-theft protection

In this case however, the only option is in contact with the seller and ask if they can sign in the device using their BlackBerry ID followed by disabling the anti-theft protection by following the steps listed above.

    I hope this helps!

  • Questions classic blackBerry Blackberry Classic compared to the features and functions of the Bold 9900

I am extremely satisfied with the functionality of my Blackberry Bold 9900 and yet I am fun the idea of upgrading to a classic Blackberry and had a few questions, some of them functional, but one of them is technical:

    (1) I have granularily configured different contacts to the ring through "silent" while some people may sound through if I'm having a NAP or sleep. The classic allows you granularily configure the option of 'ring through' on a manually configured silent mode?

    (2) can the classic surely go to sleep and wake up one day of week / weekend schedule? My current phone doesn't sleep at midnight and wake up at 06:00 every night of the week and 02:00 to 09:00 on weekends.

    (3) back in the day of Blackberry older had a view "of today" where you could see the incoming email and tasks on the main screen. I couldn't get that with my Bold 9900, but I found this interesting app called BePopup which jumps to the top of my texts and emails on the screen as they come, without touching a button. Can you get automatically posted emails or texts with that with the classic?

    (4) the Blackberry plan I have with my provider uses the platform communications for my Blackberry RIM and so my e-mails are immediate, arriving minutes always quicker than other CC (iPhone and Android users) distribution lists. That being said, is the new classic uses what platform these other phones use for messaging connectivity?

Any feedback regarding these essential functions would be greatly appreciated as it will help me in my decision. I am very happy with my 9900 and have little reason to upgrade... unless all of these options are available.
