  In some cases its possible to upgrade the processor, but you will need to check which processors are supported by Mobile Intel HM55 Express Chipset
  But even if the chipset would be favourable to a new processor, there would be still pending regarding BIOS support.
  However, this upgrade took isn t supported by any laptop manufacturer, and I guess that its your own risk by doing this.

• Question about rendering

  Using Premiere Pro CC 2014 and export to Adobe Media Encoder.  I need to make the project (main sequence) before exporting it or either make it run automatically (do not have the box 'use previews' ticked) by encoder?

  No need to make first of all... they are two totally different things.

  Rendering of a sequence... creates an appropriate image barely clips of (usually) a codec of low grade replacement. NOT something that you would use at all unless you were doing a pretty bad quality export. It has been designed to use the resources of the computer bit as long as it is possible to get through a short segment of a sequence which, because of the effects used, slows down the reading.

  Export... usually to produce a 'final' result of high quality, using a codec with a greater capacity for delivery.

  The only cases where having the box 'use previews' ticked even applies or is useful... is essentially if you use say DPX or any other high range format when editing and said PrPro to use this format for makes. I saw some people insist that it is or should be otherwise... anything... but the reality is it is not appropriate for most users most of the time.

  I want to compose short transitions (45 seconds) in the 3D graphics incorporating AE CS6 and also a short introduction (30 seconds) containing extracts videos streaming gathered in a 3d space as well.

  My goal will be ulitmately on Blu - Ray and I need of excellent quality.  I have zero concern about the amount of time it takes to make; I seek only to the ultimate video quality in my product to be delivered.

  My NLE's Premiere Pro CS6.  I work with a few nice Canon 5 d images on a MacPro 2008 Tower.  Only, I photograph the next day it's raining so I can still get blank photos.

  What is the best workflow possible for me, given that my are based on images AE and PrPro and Canon 5 d and .mov files?

  Earlier, Rick suggested export to PNG, QT compressed format.  But I don't see that in my rendering options, even if the Lossless option at the top seems certainly attractive.  Can PrPro read this type of export?

  Am I condemned vaguely average quality on Blu - Ray, or - is it possible to have a really nice 'wow' factor with this workflow?

  I'll buy a new encoder X.264 when Apple was released this month.

  I finally have a solution for this. It turns out actually be much more complicated than it should be. The solution below is very technical but should work in the general case.

  How to hide screens in the review screen of data that have not been displayed during the interview?

  The Solution

  1. Create an attribute of the screen for each screen. You can do this in OPM by editing screen and press the button 'Create' in the attribute 'screen '.
  2. Change the DataReviewControl.vm template and add the following:

  This code of speed takes a complicated (but as far I could tell necessary) route to extract the value of the attribute of the screen for each screen. If the value of the attribute is true, the form has been posted. However, if the screen is not displayed, the value is null (unknown).

  The $display attribute starts as true, so I'm each screen by default, it is set to false only if the screen has a screen attribute and the value of the attributes is not true.

  The actual display of the screen is encapsulated by a:

• What should I do if a hacker put hand on my computer?

  I used only 43GB out of the 186 GB hard drive in my computer.  About 3 weeks, I received messages that Windows my swap file was not big enough and that Windows has developed it.  Then I noticed that my C drive icon was red with less than 1 GB of disk space left. Disk space went down to as low as KB.

  I contacted Sony esupport on 12/14 by CAT for assistance.  4 four technicians OMNITECH rendered service on my computer with remote access.  After that the 2nd technician solved the problem, the 3rd technician (who belonged to the optimization team) had on my computer to optimize it.  This 3rd technician worked on the bottom. I couldn't really see what he was doing.  He didn't connect with me in the chat window.  I asked him a few questions, but he did not bother to answer.  In fact, I didn't even not that it has already been done to optimize my computer until I found his note on the desktop, after I minimized the window screen, I was watching. It was almost 03:00 in the morning.

  When I tried to access the internet the next day morning, I couldn't connect.  I called the OMNITECH for support 800 number.  Initially, they wanted to charge again an additional $99.98. They claimed that my call is to another computer problem - Internet, when was the first available disk space.  The 4th technician finally started working on my computer.  He did a lot of things on my computer to fix it.  He downloaded Adobe Flash Player, when he worked under the administrator user, but he did the same for the standard user.  When I am under the standard user logon and click on a video, the video will not run. A message saying I need to download Adobe Flash Player popup. I downloaded and installed Adobe Flash Player several times, but I kept getting the same problem-videos will not play.

  Either way, I received a survey by OMNITECH e-mail on the service provided. I told them the incident I mentioned above and gave them a score of 8. I wonder if the comments I did OMNITECH offense, but a few hours after I answered the survey, I started to notice unusual things on my computer.

I heard it suggested to use RAID 0 for a fixed return for 8 or 12 GB file, cache of media, previews and rendering files. And this same person suggested a single drive for the media. Four questions: 1: when I play back, say, a split quad in real-time with the MEP, am I not taxing media player for most of flow? RAID 0 is imposed at all, being that I do not use rendered files? 2 when reading a timeline made, is not the layer essentially a stream of data, since all the layers are made to one, so I think this might be the only drive...  3. What is the difference between previews and rendering files? I always thought they were synonymous.  4. What is media cache and what is requirements such as I/O? Should it get its own player or can she shared with another stream of data? Please note that when I say "I think that" it is ignorance that makes me think this way and that's why I'm asking someone who clearly understands the data stream.   Start with the fact that sequential reading is the fastest method of getting data on a disk. Random writing is the slowest to get data on a disk, with sequential write then.

  When rendering a chronology, with lots of small files, this difinitely is written, but in some cases may be closer to randiom written, only sequential, depending on the length of transitions and effects.

  During the purification through a chronology, it is read once according to the length of yellow or green areas in the chronology is a sequential read for yellow and can approach random playback for melted areas.

  Each situation must be considered in relation to the number of available disks and the planned RAID. With a raid0 of two discs, the risk of data loss is twice higher than a single disk. What data do not really count, is that they lost, well, that is data that are easily re-created, as the file exchange and rendered files, so it is perfect feeling, due to the nature of access to these data in a stream of edition and an aspect of security, use them on a raid0.

  Multimedia files, including with tapeless processes, would often disastrous to lose. In a workflow tapebased may resume, but not in a tapeless workflow, so data security is much more important and must for that reason alone not endangered on a raid0.

  If there are a limited number of records, let's say only 3, outside the OS disc, often even better is no raid at all, but use them as a single Disk. The situation changes when you have, say 5 discs. Then a 5 drive raid5 may be the more attractive option.

  See my response makes you referring, in the light of your question, ask which of the two options was the best!

  Preview/render was used because some people speak only files render, others on the preview files, but they are one and the same.

  I realize that my disk configuration is rather rare, but this is my setup:

  C: OS and programs, Velociraptor

  D: Pagefile, temporary files, cache of media, various, 2 x 1 TB raid0

  E: projects, media, make files, 12 x 1 TB raid30

  A: Stock images and audio, 1 TB

  B: exports, 1 TB

  Hope this explains a bit and no problem to ask.

  I am running OSX 10.8.5.  The system keeps inviting them to upgrade to the latest version of Mac OS x.  I did not because I don't know if there is any application, broken by the latest version of Mac OS x.

  Recently, I was on a site that wanted a new version of safari.

  Four questions:

  1. is there a way to get a new version of safari to run on the system?  I do not suspect.

  2. is there a list of applications that need to get updated if I upgrade to the latest version of Mac OS x?

  3. is there a way to delete the upgrade if it cause problems?  I was thinking:

  I am running OSX 10.8.5.  When I use my mac, I continue to offered chance to upgrade to the latest version of Mac OS x.  I have not updated.  My computer works fine, and I fear that an OSX update would break applications.  I have a session 10.9 I want to attend which requires OS x 10.9.  Four questions:

  1. is my misplaced concern, and the last OSX does not break applications?

  I think this is going to be a difficult discussion.

  Unibody MacBook Pro 2009. Original Apple HDD with Yosemite 10.10.5.

  Two months ago, that my HARD disk is dead.

  I installed a new SATA II Toshiba 1 TB HARD drive and through the recovery of TM all went well.

  A couple of weeks, my 'new' SATA II Toshiba 1 TB HDD started to scratch a little (I mean literally zero while reading/writing), so I thought he would die soon again. This time, I decided to buy an SSD in order to have better performance and superior durability.

  So I bought a Toshiba 248 Gb SSD. I'm not a big fan of Toshiba, but where I live, it's the SSD only I found in the store.

  I removed the old HDD, I installed the new SSD and where my nightmare starts.

  First of all, I tried with a new Installation of USB from Yosemite. I followed all the passages and the installation completed in about 9 days. Yes you read that right: 9 days. The progress bar runs for 9 DAYS.

  At the beginning I obviously interrupted the first couple of facilities when the progress bar was like "12 minutes at the end" for three or four hours, but then I read in many articles and support threads that it is quite usual installation seeks stuck for hours or days, but if you open the log console computer is always something. So I gave him his time and the third or the fourth installation I waited my NINE DAYS to be finished.

  Then when the installation ended the restarted mac of himself and is stuck at the loading screen with his beautiful Apple and the progress bar frozen at about 50%.

  So I reboot on CMD + R to get a clue, if I got in trouble on the SSD or what. I run disk utility and found that on my SSD were about 290,000 files and many files as the Yosemite was finally installed. I tried to check the permissions, but it says less than a minute and then got stuck at halfway to complete 15 minutes, so I stopped it.

  After that I think 4 or 5 attempts to start new fresh install on my Yosemite and clean, I reset the SSD erase decided to start all over again.

  I died a little inside while doing it. Same as the erasure was so f * king quick to finish! (about 50 seconds, sonofa 'byte').

  Then I tried to not reinstall Yosemite again (the nightmare of 9 DAYS still has me) but I have tried a new way: recovery of TM.

  Just to say my original TM backup was about 340 GB and my new SSD is 248 only while it was quite clear he wasn't.

  I connect my external TM drive to another computer and I worked the ' delete all backups of * file * ' to get a smaller backup TM.

  Now, I moved a lot of things outside the TM backup and the new dimension of the TM backup is about 90 GB (I want to say that the whole folder backups.backup is about 90 GB), in fact I moved the other stuff was also inside the external Western Digital drive and is now free space Go 910 (, hence the content of the WD is just the TM backup folder this weight about 90 GB), but I still have the 'this drive doesn't have enough space to restore your system.', it's totally A LIE.

  Never mind. I accepted the idea that sometimes even computers are ashamed of themselves and begin to tell lies. I can handle. There was a holy man in the history without any sin. So, ok, no problem. I'm not upset or anything. I can get over it (mf you little liar!).

  Think of manually restore the files that I needed once I have a BONE in my new SSD, I used the same external disk to create a new backup from another computer, my Mac Mini TM. Everything went well and I got a new Mac Mini TM backup about 60 GB (it's much less than 248 GB of my new SSD).

  I reboot the Macbook again to try to restore the backup, Time Machine of Mac Mini and everything seems to work, except for:

  -progress initially said about 650 hours needed to complete the restoration ago.

  -I went to sleep and let the machine itself working together on the restoration and when I woke up this morning I found that the rest of the time was "fair" 52 hours.

  -J' was a little happy to see this, until the Rainbow rolling ball appears. Everything got stuck again. I force shutdown and then try to restore it.

  Now it works again and the remaining time is close hours 672 (and growing). I'll give it another chance. We'll see.

  Now, I have four questions to ask you:

  1. you have an idea (with the exception of a curse or a matter of black magic) WHY all this happened? And of course if there is something wrong and I can work to fix it otherwise?

  2 are there special settings to enable/disable/configuration/whatever to create works faster still to understand that it doesn't properly before discovering this NINE DAYS or 672 HOURS right now?

  3. when we agreed that something like that was acceptable? I used to be a project leader in the world of ICT and in 20 years I NEVER, I say NEVER, released a product/app/site Internet/solution that considers that an option taken 9 DAYS to install or something like that. NEVER. Do not forget that we are talking about Apple and an operating system. I think Windows is laughingly taking revenge.

  4. do you think that for me it is time to let Apple and go back WIN + PC?   This is a fairly long post. What I would say is:

  1. the next time get a hard drive from a company with a good reputation like Samsung (best SSD ever, I have several internal parts and a laptop EVO). I get them shipped.

  2. as you use the Mini, the recovery partition allows you to install a new copy of Mac OS X, and then use the Migration Wizard to move your stuff.

Im going 7 days now... it's crazy how much you spend one * password. He sends a link for the reset to a random email account and I can't fill out the form well enough for access... Please HELP!
