Form PHP scripts

Please can someone help.

I created a form for a Web site that needs to do the following:

1 / fill out and submit

2 / on presentation show a confirmation page to the client.

3 / send an e-mail on the site and not from their own email account.

We have designed the attached form and PHP script but it just doesn't seem to work, we can get parts other forms of work simply not all that.

I'm new to PHP and would be grateful if someone could have a look for me and change what they think is wrong.

I have an error message when the filled contact forms:
They are: the form of the web server PHP script is missing or PHP is configured correctly on your web hosting provider. Check the script PHP of the downloaded form correctly, then contact your webhost to see the configuration of PHP.

safe for html contact form php script

What follows is a format of the basic form that I use and style with css to match the colors of Web site, etc. However, I'm looking for advice on a script php with captcha or other security that will make this form work and send emails to an e-mail address. My site is hosted on GoDaddy - Linux CPanel hosting economy and the php script they have on their server do not work with economy hosting on CPanel.
PHP script or tutorial link would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Unable to make the Muse script form check test form php

Hello
After you download my site via FTP, I got a warning window saying connection to the PHP files had no Muse. There is a contact form on my site. I contacted my web server nearly host and they said that the PHP script is enabled by default on the website and use the latest version 5.6. Nearly host then recommended I check the error and returned me to the page of Adobe support Muse troubleshooting forms used on the servers of third party Widgets
Here, it is believed that I have test site at your-site-address.com/scripts/form_check.php. I replaced my site address instead of "your-website - address.com' , but could not have access. The error message says "504 Gateway time-out. The server has not responded in time. »

Hi have Charlotte - you looked in JotForms as potential replacement? I don't know what's their compatibility with nearly host, but often times where the forms of the Muse doesn't cut, JotForms is a good alternative: http://www.jotform.com/help/99-Adding-Form-to-Adobe-Muse

Form mail (php) script on my site is not working properly

Hello good people.
I designed my website using Adobe Fireworks recently, it has exported to Adobe Dreamweaver, finished and uploaded from there, and it is currently live on the internet. However, I have a number of important questions that I need help to solve. Please any help to solve these problems would be greatly appreciated. I don't know if I can post a link to the site here, but the site is (w w w. kenapexvision. c o m). I list these questions below.
1. I used a php mail form (formmail.php) script, but currently my site does not deliver messages of the 'message' field and the 'phone number' field in other words, when a visitor sends me an email from the contact form on the site, I him had not received the info on fields 'phone number' and a 'message '. Why this is happening and how to fix?
2. I would like messages sent from my contact form to provide to these 2 two addresses (kenapexvision @ gmail. com) and (info @ kenapexvision. com) how do I actually do that?
3. I also used a widget gallery called Gallery (thickbox) widget - for creating a portfolio gallery, for display and navigation between photos in your gallery, but on the site, it reacts as expected. It opens an image in its entirety and does not present the navigation to allow movement between the images. I heard someone say that the widget has been abandoned, please what can I do to make this work well on site or there at - it a new/better one that I can use to give me the same functionality because I really need this Gallery feature.
4 - How can I change or transform my dynamic site site and/or blog above (do change content periodically) without having to completely ignore all current content on the site?
For now, these are the questions, I am confronted with and would be very happy if someone could find time out of their schedule to help or advice me what to do about these.

Thank you @Ben for your reply, I recently realized what was the problem with the "formmail.php" a few lines of code were absent on this issue. I had to cross with care and then corrected.

$comments = addslashes($_POST['message']);... I've changed the comment "on this"message"line because I name the field"message"message while adding in the form

Also, I had to make a new line of code for the phone number, that is to say

Regarding issues related to the 3rd and 4th, I prefer to begin by the 4th issue here and ask the 3rd in a new thread. what I can?

4 - How can I change or transform my dynamic site site and/or blog above (do change content periodically) without having to throw completely all the content currently on the site? for Eg. I love my main "Page Web" (buttons) that took me days to create in Fireworks and export in DW. Also, I like my 'Top busiest header', 'Logo', "The lower panel" (Top Navigation) and can be the 'Footer '. Every other content display can be replaced easily.

For the moment, I installed "Wordpress" on the site of my control panel, in the directory (www. kenapexvision. com/blog) but have not determined what the next step.

Looking for hosting companies with web form processing scripts

I'm a beginner when it comes to creating web pages. I have created a website for the first time and am looking for a Web host that can provide the form processing scripts. I'll try HostGator, but when I asked about it on their online chat, the lady who answered said that they do not have what I was looking for. Due to technical difficulties with their online chat program, I don't have a chance to ask follow-up questions, but I had the impression that the Lady, that I was talking knew what she was talking about.
I would ask here. It is my understanding that if you have forms on your website, you need form processing scripts to run. Can you name of hosts which can give them? Is this something that most web hosting companies can normally provide? Are there any that you would recommend for someone like me who will use forms on their web site?

I think your priorities for web hosting should be based on other more important criteria - availability, services, space and affordability.

Canned scripts are a secondary issue. Practice for beginners, Yes. But generally UN os without any room for customization.

Issue of form/PHP email

Hello.
I was wondering if someone could help me add the necessary PHP script for a little more than fields in my form of e-mail. At the present time it captures name, Email and comments. However, I need to add a place for phone, city, and registration to the Newsletter (radio button). Have added the form fields in my html file, I'm not sure how to add to the script.

Problem with form PHP site designed in Adobe Muse?

Hello friends, I just finished my first authority site design in the Adobe muse (www.healthieradults.com), and I seem to have a problem with my forms. First of all, I have very little or no experience in web programming, such as PHP to be precise. After uploading my Web site to host, I get an error message saying "PHP script is not configured properly on the Web hosting provider, check if the file has been uploaded correctly. I checked and made sure all my settings in muse are correct, but muse seem to be generating an error response in the file form_check.php on my server (www.healthieradults.com/scripts/form_check.php), I don't really know how all these php functions work, I downloaded the file and tried to not mess with it. Fixed in my email address in a place where I thought I'm supposed to, but still keeps giving me the same errors. You can see for yourself www.healthieradults.com. I need help please, maybe someone could show me how to configure the php properly script to work with my forms without errors...

If you get the above error and get the same at http://www.healthieradults.com/scripts/form_check.php (which we are not able to open at our end), chances are that your host does not support PHP. Could you contact your hosting provider and confirm if your site has support for PHP and MySQL Server?

Where is my form PHP error? Two values of the label are received in an e-mail, but three others are not

I see a space between the College and the sport. Also, make sure that your form fields are named exactly as the names of variables.

Fill in the fields from a php script

I am filling the fields of text from a PHP script directly in Acrobat Reader.
Lets not talk about database right now, I just want to know how to take a variable in PHP, right in the form of livecycle designer.
I've seen a lot of things like submitform() using http post, etc., but I can't make it work.

If you want to fill in the LiveCycle Designer form, then you will need to go with the data file.

The data file can be an XML file or a database or WebService.

You can't fill out the PDF from a PHP script directly. Is what you can do, a LiveCycle process created in Workbench and then call the PHP application process information. The Livecycle process will merge the data with the model and the PDF back to the client application.

There is another feature in Acrobat PRO you can import an XML file directly to PDF, but it's a manual work. You cannot link to a PHP Script.

PHP script... where should I put my variables?

I'm working on a PHP script, and I fill in the parts work but just can't get my head around the menu drop down and radio buttons. I tried to type in the drop-down list in the part menu items "$body" of it, but then he did that send me everything. If the sender wants only one thing in the dropdown menu, I just want to see what the customer wanted. Not what is in all the menu. E-mail for phone seems to work well but I guessed in the "service menu" drop and the name through comments also works in the part of the body as well but those pull down and radio parts do not send. I don't know even what a NEM and what to type here or part of results as well. Help, please!

Then I perfectly the message in my Inbox mail but focus caracter as e ' ect... does not work, they are replaced by the odd character.

Your PHP script is trying to convert utf - 8 encoding iso-8859-9, but everything is backwards. For example:
```

$item1 does not exist in the time you are trying to convert it. To make it work, the lines should do the reverse:
```
$item1 = $_POST["item1"];
$item1 = mb_convert_encoding($item1 ,"iso-8859-9","utf-8");
```
However, it is not necessary to convert UTF - 8. Simply make the email encoded in UTF - 8. To do this, you must add the encoding for headers. However, your current script has a serious security flaw in it. You should never include an email address from a form in the headers without checking first that it is not trying to inject a relayed spam in your email.

Change this section:

PHP script works in Chrome, IE9, but not in Firefox 15

This page is a PHP script to create links to all files in a directory:

It works great in IE9 and Chrome, but Firefox 'give up' way about 3/4 down the list hyperlinks to files are displayed is no longer. Weird stuff.
