    Hi Tomca,

There is a c api for the card. However, it is developed by comsoft and we can't distribute. Your best bet is to get directly in touch with Comsoft. If you have problems, I can help you with that.

  • How do we uninstall Realtek PCIE Card Reader

Hello I am running on windows 7, I will try yo upgrade to 8 but it says I have to uninstall Realtek PCIE Card Reader. but I can not find it to uninstall. I checked the driver manager, that I still couldn't find it

Why did you uninstall the card reader? You can upgrade to Windows 8 without uninstalling the card also reader.

If you need to uninstall the card reader, are going to start-> type devmgmt.msc-> press on enter. Expand controller IDE ATA / ATAPI-> look for Realtek PCIE Card Reader. Double click it-> go to the driver tab, click on uninstall (select remove the software for this device to uninstall the device entirely) to uninstall the device.
Note: Several drivers may exist (like SD, xD, MemoryStick controller controller). Uninstall them individually.
  • vSphere "There is no device for the PCI Passthrough on the host"

    Hey all,.

I use a trial version of VMware vSphere 5.1 on a server Dell T - 410 Quad Core - w - 32 GB of RAM.  I'm not under vCenter.  I installed this after attending a class on VMware vSphere there and now I'm just using it because I need to study the materials of many moons.  I left 40 days on the assessment.

I'm trying to add support for a PCIe card in VMware vSphere for a Linux CentOS client.  (Note that all customers react in the same way).

When I click on the Client and then 'change settings' > I see the dialog window 'Properties of the Virtual Machine' and the Add button.

When I click on ADD, I see the following:

    "PCI Device (not available)".

By clicking on the PCI device in gray reveals that:

This device cannot be added to this virtual Macine because:

There is no device for the PCI Passthrough on the host

    ---------------------------------

I have looked in a number of places but haven't seen any clear information about how to ADD a PCIe or PCI peripheral Passthough.

Can you tell me messages of the Forum or Documentation for this operation?

I run a vCenter evaluation copy to pull this off?  (And there are copies of assessment of vCenter even?)

    Thank you

Select the host, and then you will see the configuration tab.   Advanced settings is at the bottom left.

  • DVI PCI Card/s for G3 minitour

I am a new Member of this forum and I hope that someone has the necessary answersI. I have a Power Macintosh G3 Beige minitour @ 333 MHz, and I'm on OS 8.5.1. There is a reason, I must stay with OS 8.5.1.

I am wanting to know if there is a Dual-DVI PCI card that will work in this machine, so I can run two monitors via DVI in order to get a higher resolution than is available with VGA. My understanding is that VGA tops out at 1280 x 1024 and I need just a little more.

If there is not an available Dual-DVI card that will work with my setup, how about two single DVI cards? If, by chance, there are two ways, that would be better and two monitors can also..., run off PCI cards without involving the port of regular monitor of the factory. If the port of the factory to be used, is there an adapter (or adapter cable) him/DVI.

I know it's several questions, but get them out of here, in my first post may save some back.

    Thanks for any help, Tom

    Hi & welcome!

In fact, VGA will give you more resolution than DVI.

    Radeon 7000

The 32 MB memory DDR (Double Data Rate) will also help, allowing your computer to display very high resolutions up to 2048 x 1536 at 60 Hz if your analog monitor supports. Resolutions up to 1600 x 1200 are supported using digital flat screen, depending on the individual abilities of your LCD monitor.

There are faster cards still better, but more rare and the fastest I had were Formac cards, can have a couple somewhere here.

  • PCI cards with USB 3.0 or eSATA for a Mac Pro 2006 (1,1)

    Hello, Apple people!

I got my hands on a Mac Pro 2006 earlier from a friend. I used it as a BESTIAL Server (seriously, this thing is not so much as breaking a sweat even when I throw it the more difficult task.) I love this machine) since I got it, and I think I want to do the updates. My plan so far is to get multiple mounting OWC to pick up the second drive Bay currently vacant DVD and install two 120 GB Samsung 850 EVO drives in RAID 0, while using the real HARD disk bays for a RAID 10 array (nested RAID: two RAID 1 arrays brought together in a RAID 0 array) of four 2 TB red WD drives and use two 250 GB hard drives currently in the machine in an external case in a matrix RAID 1 for backup. I'm pretty happy on this issue.

My question concerns what interface to use for external drives of 250 GB. I can use:

    • USB 2.0 currently on the machine
    • FireWire 800 currently on the machine
    • a PCIe USB 3.0 card
    • a PCIe card with eSATA

That we will get the faster speeds? I know that, theoretically, eSATA would get faster speeds (6 Gbps eSATA vs 5 Gbit/s USB 3.0 vs 800 Mbps, Firewire 800 vs 480 Mbps USB 2.0), however I know also (maybe?) that the Mac Pro I have only has grooves in v PCIe 1.1, with a (supposed) 250 MB/s maximum data transfer rate. would this bottleneck a PCIe USB 3.0 or eSATA card not worth?

Note: don't worry all "Mac compatibility" with PCIe cards (or the table RAID scheme I mentioned). I am running Ubuntu Server (64 bit) on the machine, and given that the Linux kernel supports much more conductive than Mac OS X, I probably don't need to look at all the other drivers. This issue is specific to the hardware capabilities of the Mac Pro.

Probably the most simple installation, you can do is to install the eSATA extender cable adapter.

  • Synchronize the clocks of 2 PCI cards for analog inputs with e/s digital reference

I'm trying to synchronize the clocks of reference of 2 PCI cards so that the analog inputs are synchronized. However, my appilcation has also digtial e/s on two cards, and who apparently made the mistake DAQmxErrorResourcesInUseForRoute_Routing. This discussion describes a similar problem, but the solution was to just put the reference clock to the slave device, who had no other tasks running on it, so what mine does.

Is there way I can synchronize the clocks of refernce without interfering with the digital I/o?

    Thank you!

PS: My application is in C++.

The reference clock is really a lower-level component that is shared by all resources on a given device.  All tasks on a given device must use the same reference clock.  So if you use DAQmxSetRefClkSrc for a task, you can use it to set the same value for your other tasks.

    Best regards

  • FireWire PCI (used strictly for external sound card): should I deactivate Windows...

I have a PCI of SIIG Firewire 1394 (Port 3) adapter installed in my system. I use "strictly" for my card external sound Presonus Firebox. The computer in question; the main function is a Studio of Production Audio. I had chronic problems with MIDI and other issues.

    My questions are:

    (1) in the Network Connections/1394 Connection/Properties/General tab:
I have to uncheck the Client for Microsoft Networks, file sharing and printers for Microsoft Networks and
    Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) dialog boxes?

    (2) in the Windows Firewall/Advance tab:
Should I uncheck the 1394 dialog box?

    My goal:

I hope for a maximum operational efficiency for my sound card for the application it is used for.

I do not think that network settings 1394 you ask on have something to do with its connected to the 1394 PCI adapter card.

To find out for sure, change the settings and see if it helps.  You can always change their return.

Based on the following specifications, the machine has a lot of options:

I did a system image (drive C :) and a rescue of dvd of Windows 7) Cool, it uses a Volume Snapshot.

Then, I installed the Vista 64 bit drivers successfully.

    The drivers are:
-ENE PCI Memory Stick Card Reader Controller

-Card Secure Digital ENE PCI / MMC Card Reader Controller

    -AuthenTec Inc. AES2501A (fingerprint)

  • USB 3.0 PCI for Pavilion a6619f card

I ran out of the USB slots and use a USB hub for additional connections.  However, some devices do not work with a hub I want to add an additional USB card to my computer.

After research it appears all new USB USB 3.0 cards.  Here are my questions:

    1. a card USB 3.0 work with my computer?

    2. What is the best alternative for a specific card?

    Thanks for anyone's help.

Most probably, you have exceeded the current levels on the USB hub. This is why the devices failed. Linked article:

  • Satellite A30 - 303 install wireless mini PCI card internal

    Hello
I am installing a PA3300U (Atheros) mini PCI WiFi internal card and have a basic question that I hope someone will be able to answer. There are two cables, white and black (under the cover of the wireless card on the case) which I suppose are for the internal antenna. The question is where do these attach to on the mini-PCI card (unfortunately I have no instructions for the card mounting)?
I'll be very grateful for any assistance with this.
    Best regards, Dave.

    Hello

I don't actually see one of the Atheros cards, but on other brands, there are two connectors that are marked with the HAND and to THE.
A white cable normally goes to the HAND and a black to the auxiliary voltage

  • Startup gets "Network cable unplugged" on (new) wireless mini-PCI card

Repost in the previous topic was locked, but has not been resolved. Original post below, please see previous post for more details

I recently installed a Netgear DG834GT wireless router and now have intermittent problems connecting my Tecra 9100. If the 9100 has been off for awhile (like overnight), when I restart I get always "Network cable unplugged" for the wireless connection. Reboot several times (anything from 3 upwards) I finally get connected to the router and everything then works fine for hours. Even a quick restart at this point (that is, once that the wireless adapter is connected) does not cause a problem, but as soon as I leave the stop of the machine during a time he fails again on restart.

There are no errors in the event log.

I am using wireless mini-PCI cards and have already updated to the latest version of the driver.

Any ideas gratefully received, for now every morning is a 20 to 30 minutes of rebooting frustration trying to get my connection work.

    (Running Win2K professional)

    Hello

I have the same problem if I stand for laptop and access point at the same time. If the access point is already in use, the connection is established shortly after. First the access point must establish a connection to the modem. Now the wireless connection is not available.

I guess after the second reboot, the connection between the AP and the modem is already finished and you can use the network wireless successfully.

    Good bye
