I tried to solve a problem and help them answers do not seem to match what I 3.6.8 as help > about Mozilla, there is no update tab, etc.. I have a view that says that I need Foxfire 25? and I see the 12 version called, but where I get it? I have Win7 64 bit OS.

Hello, firefox 27.0.1 is the last version available - you should always use the latest version of stay in place on the web. You can download firefox here: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/

Since you seem to have adware addons in your profile, you can also try this after the update:

  1. Reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)
  2. run a full scan of your system with security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to ensure that adware is not present in other parts of your system as well.

I was always able to delete cookies in Firefox. With the latest version, I don't see a delete button or move the slider to display a button Delete. How to delete cookies without a button actually remove visible?

How do you remove usually cookies? In the Firefox Cookies dialog box, there are two buttons at the bottom: all delete and delete the selection. If you're used to a button Delete, it could be that you used an add-on to delete cookies.

You can access the dialog box Cookies for the current site using the Page Info dialog box. Either:

    • Right click and select View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".
    • (menu bar) Tools > Page Info > Security > 'view the Cookies '.
    • Click on the globe or padlock icon in the address bar > additional information > "View Cookies".

In the dialog that opens, the site current is automatically entered in the top search box, so you can delete cookies from the site individually. If you want to see all THE cookies, you can disable this dialog.

  • I get a pop up recommending update to Firefox version 10.0.1 - because of a problem 'secruity and stability. "highly recommended" How trustworthy is it and how can I be sure that it is, in fact, of Foxfire?

By the message I should update "ASAP" - this 'emergency' to do if you think is suspicious, that is why I ask this question before taking action.

The current version is Firefox 10.0.1; you have Firefox 9.0.1.

You can get the incremental update in the following way in Firefox: help > about Firefox > check updates

You can download the full installer, save it to your desktop, to the release of Firefox (Firefox button > exit or file > exit), then click/double click the installer that you just downloaded to update the version on your hard drive. This assumes that you have a version installed in the default location on your hard drive only and did not do a "Custom" installation to another location on your hard drive.

From what I've read other posts on this forum, the question may
be caused by the settings to erase history.

    Press < Alt > or < F10 > to display the toolbar.
Then Tools > Options > privacy.
The button next to the historic, select use custom settings.

At the bottom of the page, turn clear history when Firefox closes.
At the extreme right, press the settings button. Activate ONLY the Cache and
Form history and search for without touching the others turned off.

This is not a cure but will make it easier if Firefox crashes.

  • Once I downloaded the new version of Adobe Flash Player 11.3.300.262, I can not play games with my friends on Yahoo Messenger.

It could be a coincidence, but when I upgraded to the latest version of Adobe Flash Player 11.3.300.262 I can not play games with my friends on Yahoo Messenger. I know that when I've updated for a reason that I had to try 3 times before it took. It shows that it is updated. I wonder if I have to uninstall and reinstall. Also, I never use Internet Explorer 8 but when I went there to check I found a plug check link there and it showed over there that Adobe Flash Player necessary update but it was an older version and not a Foxfire had updated me too. Now I'm really confused if it causes a problem. I've never had to control Internet Explorer for plug-ins before. Have always just updated to Foxfire since that's what I use. Adobe Flash Player seems to play videos OK not really sure if this is the issue or not. My Java plug-ins have been very well and have been updated some time there, so I know it's not that. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

    Hey again,
After hours of reading and checking to make sure I had good things enabled, I did, I gave up and uninstalled the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, they gave me and re-installed and later I had my friend get on Messenger and we tried games and it worked this time.
For some strange reason when I updated it took me 3 tries before it took. So even if he told me that it has been installed, apparently it wasn't really. Just goes to show you that you can not trust what you see.
What has really scratching my head was I went to Internet Explorer 8, which I never use more and discovered you can now get Mozilla plug in slip out there and when I did showed that same Adobe Flash Player is outdated but it was to a different version. Not knowing if it would help, I installed a new too and he said it was his understanding that it does not. So I guess you can have 1 version installed on the computer 1 despite 2 browsers different different versions. It becomes too complicated for me. Laughing out loud!
I work with computers all the time at work but not the technical stuff. If it's something simple, I can guess through it to help someone but it's my first personal computer for me and is a former first, so I got experience using different types. We use the desk at work as well. Personally, I like computers laptops for various reasons. And the mention of people many browsers go way over my head.
Please answer this question though and you answer back.

  • Is there a version 7 of Firefox and when it comes out?

I get e-mails other than Mozilla, which indicate a Foxfire 7 version is available. However, after reading some of the comments on the Mozilla site, I wonder about the reliability of the new version, or if the information is correct. Foxfire is my browser favorite (after having to start using Windows 7), I wouldn't screw up what works with a version not tested the program. I don't want a beta version - I want only the versions with fatal bugs all worked so I have no major interruptions in my computer and the internet.

Yes, the current version is 7.0.1 to fix a bug in Firefox 7.0

  • Upgrade to version 4.0 beta, should I completely remove Firefox 3.6 now?

I just upgraded to firefox 4.0 beta but I see that firefox 3.6 is still on my machine. Several of my modules will not work with it. The Aardvark, Adblock Plus, Tracker gains eHow, Microsoft .NET and WOT, all are incompatible with version 4.0 beta. But when I try to reopen the old format, that it is only as the foxfire 4.0 beta. How can I change back to my modules will work or should I keep just the version 4.0 beta and it is possible to work with it? Thank you

Firefox 4.0 beta 1 is a version of 'Tester' for what will become the next major release of Firefox - in like 5 or 6 months. You should not use it at all unless you want to 'test' and report problems that you found.

    Uninstall it and use 3.6.8.

  • Impossible to install the latest version of Flash Player for FF in my Vista system

Something really weird just happened.  I found that Foxfire had disabled my Flash drive 19,

declaring that it was obsolete and dangerous.

I went to the Adobe site and downloaded the installation to the latest version, the name of the file

is flashplayer20_a_install.exe with a file size of 1,163 MB.

But when I double-click the file, nothing happens.  I expect to have the popup with the

query to run the file, but I got nothing.  I opened the Windows Task Manager and saw no.

registration in the tab "Applications" of the installation routine, which means that it does not work.

I thought that maybe the presence of FP19 could be a problem, so I uninstalled.  Could still

do not run the installation of FP20.  So I deleted the installer downloaded from another Web site.

and this program was called flashplayer20_ha_install.exe.  Before running it, I restarted my

computer to reset everything.  I double-clicked it and still nothing.

Rummaging in my downloads folder, I found an old Installer for public Service 16.  I clicked on

on the subject and was able to install Flash Player 16.  Moreover, the size of the file for this install program

has been 17.7 MB, which is 17 times larger than installers for FP20.  With FP16 still

Currently, I again tried to install FP20 with futile results.

So that these courses install programs seem suspicious.  Can anyone shed some light on what's going on?

If adobe uses installers of heel, which means that it is a small program that goes out and gets the program. The reason for this is the download page; This page contains an option McAfee Installer, this is the reason for which they use the heels in this way, it allows them to combine this extra bloatware.

There are a few options for you to do:

    (1) perform a manual uninstall completely and re-install the kind of pain.

    (2) a clean install, if things do not seem to work, even more pain.

    (3) use a scripted uninstall, clean and re-install

To uninstall, you get the file to uninstall here:

    http://download.Macromedia.com/Get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe

Right click and run as administrator

You must then two files 1 is for Internet Explore flash and one for your Firefox Flash Player

Right click and run as administrator

If these files do not run for some reason, try a reboot and run, if they don't work out even while you might have a problem with your system, Antivirus preventing you, or a piece of malware or viruses.

IF the manual installation does not try to go here: Adobe Flash update - version /BAT browse at SourceForge.net

Download the downloadFlash_XPandUP.cmd file. (you can right-click and change to display the content.) Basically, this file will be doing the uninstall and clean install of your versions of plash player for you. Again, do a right click and run as administrator.

Judging by the fact that you were able to install the older flash player; who is installing real reall not the heel seems to indicate something blocks the execution of the stub programs.

I hope that gives you some advice

    Best regards

  • Message saying that I need a newer version

Then I open Dreamweaver and proceeded to install my new navigation bar on my Web site. Once I downloaded and then went to my site on Foxfire, google chrome, my mobile and they all kept saying to them that I need a new version of Adobe flash to use. I have repeatly insalled the player he said I needed but he continually did not work. Need help

Just a guess - why do you use "12.0.0.0" version? Try to 11.3.0.0

  • Cannot move Mac OS BETA to final version

I am currently Mac OS version BETA Sierra 10.12.1 Beta (16B2338c)

I downloaded the final version of macOS Sierra on the app store and attempted to install in addition to the BETA version.

    The error I get is:

"Impossible to pass this version of macOS because a newer version is installed."

Which I don't think it is unless the beta continued after launch. If yes how to install the version on it.

It is a late-2011 macbook pro, but I doubt it makes a difference.

    Thank you

    Ash

The beta version is interrupted, and there apparently on your Mac because it is 10.12.1.

No matter when you want to go to a previous version of the OS, you need to wipe the drive and reinstall. It's not a way to install on a later operating system.

  • How can I download new version of iwork

I need help downloading the new version of iwork with enforcement pages

Downloading applications is done via the Mac App Store. New versions of iWork applications require Sierra, this is why you must first update your operating system to Sierra if you have not already done so. Upgrade to sierra is also done via the Mac App Store.

Thus, it would be useful to know what version of Mac OS X you are using and what version of Pages that you use.
