  As I can see on the Toshiba support page this old notebook is not supported for Win7.

  I was wondering which graphics cards are compatiable with equium l20-264 because I have a radeon eXpress standard ATI 200 m (waste) and wanted to update my graphics card, but I'm a beginner I upgraded my ram but really need an update for my graphics card to a lot of games for vista (you probably think how I have vista on a computer no-vista laptop ^_^)

  I was also wondering if I coould go my Proccesor to a best something like 1.0 GHZ to 2.5 GHZ but a one celeron so I don't have to get a new motherboard.

  I would recommend not all graphics cards for this camera because it s is usually not possible to replace or update the chip graphic card on laptops.

  Upgrading the CPU would be possible.

• Updated BIOS for Equium L20 missing docs?

  I recently downloaded the upgrade of Bios for the Equium L20 PSL2ZE.
  I need to this day with a bootable CD-ROM.

  In the FAQ, it says in the sub-heading "Option 2: update with CD-ROM" the following text:

  1 extract the zip file containing the BIOS upgrade to a temporary folder.
  2. in the folder temporary three subfolders will be generated. "docs", 'Update - 3.5' disc', 'Update - CD - R or CD - RW"

  Problem is the Bios upgrade download does not contain the docs with the required pdf file. How to make the CD bootable, strange!

  Please don t mix old TRAD and new BIOS WIN updates.
  As far as I know old traditional BIOS update can be done with bootable CD but WIN version is updated to the BIOS which can be booted under Windows operating system.

  Hi mate.

  As far as I know your laptop supports two memory locations.
  They must be placed at the bottom of the unit.
  If you n t know how to change this then I recommend consulted the user manual!
  The manual can be downloaded from the Toshiba European page.
  I think that the laptop can be upgraded to 2 GB of RAM. So, you can use 1 GB of RAM in one slot.

  PS: you must use the RAM DDR2 PC2-4200 memory - 200pin modules

  All the drivers, that you can find on the download from Toshiba site. I know that they can be used for Windows XP Home and Pro edition home. It is recommended to use the designed Toshiba drivers. Maybe you can find the most recent driver for the graphics card on the download page of graphics card producer, but there is no guarantee that you will be able to install it.

  Hi I would like to ask what should I do if I want to reset my office because none of my applications on the start menu are working and when I go to settings to do a refresh it says I have to download a bunch of programs that was already on the desktop when I bought (Alcor Micro USB Card Reader Driver programs lot of HP like connected music or updates (, NVIDIA programs to name a few) I did not have a CD inside the box when I bought it. What should I do? I think that just refresh my PC (nevermind making a plant full reset because it will destroy the same things) cause a lot of problems because I'm not sure that most of the programs came 'factory' and if I update my PC everything will be lost, and I won't be able to what whether re-download again. However if I don't do something I can't do anything with the PC because even the store isn't open. Help please!
