• PDF with portrait and Landscape Orientation act differently between pages

  I have problem when I try to have an orientation landscape in a PDF document with another page in portrait.

  All I want to do is have a small page that shows the instructions on the form because it is a generator of form, once the form is created by the user, the landscape page becomes hidden.

  My problem here is that when I put a masterpage in landscape mode it makes it different to switch between pages.

  I see more than 1 page at a time, just as it cannot show a landscape and portrait together on the screen.

  I have another form of landscape and portrait together and it works fine, but this form is not normal... There must be something that I am missing...

  It's annoying that I can't have more than one page on the screen, once I hit the bottom or top of the page it will automatically switch to the other page.

  Please help me on this, I'm trying to figure out what is the cause of this bug...

  I didn't use the form builder, but you still have a view state, try adding the following line in the form docReady event

  event.target.viewState = {pageViewLayoutMode:2};

  This has the same effect as setting to activate the scrollbars on the view... Menu page display.

  A value of 1 would give you unique page view.

• How can I put a dashed between enrty line and page number of an index?

  I've successfully created an index with Indesign CC, but I can't seem to right align page numbers and get a dotted line between the entry and the page number. It doesn't seem to be an option for that. The menu of content table has a field "between entry and Page number", but I can't find an equivalent here.

• Horizontal AND vertical gliding between the articles and pages?

  I was invited by my Creative Director to amend a portfolio of work. Currently I have a doc about InDesign several page that allows to drag horizontal, but with most of the thumbnails on the respective pages linking to the images full screen (using the buttons / navto: / /) etc. However, he wants to scroll horizontally between different clients and then vertically within the client to see the case studies of full screen. He wants to also (once in these case studies of fullscreen) power do rotate the iPad vertically and have written a summary on this relevant case study (ovbiously just in the direction of V)

  My questions are: A) is it possible to slide vertically and horizontally and B) how would I created pages? Obviously if I was in the case study customer 1 4 I would viwer swipe horizontally to go to the case study 2 customer 1 and so on. I guess

  If possible someone at - it pointers to tutorials online?

  You must submit the page, then branch of the page 6.

  (You can review pages similar to the sample application or another application to see how things are handled it.)

• What is the difference/relationship between a subject and a page?

  I'm not sure of the relationship between a topic and a new page: it seems that a subject can be made up of pages, but when I look at the HTML of the subject, there is no new section (DIV) for the addition of the page.

  Also, not sure about the relationship between the book and the pages/topics.

  You would be grateful if someone could either point of reference material or provide a few clarifying words on that.

  In regards to the benefits of the pages pointing to topics:

  Placeholders (table of contents Pages) allow a single topic to appear in several places in the table of contents. If the table of contents used directly the subject, each topic could appear only in one place. For example, maybe help is divided into sections, user and administrator, and administrators and regular users can add coordinates to a person in the application. Using a placeholder allows a single procedure to be created (as the task is the same for both users) and then referenced in the two sections of the table of contents.  If the subjects were used directly, two different subjects will have to be created. You can also organize your subjects in a folder structure that suits you and use a different structure in the table of contents.

  The placeholder allows also a display name different be used, for example, if you have a long topic name but want a shorter name to appear in the table of contents, or if the topic appears in several places in your table of contents and you want to focus slightly different in each place, say for different groups of users.

  This is one of the many reasons why it is inappropriate pass strings of characters between the pages through the URL. Instead of using a redirect button, change the button to send the page, then use the conditional calculations to set the values on the landing page and finally access the page using a conditional on submit: before Validation: (after calculation and before Validation and treatment) branch. • HP LaserJet P1102W long delay between pages with narrow (4 "wide) paper stock

  I use Adobe Acrobat Reader X (on Windows XP) to print a page 100 PDF on HP P1102W, with 4 "wide x 11" long paper in the main tray.  There is a delay of approximately 15 seconds between pages.  As soon as I share the narrow paper for regular 8.5 "x 11", the printer takes the job at normal speed.  The PDF itself has a page PDF 4 "x 11" size.

  I tried implementing a custom 4 "x 11" paper size in the print preferences and setting the paper type to envelope, but nothing done.

  I tested with 5.5 "wide and 7.5" wide paper stock, and they have the same 15 second delay.  As soon as I put 8.5 "wide stock in the status bar, the printer goes back to full speed.

  Note that even with the thin paper stock, the first page of the job prints immediately.  The delay occurs between page 1 and 2, 2 and 3, etc.  So it seems strange that the printer does not have the 'calibration' delay before printing the first page, it delays only on the following pages.

• Select the checkbox when redirect (for pages not linked)

  I was wondering if I can get feedback from some Eloqua users at the time select the checkbox redirect (for pages not linked) for hyperlinks.  Our IT tells us that we should always select him even, the page is already followed (i.e. we Eloqua tracking code in our site site Web, community and business blog).  Not sure if this will create no damage always select this check box for pages followed and not chained.  I don't know if the link points to a form, so that the field auto complete with contact data, we cannot choose the redirect box, otherwise the data will not be automatically fill.
