Frame size

How can I change the size of the frame? I want the gradient where the frame size is really small, IE for example. 72 dpi/inch.

In other words, the midtones will be large and sparse.

Are you confused with LPI PPI?

To convert an image into one with a line screen effect, use the filter (with an open image):

Filter > Pixelate > color halftone.

    I want to crop 30px from the bottom of a 576 x 352 movie. If only I could drag a marquee selection autour with a crop tool and save it would be perfect.

    All that I know to do is create a new sequence with the new frame size 576 x 322, then copy the old film in it. I have create a new sequence of Custom, and PP dialog box shows that it has the desired size (scrn bottom CAP), but it isn't... its actually much smaller and the most cultivated in all parts. When I copy in the 576 x 352 images in to the new sequence, the image size is not yet near. What I am doing wrong?

    The spacing in pixels between these two screens do not match... are the pixels of your film footage square pixels, or more narrow les.909? Make sure your settings to completely sequence corresponding to the size of the image file - and all other things except to change the dimension of height. So remember to slide images of this sequence, using 'set to the size of the image' and see if it works better.

  • First Elements 9 - output video does not not in the source frame size

    I am using first Elements 9. My source of the layer film is 1080i 1920 x 1080. During the edition I have no problems at all, all lines upward. The video is 38 minutes. I use the SHARING option and the subset of the COMPUTER, with a custom preset to export for a bandwidth limited distribution of data (< 800 Kbps). The end result is a 38 minutes long video that's a little more than 150MB in size. He reads very well, quality is what I expected it to be for this size, but here's the question...

    There are 2 black vertical stripes on the right and left edges of playback. The original video is very good, these bands are actually add on. The edition size of the image and the export frame size is 640 x 360, which I believe is close to the default size of youtube. It feels like the exported video allows more like 720 x 360, and to compensate for this loss of space, it makes the area on the left and right of the video, that when editing, has been hidden. So what we get is this "behind the scenes" areas where I can see titles fly in and out that normally you shouldn't see, etc..

    In addition, some images were objects that are part of the schedule, shifted to the right or left by almost 100px.

    That's where I'm looking for any help / suggestions you have.

    Thank you

    To make sure that I'm following correctly, you are importing 1920 x 1080 videos with square pixels, BY - 1.0, in a 640 x 360 project, with a NORMAL non-recognition. Is this correct?

    The edition size of the image and the export frame size is 640 x 360, which I believe is close to the default size of youtube.

    How you handle the HD less than SD down-rezzing?

    Whence the image size of 640 x 360?

    Maybe I'm just confused, and something happens?

  • First 7.0 problem of frame size!

    Hello anyone who might be able to help.

    AM in a jam with Adobe Premiere Pro (7.0)

    I'm changing my frame size, normally it should be simple. But if you look at this photo I took

    http://i120.Photobucket.com/albums/O174/littlesirecco/001%20Non%20Bordelle%20de%20Dieu/Grr rr.jpg

    You will see that the frame size box is not editable. Makes me crazy, any clues gratefully received!

    Thanks for your time.

    You cannot change the framesize.

    You will need to make a new project.

  • Frame size variances in the project settings?

    Hi guys

    I have new information and some comments on my problems with get output full screen.

    I looked through all the parameters of the project, and I noticed that those that I tried to use...

    HD 1080i (60i) and HDV 1080i 30 say that the output is at a16 ratio 9 and have an image size of 1440 by 1080i.

    It's the size of the image or the ratio, I continued to try to import.

    Eventually, I realized that this isn't an image size that is proportional to the image report it lists.

    16 by 9 would be really proportional to 1 440 x 810.

    The 1 440 x 1080 video I import using one of these, exports not full screen even if it exported the same size, what about, i.e.1440 in and 1440 out.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------

    So, I looked through the project setting for a selection where the ratio indicated and the size of the frame matched.

    I found HDV 720p30.

    16 by 9 to a 1280 by 720 size.

    It would be a size easy for my work in.

    So I did a video on that size then it loaded in PE8 and it travels very well.

    Fullscreen without border. In fact it comes out full screen no matter what size I export it.

    When I exported the same video to 1600 by 900 it exported full-screen and went well.

    Then I went back and loaded the same 1280 x 720 video in 30 parameters of the HDV 1080i.

    It was also released in mode full-screen borderless.

    So the problem is that, as far as I can see the selection screen is wrong about the size of frame for the two HD 1080i and HDV 1080isettings.

    Really need to charge something to 1600 by 900 or proportional to.

    And like many I can find there is no setting that supports something else of the wide screen with the exception of the Standard 48 kHz settings.

    It seems that if you want to go to an image format widescreen 720 x 480 is the only option.

    Now I have to decide if I want to do future widescreen or are living with restrictions on the size of the image.

    I do not change horses in the middle of the stream so I can just stick with the smallest size for videos of Lucy but I'll do the other projects on the big screen.

    Thanks again for all the help.

    Mike

    Mike,

    As Steve, the two quantities are practically the same, with one exception: the IRON (pixel format). With 1920 x 1080, the format uses square, with a NORMAL pixels = 1.0. The 1440 x 1080 uses non-square pixels, with a NORMAL = 1.3333, so that they are larger, they are tal by a factor of 1/3.

    If you multiply 1440 x 1.3333, you will get very, very close to 1920.

    I don't know any standard video format, which is 1440 x 1080, but with square pixels, i.e. NORMAL = 1.0. It could be one, but it is not a standard, I know.

    When working in an animation, video screen-cap program or CAD program, it is very likely that they will work with square pixels, so that what they see on their computer screens, will be accurate, and the computer uses pixels square, where equal = 1.0.

    With HD material, I think that the only format using non square pixels is 1440 x 1080 anamorphic, detailed above. It is a bit of a hybrid, as non square pixels are gradually almost everywhere, from computer to HD TV screens.

    The use of non square pixels goes, as this was how things were designed for decades with the CRT, in NTSC and PAL televisions. Everything was then back 4:3 and 16:9 didn't talk, until right at the end of the CRT (they do not disappear completely, but probably soon). Then, set the 16:9 720 x 480 (NTSC) hit the HAND of basically of 0.9 to 1.2. The time that the SD widescreen has begun to take, the world began to go to the HD. As long as one makes a SD output, say DVD-videos, non square pixels will be with us. When the output formats are past, so I think that the 1440 x 1080 will also go the way of the dodo, and we're going to be standardized on square pixels. So, if we could only NTSC and PAL in order to, with respect to the FPS...

    Hope that helps,

  • Pop without auto frame size for gall

    Hi, I created a very simple gallery.

    I currently have a section of a page that has a table in it, each cell has a thumbnail in it. All I am after is put in service or using some sort of script that I can easily add links to these vignettes that open the corresponding larger images in a framless window.

    Also, with these images being varied in size, I want frameless popup window resize automatically to fit the image.

    That's what I tried, however it is a little drag copy and paste in it for each image and then adding the correct root path, as it specifies the dimensions that are too varied to change each time:

    JavaScript:myWindow = Window.Open ('maytour.htm ',' _blank ',' height = 450, width is 745, toolbar = 0, loc ation = 0, directories = 0, status = 0, menubar = 0, scrollbars = 0, resizable = 0'); myWindow.focus (); void (0); »

    I have and still am rooting of the web for the answer, if anyone can direct me to or give me the answer that would be great.

  • Exported mp4 or flv was much smaller than the original frame size

    Don't know if I started the project in the wrong way, or if I do something wrong when I export.

    My file is a mp4 fps 29,87 Hz 44 100, 16-bit stereo.

    480 x 360

    When I export to flv or mp4, the image is the size of a postage stamp, a huge black border.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I've had enough of export and flv.

    Martin

    P.S. I would size exported to about 390 x 214 or something a little less than 400 wide.

    Michael,

    When I went to export the original showed to 720 x 480 when he does it is 480 x 360, and I don't know why that is.

    I have been unable to enter in 480 x 360 opening custom predefined because it was "grey".

    The problem here is that you have chosen a DV Preset sequence/project. There is no possibility to customize these settings. Instead, you must choose the preset of office, and then the attributes won't be grey, but adjustable. The name 'Office' is not the ultimate and I would have named it "Custom", instead, but that's just me.

    Once you have set up the project / the sequence on the desktop and customize the size of the image, many questions will disappear.

    Good luck

  • Scale to size of frame with PE8 problems

    I just got a new Sony HDR-XR500V camcorder.  When I render videos in wmv or mpeg format PE8 (using the source of this new camcorder videos), that I will meet one of the two situations.  If I check "Scale image size", then I end up only video that has a large border (on all four sides) - which means that it occupies only a part of the media player screen.  If I uncheck "Scale to frame size" and then I find myself with the video that is seriously cropped on the four sizes - so miss me a large part of the image (but at least until the whole medai player screen).  Is there another setting where I can get it to fill the entire space but not to crop the video?

    Your camcorder is a camcorder AVCHD. You must make sure that when you start a new project in Premiere Elements, you select the AVCHD 5.1 audio project preset.

    If you choose the correct project preset, scale to the size of the image is irrelevant.

  • Help reduce the size of the file

    It is an easy question. I give you something to a customer they can publish online. I want to maintain the quality. It's an hour long and I exported to a .mp4 file but it was released as 1.44 GB which seems huge.

    My settings were: H.264 - data rate 2500 - Image - Custom - 854 x 480 - Frame rate 29.97 - Key Frame - size automatic then audio at 320.

    If I decline to 2000 will still get quality at a smaller size? That will lower it so much?

    The compression is as much art as science.  The only way to know is to do and see. I don't think he'll lower quality overpriced, but worth it.

    Now... 1.44 GB as huge.  How long is it? Because I have plans of two hours that are 3 GB (compressed), and they have pretty decent air

  • Fibre Channel frames - UCS

    I was wondering if it really is possible to have the Fibre Channel frames running on a UCS?

    I read these two articles that provide some great information on the implementation of the Fiber Channel Jumbo and Jumbo frames:

    http://datacenteroverlords.com/2013/04/01/Jumbo-FC-frames/
    http://www.ccierants.com/2013/10/CCIE-DC-definitive-Jumbo-frames.html

    Everything in the SAN I'm administration has the ability to set the MTU value until 9036 except for the UCS. For example on NetApp train I can set the MTU by interface on the Cisco MDS I can set the MTU by vsan. However in the UCS Manager when I go to class of service of system quality, the option to set the MTU of Fibre Channel value is grayed out and it doesn't look like there is in any case override the preset frame size. I can set the MTU of the best Effort however my understanding is traffic Fibre Channel in the UCS will use the class system of Fibre Channel.

    Also I noticed that I can set the maximum size of the data on the vHBA field in the UCS Manager but my understanding is the maximum that can be up to 2048.

  • Special sizes for walls of images?

    A friend of mine who works in another company asked to get some ready files, including the logo for a video wall.  He described as 2 high 6 widescreen monitors.  He said that a friend told him that in PSD, set up a file of 1920 x 1080, but then x 2 wide and x 6 to the video screen.

    Has anyone done the walls of images and are there specific sizes in PSD and first you're supposed to do to edit your videos?  I looked online but have not found the right resources.

    Thank you.

    If my math is correct you are looking for a size of 1920 x 1080 x 2 6 sequence which is 11500 x 2160. Do a Google search for "First maximum frame size" arrives with a limit of 10240 x 8192. It seems that your size may be too large for first. I also think that if you had a very powerful PC with many memory graphics card, it can be very slow to change.

  • Pixelation when scaled to "scale to the size of the image?

    Hey all,.

    When I put a clip from 4 k to 'adapt to the size of the image' on a timeline of 1080 p and then it swings a bit, are there any negative pixelation/aliasing occurring as opposed to simply scaling the 4 k clip to the timeline 1080?

    In my view, that it is impossible to discern, but I was wondering if I do something wrong in my workflow.

    Thank you!

    Yes, "Scale to frame size" is destructive. If you open the effect controls panel and look at the scale parameter that you choose this option, you will see that the setting remains at "100" means that your newly reduced film is now 100% and everything above that will cause the loss of resolution.

    What you want is the much better "to the image size" option just below (in the context menu), which will scale your footage to 50%, in order to preserve your goodness in 4 K.

  • change the text of legend group object image size figure

          var rect = curItem;
        }
        else if (constrName == "TextFrame") {
          var tf = curItem;
        }
      }
      var rectGB = rect.geometricBounds;
      var tfGB = tf.geometricBounds;
      tfGB[1] = rectGB[1];
      tfGB[3] = rectGB[3];
      tfGB[2] = tfGB[2] + 20;
      tf.geometricBounds = tfGB;
      fitFrame(tf);

      var b = aFrame.geometricBounds;
