• iPhone 6 more hang freeze issues

  My iPhone 6 more guard suspended (gel) for the past 6 months, I have to reset the whole phone sometimes up to 2 times just to get it to work again. Been a loyal (including my entire family) custome since gen 1 iPhone, iPad, mac book. Am really disappointed with the quality now. Did not bring to the service center since the first day of the problem because I thought that was just a few bugs & was sure that apple will fix it, but after many update of iOS so far, the pesisit still problem.

  iPhone is more quality I've known, hope apple can fix this problem before finally losing the most loyal customers

• Mac Pro (end 2013) freezing issues

  I bought a couple of years a new fantastic Mac Pro, but in a few months I started to think that I made a terrible choice.

  The computer crashes very often since I updated it to El Capitan, but it was difficult to work on Adobe Premiere since the outset: ridiculously slow, three hours to make a 4 minute clip.

  I contacted the Apple store, they kept for a week, they said he went from testing all the equipment and they found nothing wrong.

  The mac is still suspended. SO FRUSTRATING.

  I work on Photoshop, most of the time, but I have the experience of the 'freeze' even just browse the folders with the finder or visit a Web site on Chrome or watch movies. I unplugged all peripheral usb/firewire, mac freezes still. I repaired disk permissions but reports seem ok.

  I started with the Mavericks, I upgraded to Yosemite, El Capitan I reinstalled from scratch.

  But nothing has changed in fact related to the gel issue, once time and then (sometimes up to 8 times a day), I need to force a restart by using the power button, because everything is frozen.

  The trackpad and the graphics tablet (Wacom Pro middle) are frozen, no key is accepted.

  Problem has been resolved. Win 10 out of box was defective. Need to do a full reset. Fixed all issues and now works perfect. Unfortunete if it was bad unpacking.

• Startup and freezing issues

  I've been running Windows 7 HomePremium on my laptop Sony Vaio E Series without any problem for over 3 years. However, recently I started to experience many problems: -.

  (1) it takes almost 10 min between the Vaio logo and login password request, at the same time appears the 'starting windows' logo
  (2) sometimes, after the "starting windows" logo disappears and the blue screen appears, the following message appears: 'configuration wondows, please don't turn off your computer', after which he says "configuration of the windows updates fail, returning to previous changes" and quickly restarts the system, after which (1) is repeated, but this time the login page is displayed.

• X 51 R2 - strange start freeze issue

  I got my new X 51 R2 (i5-4460) for all Alienware a week now and it's for the most part works very well, except for this minor but persistent question, that I wonder if anyone else has met.

  This is what happens: when the machine is stopped completely, the first time it is turned on afterwards, it freezes during the first part of the trunk to the top of cycle, i.e. the screen with the alienware logo and the startup options of the F2/F12 (which should normally display only for a second about). If nothing is done, he will stay on this screen forever as far as I can tell. What I can do, is spend off with the power button, then turn on again, how it always starts well. If this isn't really a major problem, can I still correct in hard-reset. But it is relative because you don't really expect these issues with a brand new computer, and because it is so entirely predictable - every time, like clockwork, when I start the computer off overnight or while I'm at work during the day, I just got used to the fact that first start it will get stuck and try again. What worries me, not knowing why it's happening, and because it is strange unexplained glitches can sometimes be a warning to the worst problems on the way.

  I will recommend you to run a diagnostic PSA to check that there is no problem with the hardware with the system.

• Apple TV freezing issues from iTunes and Apple TV update

  Hello since update to iTunes 12.3.3.17 and the latest version of the Apple TV, 9.2 I get intermittent video freezes when you view the contents of my iTunes library.  Both the Apple Tv and the iMac on that content is are connected by ethernet cables through an Airport Extreme.  Anyone have any ideas?

  Since the upgrade to 9.2, EACH video service starts buffering and stuttering. My wifi connection is very strong, but I had problems with Plex, Netflix, DisneyXD - seems of any video. I did all the checks and reboots too. My smart TV shit plays the same videos without problem, and it's right next to the Apple TV.

  This computer is about a year now. Sometimes the computer freezes for no reason. Its just regular gel, no blue screen. Then the entire computer just hangs. I have check the material inside and they seem perfectly fine. Sometimes, when I put on the case, the computer hangs when I play games. It is a photo when I'm not playing a game.

  Do you know why your A200 is slow and boots slowly?
  Because Vista needs for more resources as a Linux OS or OS to win at the beginning.
  In addition Satellite charge you a large number of background at startup process.
  This slows down the laptop and a longer startup time.

  Background processes belong to some Toshiba and other tools that are needed to use and control the functionality of any computer laptop,

  But of course you can disable it if you wish;
  Run msconfig and Sartup tab you could disable some unnecessary applications (for you).

  I just bought a G40 - 11Z and I feel a kind of "lag" every time I have point to the top of the screen to select a keyboard shortcut or whenever I use the button function + F *.
  It is very annoying, the computer freezes at least for 10seconds whenever I lower the brightness of the screen... However, the shortcut keys on the front panel keys work correctly.
  I have not install anything still on the laptop, it has default settings.
  Have you ever experienced this problem?

• Compaq Presario CQ61 - 417SA Notebook PC Freeze issues

  Hello everyone

  I have a Compaq Presario CQ61 - 417SA Notebook PC running on Windows 7 Home Premium. The laptop freezes at random times, sometimes minutes after use or an hour after use. It does not result by clicking on a program or a file. I have printing freeze the problem may be caused by the failure of the hardware, possibly the HARD drive.

  Here are a few observations from the laptop and the things that I tried to diagnose or repair.

  • During a typical blocking the HDD LED light is always on
  • Also had the blue screen and freeze black screen
  • No error message
  • Hard disk becomes very hot
  • Entered the BIOS and run automatic test of the primary hard drive and memory Test using InsydeH20 Setup utility but it went together.
  • Laptop computer has been completely reset to factory settings so it is impossible due to the high utilization of the processor
  • Idle while the CPU usage is generally of the order of 13%-25%, with a peak of rare of 53%
  • The hard drive is a Western digital Scorpio Black 320 GB 2.5 "SATA

  The laptop is not used so wiping back to settings to original wasn't a problem, but I would like to return to a usable level.

  I was certain insistence autour in my computer and I'm done to restore back to factory settings. So far, it has not frozen and seems to work properly.

  I tried updating the BIOS with HP Support Assistant, but it does not work. Hoping to solve the problem I went online and updated my support Assistant. After this success, I then managed to download the BIOS from internet F.15 version I was also looking for. Everything seems to work quite fine at the moment, although there are a few updates to Windows that will not be installed. The progress bar shows the animation download but the installation hangs at 1 / 8. Some items are classified as "recommended" or "important" so any help with this problem would be immensely appreciated!

  My HP elitebook 8560p running windows 7 64 - bit professional had freezing problems. Every few minutes, or if the computer crashes apparently a moment. This may seem like it isn't a big problem, but the sound during this period plays like a little annoying buzz through speakers and headphones. This happens no matter what program plays the sound. Another problem is that during that time what ever I am pressing on is not pressed. so when I write an essay of 5 pages and every few lines does a letter at random, I have a problem. Any advice?

• HP laptop - 15-f162dx (ENERG: Sleep mode/freezing issues)

  I seem to have the same problem as a lot of other HP users. If I leave my laptop unattended for a period of time that the laptop goes into mode 'sleep', however, the lights are white to orange, then the computer will be just stuck there. After that the computer wake up and I have to force shut off and restart the computer. A student and having to do that 10 or daily many times are really making me regret buying this computer. I tried the solutions of graphics card, tried to update the drivers, tried troubleshooting and nothing has solved this problem. IF someone could help me please, I'd be so aprreciative. I'm willing to try anything. I also tried the scans of windows for malware defender and my computer is fine. ONCE MORE, SOMETHING WILL HELP!

• AirPlay freeze issues (6s iPhone AppleTV 2)

  I had this ongoing problem for some time.

  When I play music from my my iPhone AppleTV crashes upward and the music stops. This happens usually after three to five songs, but sometimes the first song that I play. On a 'good day' all I have to do to get the music play again must return Airplay iPhone back to AppleTV and then the song resumes. Sometimes it restarts the song. Occasionally, it will actually play a different song that entered as playing! All other applications work fine.

  I can usually do the routine "swap out" two or three times with no problem, but it seems to reach a 'point of incalcitrance' and the iPhone either ignores the swap or crashes altogether and must be turned off and rebooted to start playback. (Today it froze again after restarting thing trying to play a song).

  I'm tired of this behavior. How can I make the iPhone "works"?

  I understand that you see inconsistent behavior with AirPlay and would like some information on troubleshooting this further. Here is an article with a few suggestions for you to try that will help you to narrow down the cause of the problem:

  If your content is interrupted or your network is lagging

  If you have a low signal Wi - Fi or interference from a device nearby, like a microwave or baby monitor, try the following steps:

  1. Make sure that you use the recommended settings of your Wi-Fi router.
  2. Move or disable other devices that may cause interference.
  3. If possible, connect your Apple TV directly to your router with an Ethernet cable instead of using Wi - Fi.

  Your AirPlay connection may if interrupt prematurely when you lock your device, put it to sleep, or switch to a different application.

  A year ago, I bought a hp pavilion dm4-3055 and today it freezes still, even if I'm just using a browser and the only thing I can do when it freezes is it to manual stop. Please help me.

  You may as well leave the full memory test, however 'Hard drive 1 full' is a disk failure complete Self Test and indicate that hard is defective and must be replaced.  This is also consistent with the freezing issue you describe.

  If your laptop is still under warranty, contact HP and arrange for the disk replaced - you can check the status of your warranty here.
