  You can not. Two Apple factor authentication is a feature of iOS and OS X, based on your AppleID being associated with iCloud account to send and receive authentication 6-digit codes. An AppleID that is not associated with iCloud account cannot be used for 2-factor authentication.

  I use my current U.S. account for awhile, but I'm moving to Canada for at least 4 years, and I go back at some point. I have accumulated a lot of purchases on my US account, and I want to minimise my losses but also not compromise too much comfort.   It should not be vague, but depends also on the details that you're talking about. It should show what device and the current battery charge, but the unit must be connected to your computer.
