  If you are using a router/cable modem, then you don't need to dial the modem conexant. If you are asked for the driver, then you can either install the driver or, if you want to get rid of the quite conextant modem you can remove the material completely, assuming you know how to do this. Of course, you will have to open your case and remove the conextant modem. For this I guess you have a desktop PC. A laptop would be more difficult to remove the conexant modem, unless the modem is a stand alone.

  You give no details as to your problem of not being able to install Windows 7. More information will be required before anyone can really help you with this problem. An idea of what is happenning when you try to install windows 7 and error messages would be useful; What version of Windows 7 and whether retail or OEM. By the way if you try to install an OEM copy from another PC on your computer then you will obviously have problems like the copy so attached to the first PC OEM installed on the byt the PC manufacturer.

  I expecting much more than one hour to get a response from the chat 24/7 from Adobe. No response. Users here actually get responses from the cat from Adobe?

  Then I opened a new tab in Firefox browser here (and leave the page open chat). In brief, it closed my chat session!

  If you have not yet installed any Adobe application, try step below and check.

  Step 1

  (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ( "Don't miss ~ symbol" )

  (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.

  I am assuming you are using Windows XP, please correct me if I'm wrong. Also, assuming that by active monitor, you mean AOL Serrenti Security Monitor's Active. Unfortunately, Active Security Monitor Serrenti of AOL receives more updates and this is most likely the problem. The most likely culprit is that it has not been updated in order to receive support for Service Pack 3 and because you do not have SP2 separately, it does not detect installed SP2. Because Active Security Monitor Serrenti of AOL is no receiver more support updates, you cannot get rid of the notification of SP2. Hope this helps.
