Forms of curves mesh

Hello.

I know how the NET tool works.

But I saw shapes like a circle or a heart with mesh-net perfect. Almost as if you are outside a rectangle mesh then put into brushes and then painted shapes with it. I hope someone understands and will be able to help because I can't understand.

You can create by using a gradient on a line and then developing the appearance of the object.

Draw a shape.

Give it a whack.

Apple a gradient to the race and use the gradient in the race.

Object > expand appearance.

This will add the mesh lines and allow you to change the color of each mesh point.

I need to create a curved with type text box that heal and return to the next line in the form of curved text. How do I do that?

    1. Draw a set of concentric half circles also spaced, stacked so that the outermost is the most remote.
    2. Use the text tool to add text to the outermost path, thus creating a PathType object.
    3. Select all the paths. Type > threaded text > create.
    4. Text tool: click at the end of the text in the object of PathType. Continue typing.

    > If I do that it will not type more.

A Warp effect is a direct effect. When it is applied to the type of objects, they are still editable text. The chain will deform, however, the text also, not only the paths to which it is attached. Sometimes you want that, sometimes you don't have.

  • How can I animate a 2d form a curve turning forward then back around on itself in after effects CC.

    Hello

I'm trying to animate this arrow image attached with After Effects to move forward in a form circular then back on itself for a chart of type pre loader.

I would like the curved arrow as if he was moving forward in the curved cloud then save under it's original state.

Sorry, I'm not sure how to explain it better. I wish all of your comments, help and thoughts.

  • Mesh Wifi LAN with hardware Apple Airport?

I read recently about the benefits of wifi mesh networks. I looked at several highly rated router mesh systems; but I don't know if I could not do the same with a system based on Apple Airport extreme and several Apple Airport Express routers.  Does anyone have an idea on the advantages/disadvantages of each approach?

Trick question that depends on what you mean by "mesh".

It is not difficult to set up a "roving" network with Apple devices, which is a form of network "mesh".  All airports using the same name of the wireless network, the same level of wireless security and the same password.

The theory with this type of configuration is that wireless devices can "switch" from one region to the other and still stay connected to the same network as they change to take the best signal from the nearest airport.

Usually, it works pretty well with the Apple laptops.  But not so well for not at all with most of the PCs, iPhones, iPads and other mobile devices... a fact that most of the articles seem to leave out.

  • How do I move the two forms at the same time using the tool pen

Screen Shot 2016-05-17 at 12.03.13 PM.pngI tried merging groups 1 2 and 3, so they can be handled together. I've grouped them and they merged, but when I try and move with the pen tool they move separately. For my project, I need to be able to change the shape of 12 and 3 using the pen tool, how would I go to do this?

they set out like a vector Illustrator diagram, I've merged them there and imported, but they always move separately.

    Thanks in advance

If you work with multiple masters and the tool pen, you use the Ctrl/Cmnd key to change the pen of a selection tool that resembles a small white inverted V. You can drag a selection around multiple points on a path and then hold down the SHIFT key and select more points on a different path. Once selected you release the Ctrl/Cmnd key and when you go near a selected vertex selection tool appears again, but this time it is a small black reverse V. and drag.

If you want to transform these points then all you have to do is press Ctrl/Cmnd + t when they are selected and you will actually have a better tool paths of transformation you get in Illustrator.

He is essentially on the functioning of the tool pen in Illustrator if you select the direct selection in artificial intelligence (the key) and then the pen tool (p key) and use the Alt/Option key to switch to the top to convert or Ctrl/Cmnd to direct selection points.

BASIC Edition of masks stuff covered in the help files and explained in community resources, if you enter editing masks or change forms or the pen tool in the search help field at the top right of the AE.

If you are using multiple forms on a single shape layer, you can do the same by providing that the forms are curves of Bézier or Rotobezier.

If the paths of the form or masks are on separate layers, you are out of luck. There is no way to change the multiple paths on different layers at the same time. I don't expect that there is a way to do it. Here's a short demo:

  • Perfect wavy curve

    Hello

I don't like using the pen tool, I can never get it just right. What I want to do

is to create a wavy perfect curve. I have photo starting with a form rectangular vector

and then push part of it upward and then in part to create the wave. I am especially

a typical result with the pen tool the top image above and what I want to do the

the image to the botom.  I'm not interested in a solution of pen tool.

So if you follow along with the gray rectangle, push the lower point red upward and then press the top red dot. It would then be

for each red point, form a curve or an ellipse (you specify the radius of curvature).

  • Vector group control points for simple gradient mesh color

With the points you want to be able to select again selected, go to the select menu-> Save the selection.  Then you can get to this selection at the bottom of the selection menu.

  • What is the difference between AXIEM and EMSIght? What are the benefits of AXIEM by EMSight if any?

I wonder what are the differences between AXIEM and EMSight. Are associated with application? One is better than the other? Please explain.

AWR estimated AXIEM most powerful plan EM Simulator around.   AXIEM is at the center of continuous research and improvement, while EMSight is only worked on if revealed serious flaws.  Here is a summary of the differences:

    Mesh

    • EMSight must mesh the nearest grid drivers using rectangles.  This causes the mesh to have more elements mesh when there are small and large geometries.  The grid should be small enough to capture the small geometry but then causes large geometries to mesh more.   In addition, angled or curved structures causes inefficiencies mesh.

    • AXIEM STS forms, rather than a grid.  In addition, the mesh can be rectangle or triangle.   This allows a much more efficient mesh.   AXIEM generally have a much more efficient

    • AXIEM contains the ability to process forms to clean geometries that cause inefficiencies of the mesh.  EMSight does not have this feature.

    • AXIEM can forms thick metal mesh, EMSight can not, and user must make approximations when thick metal will change coupling (loss is recorded properly with the thickness of the metal)

    Ports

    • The ports are for the most part similar, but parasites due on AXIEM ports are less.  In addition, the AXIEM has a side wall, thus the effects of not move of the terms of reference of the edge of the line are a lot less AXIEM in.

    • Ports can be added to most any place in geometry with AXIEM.  For EMSight, the ports are usually only added outside the geometry and have limitations to the aircraft on either side of the reference speaker.

    Problem solvers

    • EMSight does not have a low frequency Solver.  Stop low-frequency and then extrapolate to DC.  This usually works well, but you must take into account if the extrapolation is accurate.  AXIEM presents both a low and high frequency Solver so will do better in a low frequencies generally much better in DC.

    • Solver of EMSight scales O (n) ^ 2 for memory and O (n) ^ 3 for the moment.   It has a special algorithm to break the question of memory, but the question of time is the killer.  AXIEM has a direct Solver which scales in the same way and an iterative Solver which will scale O (nlogn).   In other words, AXIEM can solve a lot of bigger problems than EMSight.

    • Several AXIEM processes are multithreaded as EMSight.

    Speaker

    • EMSight is inside a perfect driver side wall.   This works well if you the circuit is in the same cavity.  If not, you must know the rules of them on to the forms of space of the flanks and how that much to extend the port could reference planes.   AXIEM is not here.   AXIEM does not currently have to simulate a perfect driver side wall.

I don't know that I missed a few aspects of the tools.   From the point of view of the AWR that AXIEM is the tool of choice, except in a few cases have been EMSight may be required.

  • power density spectrum

I'm using strain gage accelerometers to collect data from acceleration axis X, Y and Z on channels separated as a way to quantify the vibrations in the cabin of an off-road vehicle.  Using the DASYLab "formula module" I put across the output of the accelerometers to read directly in gs, or 32 ft/s/s = 1 g.

If I use the DASYLab 'fft module' to provide a spectrum of power for a waveform g time density vs generated by one of my accelerometers, what are the scale units which are delivered by the "Y/t diagram module?  I know that the x in the table scale units are Hz.

I am producing a figure of displaying data that has the same format as power spectral density data presented in the figures in Mil - Std - 810 G method 514,6 Annex C.  This paper presents data from sprectral in the form of curves of (g ^ 2) frequency vs /Hz.

So far, none of the data I gathered in my vehicle, looks something like the data presented in the in the mil specs.

Thank you for reading the question, I asked, given it and answer this question instead of going some other marginally related topic. I sincerely appreciate your knowledge and your willingness to share.

  • How can I change a something in an envelope (in a clipping mask) without releasing either

  • How can I adjust the shapes that overlap the page?

I'm working on a holiday brochure 270 page. I usually work with Photoshop, but I know that's not ideal for brochures, then worked along side another designer with InDesign. I picked up almost everything to get me going which is great. However, I am stuck on best practices for the bottom.

The idea is that each page with a hotel will have the same style of background, which consists of a few circle shapes that are slightly different shades. Circles leave the edges of the page, to just form a curve across the page. Each different destination will have these forms in different colors, so that the customer wants to be able to change the colors autour once I put the brochure their.

I work with what I have now, but it is a little ugly looking having huge circles leave the edges of the page in "Normal" mode.

Is it possible to cut the rest of the form that is not inside the purge?

draw a rectangle the size of the page + bleed area. Cut your background of the circle, and then paste in the rectangle. Ideally, it should be on a master page (a master page by destination).

  • CS5: Coloring Anchor Points

Hello. Clearly I am missing something simple beginner. I'm working on a tutorial, and the indications that I'm in are the following:

    Step 16:

Select the shape of the bottom and the mesh tool (U) allows to add an anchor point in the left corner, exactly in the middle of the shape of the bottom as shown.
Paint all the anchor points down of this form with r: 0, G:0, B:0. And paint the points of the best anchor points with R:135, G:96, B:66.

Here is the tutorial if you want the Visual reference: ustrator http://vector.tutsplus.com/tutorials/illustration/how-to-make-a-magic-book-using-adobe-ill /

I create a book, and it's at the base, while he was basically two rectangles with a semi-circle in the middle like a spine. I used the NET tool to create a line that divides the shape. I have to assume the cracks behave differently, because I couldn't split paths to make separate, and modifying segments filling of the form ignores the mesh line. So I guess now that a path of mesh is not counted as a normal path. But he tells me to paint all points anchor and two different colors... How the hell can I do?

I click on the gradient tool, it does not appear anything else that paste a gradient on things slider, which does not affect the fill color.
Grasping the shape and change color in color the entire shape fill Panel changes...
Select the Group and try to make a gradient in the gradient panel does nothing, it does not yet record as something that can be filled.

So who exactly these directions ask me to do?

    Thank you very much!

It seems that the instructions missing essential information for people who are not very familiar with Illustrator.

To add a fill to a gradient mesh point, you must first select the direct Selection tool, which is the key has, and then click each item you want to change the gradient mesh. To make this process faster, click and drag on the points that you want to include while holding down the SHIFT key. In this way, you have select each point precisely and can be a little more flexible with what you select. But keep in mind that all the points that you surround yourself with the direct Selection tool will be selected so according to the shapes in your file by dragging through them, maybe not the best option.

Then with the points chosen, you can go into your color palette and change the color of these points. You will know that the points are selected because they will be filled with a solid color while the unsuccessful points will be 'hollow' which is just a fancy way of saying they're going to be filled with white.

  • Need help with a level art courses

    Hi all

I'm quite new to these forums, delighted to see you!

Here is a drawing that I have created by hand, and I would like to transfer in a digital format in order to play with the colors and large format printing.

    IMG.jpg

I'm totally new to illustrator, so have read tutorials on the ' net and here I am so far:

    Untitled--1.jpg

Could someone help me how to create these smooth curves, who get the big middle and small to the edges? The final design will complete a circle at both ends. I use a straight line, starting from the mid-point of each pit and then use the handles to form the curve? Wouldn't be better to use circles?

    Thank you

    Ozzy

    HI Ozzy and welcome ~

The thing of the Illustrator is that there are usually several ways to get the same results. And it's a good thing

I write one way, you can try it, but there are others. Maybe drawing with the pen tool will be your best bet, but you can also try this. When you use the free transform tool, hold Cmd-Opt-shift by dragging the bounding box to get the perspective transformation.

    I hope this helps!
