Clear recent history of Quicktime in the DOCK?
Hello
So when I click right-quicktime in the dock it shows all of my recent history. I go to file > open recent > erase these past and disappears from the history menu, but it is not clear the history of the docking station. I opened and closed and tried again and again. The history of the docking station will not fade. Any recommendations?
Here's how I did it
- Symbol of Apple in top left corner
- Recent articles
- Clear menu
- Close quicktime player
- Open quicktime and check dock - you must delete them
This step removes the history, so you can select just quicktime.
See you soon

Described Firefox Help section how to clear history, cache, etc using the option "Clear recent history", but my Firefox version (7.0.1) was not otherwise available.
Is it possible to restore this option to my version?
Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).
- Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.

By clicking on "clear recent history...» "erase all cookies and worse still the cookies exceptions list even if the box of cookies is not checked.
Restart Firefox and restart of the operating system, the problem persists.
The exceptions are part of the "Site preferences".
Make sure that you do not remove the navigation, search and download history on Firefox to erase "Cookies" and the "Site preferences".
You must allow exceptionally for the cookies you want to keep. -
My story will not disappear with the tool "clear recent history".
I click on "Clear recent history", check all boxes, select "All" in the drop down menu, then click on "Clear now" and my Firefox will delete my cookies, but it will not delete my browsing history. My browsing history remains. I click the top drop-down history menu and there are still things that I went through a few moments ago.

My exception list for sites that are allowed to load images, (permissions.sqlite in the profile folder, I think) is allowed in release of Firefox, or when I clear recent history. These images remain blocked during the session. I never provide exceptions for cookies or pop-ups. I deleted the site preferences box and the other 2 boxes in the data area of the settings menu history, but the list is always cleared out. I've never had this problem until about a week ago and heading FF since 0.8 version.
It's 12 FF, under Win XP.If you use a software like CCleaner cleaning then check the settings in the Firefox application.
It is also possible that the permissions.sqlite is corrupted, then you can try to delete this file and let Firefox to create a new copy to see if that helps.
- Do not use 'Clear history of Firefox closing' to clear the 'browsing history '.
- Do not use "Clear recent history" to delete 'Cookies' and 'Site preferences.
Compensation of the "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, windows pop up, installation of software and passwords.

I have several sites on the list of the persons authorized to keep the cookies always (options, privacy, cookies, exceptions). When I use "clear recent history" and check the cookies, the cookies are deleted, including those on the allowed list. Maybe it's a feature rather than a bug, but I much prefer it if cookies excepted were excluded.
This is how it works. Using clear recent history clears all specified cookies and does not exclude cookies that have an exception permit. If you want to keep a few cookies then you should avoid using CRH to clear the cookies and delete unwanted cookies in the Cookie Manager or they expire when you close Firefox. In this way you keep the cookies with an exception permit.

Why I can't access "clear recent history" in the Tools menu?
When I use the drop down menu to the tools, I can not use "clear recent history" or "stop private browsing' because when I click on it nothing happens and they aren't printing darker than the other menu listings. I have been having this problem for a few weeks and am not real on my computer of fixation. I deleted foxfire and downloaded again, still no good. I have windows 7.
This happens when private browsing or "permanent" private browsing session

I would like to vote repeatedly on fan sites. When I followed your instructions to clear recent history, fan sites still recognize me and do not allow me to vote. Using previous versions of Firefox, I was able to delete the cookies and vote several times.
See delete cookies to remove the information from Web sites is stored on your computer.
But some sites use cookies to do this. Some find your IP address. -
Why clear recent history's compensation more than the last hour?
When I try to clear my history of browser for the last hour and restart Firefox all of my connections are reset and I have to sign in every website I visit again.
I just went down to 22 Firefox and it works fine, it removes just the new information for the last hour, including active connections. It is a feature that has been removed in recent months.
