Mouse lag wireless

Hi, I am using the microsoft 4000 wireless mobile mouse. The left button of the mouse seems to have a lag of 2 seconds press the button to perform the function of the button. In this case, the button on the left side has been to minimize a window. When the function do sometimes he minimizes the current page instead of the page that I pressed the button. That is to say. I press the side button minimizing my browser chrome and alter-tab straight to another page as a folder. The record would be then minimized after the 2 seconds of delay.

  • Spectrum x 360-13-4003dx: mouse Lag!

So, I use my laptop anchored much and I keep getting a HUGE mouse lag when you run a program or the two (e.g. MS Word and Firefox). I tried using my dock usb 3.0 docking or just plug my monitor via HDMI so I think that I removed the USB key as a possible limitation facor here. Doesn't this sound like the laptop suffers from problems of load, or simply bad MS drivers for my mouse (FYI it's a MS mouse).

OK, so I called HP customer care today and the phone said to go online and create a ticket. So I went online to create a ticket, and he told me that my ONLY option was to call. It was 10 minutes of lost...

So I called again and talked to a woman who has been kind enough and understood my problem. After booting into recovery mode and play in the menus that we seemed to be sure that the equipment works fine as I had no lag in these menus, so it must be a software problem. Because I have all the Windows updates and all updates via the HP Support Assistant installed, the only option that I was with was to factory reset my computer. Obviously I did that, I didn't lose my files.

So, I paid a private company in the region. $100 and three minutes later, I uninstalled the Synaptics drivers and everything works.

I am happy that my computer is works better, I love the computer, but quite upset that HP is unable to provide support for their own equipment and I had to go elsewhere for this support.

My right button of mouse wireless intellimouse (2.0) began not working not properly. It will not immediately show drop in excel. Sometimes, it will be after the number of clicks. What is the problem? Help, please!

    Hello

1 did you change on your computer?

    2. not this problem only occurs with excel or another application?

    3. do you have a third-party mouse software installed?

    Step 1:

If you have any other software mouse that is installed, such as the Logitech software or touchpad, this software can conflict with the IntelliMouse. To uninstall the software that may conflict, follow these steps:

    a. open programs and features item in Control Panel. To do this, click the Start button, type "appwiz.cpl" in the search box and press ENTER.
    b. follow the instructions to remove the software, and then restart the computer.

    Step 2:

Update the drivers by visiting this website and check if that helps.

  • ARC mouse and wireless keyboard to stopped working after update

On Tuesday, my keyboard Microsoft's ARC mouse and wireless are busy to my desktop HP running Windows 7 Ultimate.  Since then, there has been a number of updates installed and the ARC keyboard and mouse are no longer works.  I got out my old clumsy Laser Keyboard 6000 and plugged in and it does not work this is how I write this.  But enter the Device Manager or the installed Microsoft keyboard application does not show the ARC keyboard or a mouse as even installed.  I plan to do a system restore, but I probably need security updates installed on 4/14.  Ideas?

    UPDATE:

Thanks for the suggestions.  I would have thought than to simply unplug it disconnected and reconnected the cause would detect automatic to reinstall drivers, as suggested by @cookie7746 - but it was not detecting the keyboard and the mouse at all, even at the start of the system when only the BIOS is running.  Who told me I could have a hardware issue not only a software driver problem.  I followed him there down to a faulty USB Extender.  Not related to the software, but a hardware problem.  When I replaced the USB Extender that the connections for the mouse and keyboard of the CRA is well connected, everything works.

So suggestion for those who encounter it: try restarting and during switching on, press the function keys that you use to enter the BIOS settings screen - it is usually CTRL/A or F10 or something - it will usually tell you in a message is displayed briefly that you start.  If it works, you know that you have a good physical connection and the problem is a Windows driver issue.  If this does not work, the problem is not with Windows - it's a hardware connection problem that can be caused by low batteries or dead in the camera (I had this happen to me) or something with USB connections.  Best suggestion at this point is to start eliminating things (like me) by unplugging it the USB Extender, I had these connected directly to USB ports on the computer.  With this process of elimination, you should be able to narrow down the problem.  Good luck!

    Hi Rose,

The problem occurs on specific applications?

This can be for one of the following reasons:

  • Bluetooth mouse lag when Bluetooth keyboard is connected

    Hello

I recently bought a Lenovo Thinkpad with windows 8, and I noticed a really annoying problem. I have a Bluetooth mouse and a bluetooth keyboard and my keyboard works fine, but when my Bluetooth keyboard is connected, my Bluetooth mouse is REALLY bad. If the keyboard is off then the mouse works great, only it messes up if the two are connected at the same time.

I have seen several discussions on the Bluetooth mouse problems when playing games or transfer of data, but mine does all the time if I have my keyboard connected at the same time.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Hello

Your main concern maybe the mouse, but I'd be worried that all of the computer is about to fail. The hard disk should not make any noise and should not be excessive heat, or the slow loading of applications. Frankly, this looks like a pending hard drive failure.

Not exactly the answer you wanted, but its my best advice. Back up your data and programs and seek to replace your hard drive. At the very least, I would have the computer checked out by a good reputation for service Tech. Sorry, but this seems to be hardware problems and not software problems, we are dealing with here.

Let me know if this helps you.
