  I use IE 7 on windows Vista Home Basic using a Dell Vostro laptop. I have my regional settings & language format US I tried to look by adding the French language as a secondary parameter but I found nothing on Microsoft Help pages.
  French accented characters do not properly show in the list of favorites. However web pages show that the accents are fine. An example is the following site: http://actu.voila.fr/. Said IE Favorites: Voila > the news > when to say: that's news. Another example is the site: http://www.consulfrance-chicago.org/. Said IE Favorites: Consulate General General General of France in Chicago, instead of: General Consulate of France in Chicago. It never happened on any other pc that I've used.

  I'm taking a French course and I would like to be able to type French accents when looking for things on the web, for example when using wordreference.com.  I use a laptop with a keyboard that seems to be exactly like the one shown at http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/the-general-keyboard-layout-on-a-laptop.html.  For recent laptops (I own is more), when I need to type French accents, I use Windows Canadian multilingual Standard, shown at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keyboard_layout#Canadian_Multilingual_Standard.  Unfortunately, the physical layout of the keys in the two links above are different, so it is difficult to know what physical keys on laptop computer corresponding to the keys indicated in the layhout Canadian multilingual Standard.  Does anyone know of maps online documentation?

  I found a solution.  Rather than using the standard Canadian multilingual, I went to the US International Windows keyboard layout '.  To use it, I followed the instructions at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306560 under the section "creating international characters."

  It's probably a police problem. I'm afraid it probably isn't that you can do about it, unless you re-create the file and OCR it.

  Did you install the laptop with the Toshiba Recovery disk? The disk from Toshiba are all the drivers and tools.

  I created a concurrent program that operate on a daily basis to send a notification about expiration of contract used to their Manager for 30 days.
  I would like to send emails in the Swedish language. I am facing a problem in this.
  I have compiled program correctly with Swedish as machine language and I am able to see the format of mail in my package body.
  But I get the notification email, the message body is in Swedish but subject of the deleted mail language Swedish characters.
