for Compaq v6000 laptop video card drivers

I bought a laptop Compaq Presario V6310US used, with Vista installed.

I installed Windows 7 Home Premium. All the drivers have been installed with the exception of the video card. The drivers are supposed to be 100 NF - Spp nForce 430 go. I tried to install the drivers on the Nvidia driver page, but they would not install. Anyone know where I could find the right drivers for the video DART? If not, is it possible to upgrade the video card? I would like to be able to do graphic editing, but right now I can't yet run the bubble screen saver.

Thanks for any help!

Have you tried your graphics driver for Vista?

  • "your video card drivers are not properly installed, are obsolete or are for the DARDWARE not supported"

This message returns constantly to the illusion that after I saved this computer, using the product key and installed the FREE TRIAL of Microsoft Office version for the next 3 months. During installiation, Windows kept saying that "C drive has NO ENOUGH SPACE" and required "delete" old "unused programs", I agree, but it has never been the question on the hard disk drivers.
I have Windows VistaHome Preimium for 3 years, (this page is not available here in your web site) and since the 19th of February2010, I read all "advising them," trying to 'restore', nothing helps. Last year the illusion was intalled easily and high speed. I've never met a single problem, the same computer, same material, just suddenly become 'unsupported', I need Windows just restore all my setting back and stop deleting my settings and downloads. How can I restore material that has been removed from Windows from my computer? Help, please.

    ArgonautAmber,
Then you get this error from the program of Secondlife or do you have other programs as well?  How much free space is on your hard drive?  Have you updated your driver video crad lately? You have an active antivirus program running?  If so, is up to date and you have scanned your system lately?

What I suggest you to start with:
Run the disk error check to see if there is any problem with the player.

Check the free space on the hard disk.  If you run very low then you may need to delete the old unused programs or to archive documents of CD Si you have not emptied the trash lately, do the same.

If you do not have an antivirus running, then take a look at these:

    Get rid of malware

Can I clean an already infected computer?

Check the video card manufacturer's Web site and download the latest driver for your hardware.

  • GTX560Ti for PE 11,12,13 nvidia video card drivers compatibility

I struggled to get my PE10 to work properly. When I load the camcorder. MTS files into a new project for editing, the first image displays OK but then freezes, i.e. will not play video. Various forums point to the driver NVidia with PE10 incompatibility and claim that the versions of the old drivers (e.g.320.xx) may work. I tried to install these drivers but without success. My question is: if I upgrade to a later version of the EP, I'm likely to have the same problem? That is to say, is the incompatibility of the PE10 and NVidia drivers a known issue that has been resolved in later versions of PE?

    Help appreciated.

    PC hardware:

Video card: NVidia GTX-560Ti with 1 GB of RAM.

PC: i7 processor - 3770K with 8 GB of RAM.

If you want that links to the volumes of information on this issue, I'll post them for you. As you work with Windows 7 64-bit, you are likely to find earlier versions of the NVIDIA GeForce driver. Windows 8 or 64bits 8.1 users who want to use this hotfix roll back running into the question that goes from NVIDIA do not offer enough old driver for Windows 8 or 8.1 versions 64 bit for this fix.

Even with your NVIDIA card, it is questionable if July 1, 2013 320.49 driver would work for you, I'm not sure if it's old enough to

meet the driver version roll necessary return (around may 2013). If you have tried, so that isn't going to be the way out of your current situation.

If you move to version 11, 12 or 13 with the files from your camera, please watch the Premiere Elements tryout before purchase to ensure the

the version compatibility with your project objectives and of the computing environment.

    Special attention to the test...

Your camera offers two possibilities of recording AVCHD and MP4. The two are reported by camera manufacturers to use AVCHD (MPEG4 AVC/h.264)

video compression. Therefore, I would look at the relative performance of the AVCHD.mts and the AVCHD.mp4 that happens to your Timeline.

Recent discussions here (even with the current version 13/13.1) seem to point to issues of stability less first elements editor and organizer of the elements with AVCHD.mp4 with AVCHD.mts.

  • Compaq Presario SR5518F graphics card drivers

I'll be upgrading the graphics card on my Compaq Presario SR5518F (already made sure the card I got was compatiable).

Before I come and do something for the card, I have to ask you a few questions.

1.) should I uninstall the graphics card drivers

2.) should I uninstall the card in general

(3.) when I get the graphics card installed, is it safe to install the drivers in safe mode or normal mode?

    Thanks for the help!

    Hello:

Yes, before you install the new video card, you should go to Device Manager, click to expand the display of the maps, right-click in the graphics section and select uninstall.

Depending on the operating system that you are running, if there is a driver uninstall box to check, check this box.

Instead of restarting the PC, simply close it down, unplug it, install your new video card and you should be all set, and as Eric posted, you install the new drivers in Windows 'normal' mode

If you lose your integrated audio system (you can according to the model) If your new video card has an HDMI output port, you will need to go into BIOS, find the onboard audio setting.

It will be either automatic or off value.

Change the setting to "Enabled". Save the setting it by hitting the F10 key and again when you go out.

After reboot and return to windows, you should have the on-board audio back.

  • Compaq Presario C700 video card

I have a Compaq Presario C700 computer laptop (C769US) and I was wondering if I would be able to upgrade the video card to play Fallout 3, that I bought yesterday. The card that is here right now is 'Intel 965 Chipset family' or something of the kind.

I would like to put this here: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8761878&type=product&id=1202650704648

It will go? My father said something about PCI and AGP, I don't know how to find out if mine is PCI.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

If you put beside the video card laptop I think that you see that there is no way to put it there. The video card is almost as large as the laptop. We receive a few tons of these posts here these days. But the answer has not changed. There is no upgrade for your video that is remotely possible in this life on this planet. Cannot be done, no cases in any way. The video is a chip that is soldered to the motherboard with the set traces to work only with this specific chip. Even the best ubertech with mad fine welding skills could not do anything else's work. When you buy a laptop get the graph and the processor you want and need for now and the future. If you need something better it means a new laptop not a level 98% of the time. When you buy a game controls the minimum requirements and see if your computer can meet.

Sorry if I sound a little harsh but as I said we get 2 or 3 of these questions every day and I blame the computer manufacturers (HP, for example) and retailers such as Best Buy for not educating the public about what they are buying.

I oened my HP Envy 750-124 to add a videocard GeForce GTX 950 and 6 pin PCI power cord to power the card could not be found. There is a PCI Express slot present on the motherboard, but no way to connect the power supply Board. So what don't understand me?  Thank you.

    You're welcome, @DFB2.

The difference in both models, is that the 700-074 craving came with an installed 460W PSU.  That might be enough to run the GTX 950 correctly.  Even some of these PSU is not additional power adapters.  It depends on a lot of other components that are installed in the computer.  Video card manufacturers give room for all situations.  Normally, I would recommend buying a PSU that is at least 100W above the manufacturer stated minimum requirements.  I hope that explains the situation better.

Here are the Product Specifications for the power supply in the 700-074:

    Form factor: ATX internal
    Total wattage: 460W
    Nominal input voltage range:
    100-127V/3A (50-60 Hz)
    200-240 v/2A (50-60 Hz)
    Dimensions: 150 x 140 x 86 mm (5.9 x 5.5 x 3.4 inches)
    * This power supply has an LED to indicate a possible failure condition when the light is off and the power is connected.

  • NB200 - allocated for the 128 MB video card only

    Hello!
in the specifications, we can allocate 224 MB of memory for the video card, but in windows, we can assign only 128 MB.

Someone at - it a solution?

    Hello

The video RAM is shared with the normal RAM (system memory). This means that you can get up to 224 MB of video memory to it of necessary, but if the graphics don't need of more memory, 128 MB are only.

And, you can change or control by yourself. This is done automatically and it of really not necessary to change something.
