  It's when you try to import an HTML article in an existing .folio. It's as basic a HTML page that I can do and there are still (just div and css). In one of my file names, there is no space etc.

  This is the first time I tried to import an HTML article.

  The reason for this problem seems to be simple and is indeed related to the update.

  For each folio project, you can now define a version of the viewer in the folio properties.

  Folios created before the update, having this set to "not defined".

  Assign the v20/v21 = problem solved.

  Edit:

  I think that a problem of this magnitude should not have retailers and at the forefront of error to sloppy QA as well. The value being undefined is not a format mismatch. Assuming that the above can be confirmed by others, of course.

  I tried to re-installed my Adobe's Suite. Install the first version of the Adobe DPS and then install the latest version of Folio (1.9) then Folio Panel producer tools

  I don't see what the problem is. They are the only documents page and there is no file .idlk in there.

  Yes, it may be something else in the document too, instead of importing the entire article at once, open each Indesign document and use the 'add article open' to download the document one after another to understand what article is the problem.

• A Folio build error

  Hello everyone,

  When generating a Folio in InDesign CS6 I get the message: "content generation error. [Error: could not find the resources of one or several layers.] Check the resources used are available on the disc, then apdate article].

  The preliminary check shows a green light, that all links are connected.

  I started this project with a trial version of InDesign CS6 in English, then my company gave me a copy recorded in Italian. This could be the reason for the problem, or there is something else?

  Try and rename using the format suggested, ending with _play.png/_pause.png

  so use audio_controls_001_Pause.png instead of audio_controls_Pause_001.png

  I have Win7 64 bit machine running InDesign 7.5.2 - I was asked to update the DPS tools when I went to load/create a new sheet.

  I downloaded Folio Builder Panel 12.1.3 and producer Folio 1.9.1 extract the files and installed

  I uninstalled DPS Builder and producer, uninstalled InDesign and made sure that the Indesign files under user preferences have been removed.

  The machine rebooted, clean installation of Indesign and updates online, tools and then install Builder - still getting the error

  What is the solution?

  It is not that difficult to do a simple upgrade.

  Close InDesign and follow the steps below

  1. 1. go to the C: drive.
  2. 2. click the button hold on the upper left side.
  3. 3. click on the search folder option.
  4. 4. click the view tab and select show all hidden points.
  5. 5. apply and ok.
  6. 6. can \Local c:\users\username\AppData\Roaming\StageManager.BD092818F67280F4B42B04877600987F0111B594.1 store.
  7. 7 remove the dmp and the shared object file.
  8. 8. empty the Recycle Bin.

  I'm working on a presentation of the Tablet and everytime I try to log in my folio Builder I get this message:

  There was a problem of intermittent failure reported on the status of DPS (http://status.adobedps.com/) page. This problem seems to be resolved.

• Error connecting to V28 Folio Builder

  I've recently updated to the Folio Builder Panel V28 and I can not now sign in my account credentials.

  I have followed all the advice on the forum, uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted preferences etc, and I am still unable to connect.

  The pop-up window appears, I put in my credentials and does not respond. The box disappears and I have not signed in. I can do this over and over again without ever signing.

  Is there a fix or a workaround for this error?

  I use a Mac with InDesign CS6.

  Hold the Option key and choose go > library in the Finder. Then go down and see if you can find it.

  The new tools installed, uninstalled them already, authorized indesing prefs, settled again in the following order (as always): producer, then Folio Builder Control Panel tools.

  From another thread, it seems that you have a workaround to remove the cache folder. The error means there is problem of access to the database offline in the cache. If you have installed pre-release bits on this computer and used CS6 pre-release Panel Folio Builder generates then it is likely that pre-release build was incompatible with the Release version which should. However, if you have always been on version CS5.5 builds then it is probably a bug in the Panel. Unfortunately we have not been able to reproduce the problem in-house. If you encounter the same problem again, I'd appreciate it if you can me ping [email protected]. It will help if we can make some simple diagnose in this error state. Thank you!
