  I installed Acrobat Pro DC on 2 laptops with Acrobat XI Pro installed. laptop with Win7 Home Premium 64-bit has worked well. I disabled Acrobat Pro XI, but has not removed during installation.  Laptop with Win 7 Home Premium 32 - bit Acrobat DC Pro continues to break. I have an inactive Acrobat Creative Suite on this laptop. Not to mention that the version 32-bit win7, everything else is the same on two laptops.  I uninstalled Acrobat Pro DC, has run a repair installation, had a conversation with the support and nothing has worked.  Acrobat Pro DC will open for a few minutes, the screen looks good and then... Blink, it stops.  My AV is 2016 Gold Panda, I also have Malwarebytes Premium, but none of these garbled with initial installations. I don't know what else to do.

• My CS4 product license key will not work with Acrobat 9 Pro

  Last month, I have updated my OS from Mavericks to El Capitan.  CS4 was working fine until the Illustrator would launch with menus grey and simply spend time.

  Acrobat 9 Pro was working fine until I tried to reinstall illustrator of my installation and then DVD two once again Adobe download: Download Adobe Creative Suite 4 products.  Then everything happened on the side!

  I reinstalled three times now and am stuck with an error message when I try to launch Acrobat Pro: you have entered the serial number is not valid.  Click OK to try again to enter the serial number.

  I was in a chat session with Adobe support.  They told me that my license of the CS4 product key was not valid with Acrobat Pro.  Really?  How I use Acrobat Pro since my purchase of CS4?   They told me this forum to access assistance with my problem.

  a separate serial number was probably issued for your acrobat.

  Acrobat 9 Pro is allowed alongside Acrobat DC? I read in the documentation you have the possibility to keep Acrobat Pro 10 and 11 during the installation of MS, but see nothing on 9.

  This is a request for the Commerce Bank, called "Bank of Commerce disbursement Viewer". It uses Acrobat to pull up images of cheques from a CD-ROM. So far, doesn't seem to be compatible with the DC, but I need DC installed for other purposes.

  I'm sorry, it is not possible to have Acrobat 9 with Acrobat DC.

  However, you can have Adobe Reader app installed with Acrobat DC on your system.

• Problems with Acrobat 8 Pro license

  I installed Acrobat 8 Pro for downloadable images of CS2 and it worked OK.

  Then, I downloaded all updates to 8.1.0 with 8.3.1 and installed.

  Now, I get the screen download E-License of horse, which I don't think I should get this version shouldn't need license servers that are now closed.

  How to solve this please?

  You only need the serial number of the previous version that qualifies you for the upgrade.  You don't need to have one of these previous versions installed on the new machine.

  Acrobat 9 Pro... sometimes I get a PDF file that I have to make some changes in the.  Because I do not have some of the fonts used, I can't change the file without losing the fonts used.  Is there a way to have Acrobat may re-register itself with all fonts converted to outlines if this wont be a problem with the fonts othe errors that I can get?

  You should be able to create PDF files in Acrobat 9 that the feature was not withdrawn.

  I bought the new surface 4 pro and I installed acrobat reader domain controller I have subscrived and which I ve worked with, my PC Toshiba laptop windows 10.

  I got access to documents, I open it, I can do the paper and close the session, but I can not use the editing tools and forms.

  I can't work outside even with the Toshiba. I know that I can only work in one machine each time.

  Can someone help me in this situation? What I am doing wrong?

  I bought CS 3 Suite including Acrobat 8 Professional, a few years ago. Acrobat Pro has crashed for a week. After opening the program, the computer informs me, that the program ended unexpectedly. After a reinstall of Acrobat from the CD it also not worked. That I tried to install Acrobat from the Acrobat home page but they offer only this programm for Windows. Who can help me with some information? I need the version of program in German. I have a serial number.
