  I have a PC with Windows 7 have.

  I downloaded creative cloud on my work computer. I have installed in my laptop at home. So I know that I have not reached my limits of installation.

Before you delete this folder, I used to support long on the page options and peak opens and from here I select Save image, now come the option page, select Save the image, the test image to download then donot open and a message indicates that your phone is out of memory...

  I have an idea. I saw a similar problem, where something in the network settings for DNS gets screwed up. As a workaround, that's what I did:
  For the network card I use, instead of using DHCP, a DNS server to use force. I used google's servers because I remember the addresses - 4.4.4.4 and 4.4.8.8. Run the system update. If this solves the problem, or if not, after having done it once, you can change it to use DHCP.
