  I just found out that you can do the full path of the visible plugins in topic: config, it's useful to get rid of some annoying plugins, I don't want or need.
  Now I wonder if it is also a way to activate this for extensions? I know that the 'good' extensions settle in the profile folder, but those sinister (I didn't want it installed in the first lane) are not located there.
  One of the extensions would be "Browsing Protection 1.10". I know that I can turn it off, but I want deleted, no idea where to find the correct files however.

  I use af:inputFile component in my application to download an Excel file and get the data from the file.

  From the component, I could get only the file name.and not the full path to the file.

  So, I am unable to access the file to extract the data from it.

  Is it possible to get the full path of the file to access to retrieve the data from it?

  Data or data streams is only valid in the same request. Once you navigate, the stream is closed and you get nothing if you try to read it. You need to download the file on the first train in the temporary location (Tip: search ;) File.createTempFile ("temp-file-name", ".tmp") and put the file name and the path to your beans.)

  There is no way to get the full path of the active document in a plug-in filter. A plugin automation has access to this information and the file format plug-ins.

  A good idea is to read the PHP manual. As explained in the next page, the maximum size of the downloads is controlled by the PHP configuration directives: http://docs.php.net/manual/en/features.file-upload.common-pitfalls.php. Normally, the maximum size of an individual file is 2 MB, and the maximum total value is 8 MB. If you are on shared hosting, I doubt that if the hosting company will be willing to change the configuration directives to allow 100 MB mail, but you can always ask.

  When I tried GetIconProperty (IconID, #filename) as part of my 'dive', it worked when he met the QT icon. That is what I wanted.

  Not sure why it doesn't work with my small test case that has been a calc icon that followed a Falsh or QT icon.

  Well, Yes, it would do. The warning say you that your library resources should use unique names, that I hope are not used by other libraries. From the resources app Strip is common chance is that it will be a duplicate.

  I work with ODI 11.1.1.3 and everything works well in my interfaces. Now, I need to add a new step on the package.
  My interface uses a flat file (.txt) as the source and load its data to an Oracle DB.
  The new step that I have to add should delete the source at the end of the process.
  I don't want to hard-code the full path of the file in the delete command, so I wanted to do the sam using the odiRef functions, but I did not work.
  I used the getObjectName function, but it does not work.
  
  Anyone has an idea on how to get the full name of the file?

  CS5 and 6 (I don't know anything earlier), if you click the path ther bar *, it turns a graphic in a field of type address-bar to directly enter a path. Is that what you mean?

  you will surely find this switch status. But there are easier ways (but more expensive) for a button. Fiddling with a pen or a small screwdriver to switch USER1 is not what I call "user friendly"...

  -You have at least 2 voltage inputs on your module available. Use a switch voltage on the power inputs. Use a 'real' button!

  -You have an available serial port. You can set some pins on GND or voltage and check their status inside the cRIO/RT target...

• How to get the full path of the appellant VI?

  LabVIEW 8.x broken my code.  I used to be able to refer to a VI by name, and it now wants the full path.  Unfortunately, "call chain.vi" returns only the name.  Does anyone know how to refer to the vi (its full path) that calls a particular sub - VI, of the Subvi?  It was the second element of the array string of "call chain.vi".

  I'm not sure 8.6, but in 8.5.1 you can always use a string containing the name of VI to open a reference of a VI in memory.

  Does not allow a constant way with just the name of VI well.

  Under Folder Options, I checked all the options available to display full path names, but all I get for a path name is [name of folder] results.
