  You can try to re register the dll files for windows media player and if it helps fix your problem. To do this, please follow the steps below:
  1. Click Start, type cmd in the search box and right-click on cmd.exe, and then click Run as administrator.

  Whenever I use programs full screen, they sometimes minimize and return to the desktop and when I try to click on it again, it goes full screen and suddenly reduced again and after that hard about 4 times keep it full-screen. No one knows how to fix?

  Looks like another program can interfere with the program you want to have full screen.  Consider using Sysinternals Autoruns or msconfig and Process Explorer to eliminate software running - stop programs, processes, services and see if you can reproduce the behavior. Slowly, add / restart programs, etc., and test to see how behavior can return.

  Consider trying a clean boot to see if the behavior is present.

  I'm sorry, that is not possible, that is how Acrobat/Reader is built. For drive mode, you can use Ctrl + L to fullscreen or Ctrl + H.

  I just updated my ATI driver and of course my screen was not full-screen.  I fixed that once when the PC and the monitor are new so I knew it was an adjustment, but it took a while to understand.  Why ATI hides this adjustment is beyond me.  In any case try this...

  -go to Catalyst Control Center - advanced

  -under graphics, select Desktops & displays

  -Right-click in the view icon in the lower left corner

  -Select Configure

  -Select the scaling Options

  -Drag the pointer to the right at 0% Overscan

  -Press on apply

  Immediately after the upgrade later El Capitan in Sierra, full function display has stopped working at the end of a disastrous.   If I understand your message that after upgrade to macOS Sierra as your MacBook Pro doesn't work well for you. I know how it is important for your MacBook Pro to be in place and functional after the software update. Reset the PRAM and repair the disk are key steps in troubleshooting. I also recommend reinstall macOS Sierra of OS X Recovery.

  How to reinstall OS X
  

  OS X can be installed on the same version or an earlier version of Mac OS X, without deleting your data. You don't need to remove or disable the existing system first.

  1. Start of OS X Recovery now command-r immediately after start-up or that you restart your Mac. Release the keys when you see the Apple logo. Start-up is finished when you see the OS X Utilities window.
  2. If you do not want to wipe your drive before reinstalling OS X, open utility disk in OS X Utilities window, then use disk utility to erase the drive. Quit disk utility when done.
     Erase the disc is not necessary unless you're your Mac transfer to a new owner, partitioning your drive for use with Boot Camp, or attempt to solve a problem this as disk utility can't repair.
  3. Choose to reinstall OS X OS X Utilities window, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
     This installs the latest version of Mac OS X, which has already been installed on your Mac.

  Using win7 x 64, when I get full screen of a game (wow) mode, I lose the use of mouse pointer (its icon is stuck, but I can't gess it runs from bearings and clicking any key).

  Also, if I use another game with win7 x 64 (Flight Simulator) everything works. So, without blaming win7 in itself, I suspect a problem of compatibility between the client of the game and also the video card driver.

  Well another thing you can try is to attach the audio clips on the timeline of the slide, objects that are hidden and just use the button actions that you want to DISPLAY these objects at the same time HIDE all other similar objects.  This means that when the object is shown it will play audio sound attached, but stop when hidden.
