  I have recently reinstall my Win XP and found that the cumulative update takes less time to complete. I really appreciate the ability of this new software that is capable of downloading the update up to 120 at the same trial. It also requires fewer to reboot the PC to complete the remaining update.

  I hope that the methodology can be applied to all windows.

  I suggest you to completely remove Norton of the system using Norton Removal Tool and check if the problem persists.

  Maybe it's that your computer is affected by virus and malware. I suggest you run an online anti-virus scan and a scan for Malware. See the links below.

  Go back to the BIOS and the BIOS to its default values and restart.  See if get you your audio files.

  Try reinstalling the audio driver, if it does not work.

  Try a hard reset of the laptop.

  I have solved this problem in line with someone, i.e. first stop the service update of Windows, and then delete all the files in "C: Windows/.../Softwaredictribtion/datestore", finally restart the update of Windows. Now it's working.

• Muse 2015.1.1 - Contact forms now broken

  I have been using the widget of contact forms without problem on Muse sites for more than a year. I applied the most recent update of Muse CC (2015) on March 1. Make a few mods text the content of a site earlier today; downloaded mods on my server and got the following error message:

  "Failed to connect to a PHP file. Failed to check if the web server supports PHP required by forms of the Muse. Make sure that the URL of the site is entered in the FTP download dialog box is correct. »

  Until it has been updated using the 2015.1.1 Muse, there is no problem with the contact form on the site of the Muse.

  The release notes for Muse 2015.1.1 mention that the latest version contains a fix for the following problem:

  ""An error occurred on the server"message when presentation contact forms on a site that has PHP 5.4 version installed on the server.

  It is however precisely the error message received when sending the form is attempted.

  My (Linux/cPanel) server is running PHP and it does not work properly - there are other sites (both Muse and non-Muse) on this server that are still working. So here are my questions:

  1. What is the minimum PHP version required by the 2015.1.1 Muse? (Please, no alternate responses making reference to other positions - just the version number)
  2. Which, if any, additional services of PHP must be enabled for Muse 2015.1.1?

  A suggestion to Adobe; It would be useful if the details of the requirements for the servers hosting the sites of Muse have been published and accessible.

  Did some research on this and found that by editing form_process.php and comment out lines 15 & 16 (see example below), the problem is resolved.

  Maybe it's the built-in Firefox homepage? On this page, the address bar does not show an address, just the phrase search for or type the address. Although the page displays a related Google search box, it is not a page of Google.

  If you go to the Google home page and it has the controls you want, you can make as your homepage. These articles have more information on the way in which:

  • How to set the home page

  If this does not work or does not stick, you may have an add-on or an external program which is the substitution of your preference. Please post back for more on this.

(1) type in the search "topic: config ' and click 'ok' when warning is displayed; (type 2) to the research "browsers.search.selectedEngine" 3) now right-click on "browers.search.selectedEngine" and choose in the menu 'new' and now, choose "string" and just write 'Google' and click on 'ok '. She and your done. Now I have my trusty Google back as well as you. I was a little afraid at the beginning because I know if I make a mistake I would have maybe reinstall Firefox but everything worked very well and is very easy to do. Just make sure that you re - check before you click on 'ok '.
