Forms 12 c - Application-stand alone launcher - jar files / window cmd

I installed forms 12 c and everything works fine.

I decided to use the stand-alone launcher feature by downloading the frmsal.jar and configure a shortcut. For example: -.

java-jar frmsal.jar - url " " http://myFormsServer:8888/forms/frmservlet? config = fsal "t - 30000 .

I have saved this in a .bat file.

I have 2 questions: -.

(1) I noticed that the performance of the frmall.jar is downloaded to the local client. However, all other jar files customized are not downloaded from the server. I have to manually copy these to the customer or is it still requirements to do it automatically?

(2) when the autonomous Launcher is running, I now have a cmd window and the form. Y at - it an option to hide the cmd and the form window is displayed on the client?

Thanks in advance

Richard

(2) try this

Start javaw-jar frmsal.jar - url "http://myFormsServer:8888/forms/frmservlet?" config = fsal"t - 30000

(1) I have a few custom pots and everything works fine. You put them in $ORACLE_HOME/forms/java?

  • Initially, opening an application stand alone not in run mode.

    When you open an application stand alone for the first time, how can I automatically start in run mode?  I want the user to click on the white arrow to start the program.  Are there ways to get around this?  Thank you!!

    Yes.  Here's how:

    When you build your executable file, there are several screens in which you set parameters.

    Under "The Source file settings", check "VI Set of properties for all contained items.

    Click on the button "customize the properties of VI.  Another dialog box appears that lists the properties of the VI.

    Under 'Performance', uncheck the box "use the VI property.

    Make sure that ' Run when opened ' is not checked.

    Now, when you build your executable file, your user will have to press the white arrow to start the VI.

    Hope this helps,

  • Stand-alone folio for Tablet windows

    Hi, I have a client who wants to present a folio of his tablet of Surface and asked if he can have a stand-alone on its device application.

    Is it possible to do without going through the Windows store? I'm relatively new to DPS and have read something about sideloading, but not sure that I am on the right track.

    Any advice would be welcome.

    Thanks Chris.

    Microsoft does not require a developer paid account if you want to just install a test on a device application. You can either use Adobe Content Viewer to display the folio, as suggested by Christophe, or you can use App Builder to create a custom application. Then your customer can just install this custom application on their Windows machine following the instructions in "Test application" to the https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-publishing-suite/help/windows-publishing-guide.html.

    When you build the custom application, you can put what you want in the areas main package name and ID of the Publisher identity. Just make sure that Publisher ID that starts with "CN =".

    I bought AE CS6 for Windows. The version is 11.0.4 and it offers me updates. This is the last update on the stand-alone (not CC) version?

    Thank you.

    The 11.0.4 update is probably the last for After Effects CS6. It is conceivable that we could meet a problem that requires another update After Effects CS6, but I am not aware of these issues right now.

  • Stand-alone labview application (.exe file) does not run correctly

    Hi all

    I'm doing a labview application only to run on another computer (I never did this before).

    I went through the tools-> build application prompts and was able to build an exe file.

    the program is supposed to control a power meter and measures of power, then save them in a text file.

    When I run the exe, on the same computer, I compiled the exe, the program generates a text file to save data to, but he cannot communicate with the electricity meter.

    There are a few screws Sub and a dll file that are used to communicate with the electricity meter. Would it be possible that I am not say labview to correctly

    include these files when I create an executable?

    What are some common problems that arise when building stand alone applications that could be cause of my problems?

    And no one knows of any good tutorials on building applications stand alone in labview, other than the help files OR?

    Thanks for your help,

    Also, if you used the VISA, include the runtime with your Installer.

  • Deploy on executable jar file

    Hi all.

    I have a special need to deploy an application into an executable jar file (so it could be run as java-jar xxxxxx.jar). It is an app of the ADF, and there just the model layer. It has a main method that works perfectly inside the JDeveloper runtime.

    I use ADF components (entity objects, see objects, Application Module, etc.).

    I tried to deploy it in a jar file and libraries has added to its deployment profile. When I try to run it, I always get:

    Exception in thread "main" oracle.jbo.JboException: Houston-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.ConfigException, msg = Houston-33003: the MyConnection_Dep login name is not defined.

    MyConnection_Dep is the login used in JDeveloper and defined in the Module of the Application, but it looks like the data connection are not deployed.

    Which can be missing? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    In fact, it worked today. I used

    public class amConnection implements {EnvInfoProvider}

    public Object getInfo (String string, object environment) {}

    EnvHashtable Hashtable = (Hashtable) environment;

    envHashtable.put (Configuration.DB_USERNAME_PROPERTY, "username");

    envHashtable.put (Configuration.DB_PASSWORD_PROPERTY, "password");

    envHashtable.put (Configuration.DB_CONNECT_STRING_PROPERTY, "jdbc:oracle:thin:@myserver.domain.com:1521:xxx");

    Returns a null value.

    }

    All required jars are packed. It works very well.

    Thanks anyway

  • Debugging an ADF JAR file?

    Hello. I have a shared Jar file which is used among many ADF web applications. Deploy the JAR file as a Jar ADF file and put it in the scope of the library of web applications. Is there a way I can debug the jar of the EAR file that include? I can debug the regular web application, or the JAR file on its own, but not the JAR of the EAR file. I use JDeveloper 11 g.

    Thank you! Graeme.

    Pls help me.

    We found a solution to the problem yourself.

    Our solution:

    On each page that uses the activity to call a workflow in the bindings, we added the executor of the ADF task flows Bindings type - taskFlow.

    The property is set (in my example):

    ID - taskFlowCall1

    taskFlowId - /WEB-INF/taskFlowCall1.xml#taskFlowCall1

    That's all.

  • How to access oimserver via servlet as a stand-alone web application

    Hello..
    I am beginner,
    I want to develop the file custom war that contains jsp and servlets.
    Servlets that communicate with IOM server through the digital signature (by private key) for authentication and the request of the user.
    But I'm not clear how to proceed...

    (1) what are the lib - jar files must be imported for the war file to communicate with the server of the IOM?
    (2) how servlet will be able to communicate which IOM server if I use the method digital signature? go where he will read the IOM server configuration file? (Please provide detail explanations)
    (3) where deploy the war file, application server running IOM server or application server independent separate them?
    (4) if I unfold in the stand-alone application server how to import the digital certificate and how will the communication?
    (5) if I install in IOM server itself how communication will be?

    Please put more light on these areas... that would be really greatfull...

    Thanks in advance...
    Rami

    Here are your answers-

    + 1) what are the lib - jar files must be imported for the war file to communicate with the server of the IOM? +

    What most IOM present libs are in the folder lib console design, the exact number of the libs depends on the api you are using

    + 2) how servlet will be able to connect to which server IOM if I use the method digital signature? go where he will read the IOM server configuration file? (Please provide detail explanations).

    Like any stand-alone client, that client must xlconfig.xml it's read the information on the server of the IOM.

    + 3) where them deploy the war file, application server running IOM server or application server independent separate? +

    You can deploy this file of war anywhere you want.

    + 4) if I unfold in the stand-alone application server how to import the digital certificate and how communication will be? +

    The customer must point to the same server configuration files that points to

    (+ 5) if I install in IOM server itself how communication will be? +

    Communication will be the same if it is installed as a stand-alone client.

    Hope this helps,
    Sagar

    I need to stop a download of the query, that I thought a stand-alone application but turns require a higher level (FCPX) as a 'parent' and I do not have that, or I want to buy it.

    Motion IS a stand-alone application. It is mainly designed to make effects for Final Cut Pro X, but it is not necessary to have with FCPX nor is it necessary to have FCPX to create projects for other purposes. When you open the query, simply select project of work outside the FCPX motion. You can save regular projects of Motion anywhere on your system.

  • Stand-alone application with LabView 7.0 get error cannot find DAQmx clear task.vi

    I tried to create a stand alone vi with the Build Application or shared Library (dll) in LabVeiw 7.0

    When I put it on another PC to test it I get the error "cannot find DAQmx clear task.vi.

    the other PC also has 7.0 and 8.1 DAQmx Labview.

    I think my problem is in the source tab, where you are supposed to add dynamic vi and support, I have search the forums and database of nor and have not found a solution.

    Hi LabTech09,

    When you run the executable file on the other computer, that's when you get this error?  You have the same exact versions of DAQmx and LabVIEW on both computers?  Is the dialog box allow you to navigate to the clear task.vi DAQmx?  If so, you can find these screws in C:\Program NIUninstaller Instruments\LabVIEW 7.0\vi.lib\DAQmx\configure\task.llb.  The executable runs on the development computer (the machine, it was compiled on)?

  • VI compiles in stand-alone with a menu of the runtime application

    I have a VI I am compiling in a stand-alone application, but unfortunately this error when I try to compile the application:

    Error 1 ganglion invoke in AB_Build.lvclass:Copy_Files.vi-> AB_Application.lvclass:Copy_Files.vi-> AB_EXE.lvclass:Copy_Files.vi-> AB_Build.lvclass:Build.vi-> AB_Application.lvclass:Build.vi-> AB_EXE.lvclass:Build.vi-> AB_Engine_Build.vi-> AB_Build_Invoke.vi-> AB_Build_Invoke.vi.ProxyCaller

    Possible reasons:

    LabVIEW: An input parameter is not valid. For example if the input is a path, the path can contain a character not allowed by the operating system such as? or @. = OR-488: command requires GPIB controller charge controller.

    Method name: Linker: writing Info file

    I'm fairly certain that this error occurs due to the addition of a custom menu DURATION in VI.  This same exact VI generates an application without any problem, if I just change the DURATION back to the default menu.

    I tried to add the file menu of performance at the library of projects, but that did not help anything.

    It's very confusing to me.  I've built applications that uses the custom menus runtime before without any problem and may not know what is different about this situation.  Any help would be appreciated.

    For all those who can find it in the future:

    Fix LabVIEW installation on my computer fixed the problem immediately.  Now I can compile the same program by setting the menu of the runtime on the front panel, as opposed to directing it to an external file programmatically.

  • stand alone application with DAQ

    Hi all

    I had a problem with my stand-alone application in the target computer.

    My program has a under that VI named Igenerator, which generates the current with the NI 9265 connected with all 4 channels.

    When the installation of the application program, I have construction included applications NOR-DAQmx development and thereby support

    target Setup that my application could be opened correctly on the computer.

    However when running the application in my computer (with the NI 9265 connected), the outcome of the program that I can

    see that there is no power out of NI 9265, so this is a problem to transfer my original computer DAQ hardware parameters where

    the project has been generated to my target computer, isn't it?

    To solve the problem, I found this link: http://www.ni.com/white-paper/5406/en, seems that the trick is in the final stage of construction

    the installer I should include a hardware configuration. But how? This link fails to clarify this for me, and I tried to "configure."

    and export all my task of current generation of MAX in the file "configdata.exe" and I clicked on 'Building', it seemed fine, but in my target

    computer after that I configured Setup, my request still has no output current of NI 9265.

    Someone got any idea how I could achieve that? And an any mistake of my procedures, I did? Thank you

  • Windows Media Player ActiveX plays do not image, but the stand alone WMP application. Why?

    I use my Windows Media Player v11 with extra codec to play mp4 files (mp4 are not supported by default with WMP 11, so I had to install a codec). It works very well in the stand-alone application, but when I use the ActiveX control in the regulation, it does not use the codec and I get only sound... no picture. I thought that the ActiveX was merely an interface to the same application of base used by OR and the stand alone media player. And if it's the same kernel, it must use the same codec. What Miss me?

    I have a tip for you. If you download Quicktime 7 (QT), you can select the QT activex player (see picture). It plays mp4 and seems better. QT is free, so there shouldn't be any problem. Try and see if it make you good
